Susanna gulped an nodded to Skylar. She then ran for cover, thanking the mysterious water Mage who also stopped the attack. "Thank you." She only looked at him for a second before hiding behind a tree.
Roxy narrowed her eyes at Susanna before turning her attention to the fire Mage. "You!!!" She roared in an incredibly stronge, hoarse voice. "Sacred Arrow!" She yelled and sent a glowing blast of violet energy followed by a dead straight arrow.
The fire Mage tried to fire off an attack at Roxy, but his magic was instantly canceled by the arrow an the impact behind the blast sent him flying into Skylar's barrier.

Mako sends a large rock at the sand mage before rushing off to find someone else to fight. Glancing around he noticed the tattoo of Flaming Scorpion. "Have they lost their minds"?

Shalba was calm as a magic circle opened in his hands. "Reflect side ways." He said in a calm voice as the flames were sent out into the ocean. "Dead?"
Victoria lifted up her hand and flicked it to send a wall of water at Nate's attack, drowning out his attack. "You are wrong again." She focused a ball of water to incase Nate. "And you will drown in my world." She said coldly.

Skylar felt the body hit the barrier and dispelled it. She blasted the mage in the face with a Shooting Star, knocking him out. "Don't kill them! They aren't thinking straight!" They couldn't let this get any worse through a fight that killed people. "Defend yourselves! But no killing!"

A fire mage spotted Senn moving towards the ocean and went after him. He threw a couple of fireballs at him, still running after him. "Where do you think you're going you murderer!"

Senn sighed in what could only be annoyed distaste as he heard the fire mage behind him, water quickly rising from the ocean to extinguish the ill-fated attacks. "Didn't anybody ever tell you that water puts out fire?" He glanced over his shoulder, gray eyes filled with disdain.
A pair of mages with guild marks on their hands spotted Skylar, and nodded to each other. The first, a male, ran at her, his palm glowing as he took an empowered swing at the Sea Lion S-Class. The second, a female, was slightly more cautious-or perhaps just the ranged one-and formed her fingers into a gun before shooting magical bullets at Skylar while her partner attacked.

The mage smirked at him. "Did you ever hear that fire turns water to steam?" Fire engulfed his hand, shooting it at Senn. "Be burned away!" He kept throwing fire, not relenting in his assault.
Skylar turned to the mages as they started to attack her. Oh wonderful. Two types of mages. Time to turn it in her favor. She jumped backwards to dodge the male, before raising her hands above her head. "Night Fall!" A Magic Circle appeared over their heads, then dropped darkness over the three of them. Only Skylar could see clearly, even if it looked shaded. "Star Rose Whip!" The glowing spiked whip appeared in her hand, then snapped at the male.

Senn didn't turn around to face the mage, not thinking the man worth his time in the slightest. Instead a barrier of water flowing from the ocean formed behind him to block the fireballs, slowly approaching the fire mage. Reckless as he was, it was unlikely that he'd see it until it was too late, which was now, the barrier turning into a wave and crashing at him.
The bullet magic user couldn't see Haylee's attack, shrouded as she was in darkness. She let out a strangled cry as she was slammed away by the charge of the rhino girl.
The male heard the swish of the whip before it hit him and he tried to dodge out of the way, but failed rather miserably in his attempt as he still was hit by most of the spell. Faltering he tried to stand again, weakly lunging at Skylar.

The fire mage smirked and kept letting loose. He wasn't going to stop until the water boiled, then evaporated. Or this idiot's own water crashed down on himself. "You're going down, water mage."
Skylar moved out of the way instantly. "I'm sorry about this!" She held out her hands. "Meteor Hammer!" The large hammer appeared. She swung and slammed it into his back. She'd lowered the amount of magic power in it so the explosion was more force than actual magic damage. Should be enough to send him away from the fight.

"Have you perhaps tried looking behind you, fire mage?" Senn's tone was a mockery of the mage's he was facing. It was too late for his opponent now though, the barrier having advanced upon him to the point where it would be quite difficult to dodge, as well as a second wave from behind. It was a good thing he was literally next to the ocean, it made this fight far easier for him.
The bullet magic mage shakily got to her feet, pointing her fingers at Haylee and firing off several bullets of magic, the first few small and fast moving, but several other shots that were slower and stronger.
The mage Skylar was facing was thrown straight into the guild hall, leaving an impression in the stone before he fell to the ground totally unconscious.

The fire mage blinked, then looked behind him. His eyes widened. "Uh oh..." There was no way he was going to get out of this. He turned back to Senn, is eyes narrowed. "I might go down, but you will all pay for what you did!"
Skylar lowered the shroud of darkness and looked around quickly. She just hoped that no one from their guild was doing anything that could kill someone else. That wasn't how they operated. Just because someone wanted to kill them, doesn't mean they had to stoop to their level. They were Sea Lion, not some dark guild.

Mako was doing battle with two different wizards. One was using acid magic and the other was using gun magic. He dodged and used his own magic to reflect their attacks. As the battle went on he was growing quite irritated. "Earth Rope!" He makes the sand around his feet act like rope and tightly wraps the two mages.
Magnus slowly nodded his head.

"I quite simply have no idea what you're talking about, though I'd appreciate it if you were to stop." Senn rolled his eyes at that, crashing the two waves together. It was a strong force, but far from lethal. He didn't want to be stuck cleaning up the mess from that after all. His arrogance showing, he let the water dissipate and he took a few steps towards where he thought the fire mage would be downed. "Though you've piqued my curiosity. What are you blathering about?"
The bullet mage was out as soon as she hit the wall, no more fight coming from her. She was completely still though, it was hard to tell if she was even breathing.
Finally deciding to join the fight, Syl jumped out of his hiding place in full wolfman mode. That might not have been the smartest idea, seeing as how a giant werewolf who no one in Sea Lion had seen before would probably not be perceived as an ally. He landed right next to Skylar, howling loudly, before looking down at her with bright blue eyes.

Vera writhed in anger. "Yes dead! And by your hand!" She cried out in rage. "Fire Dragon Brilliant Flame!" She screamed as she blasted a large fireball at Master Shalba.
Nate growled in anger as he stalked towards the water mage. "I am left with no choice! Fire Dragon's Roasting Bath!" He yelled. Nate engulfed his entire body in flames to heat up the surrounding area. This is powerful enough to make water reach scalding temperatures and possibly evaporate. Shalba redirected the fireball back at Master Vera to slow her down. "Vera, I beg you, listen to me. I haven't done anything and neither has any Sea Lion Mage. Where are you getting this from?" He narrowed his dull golden gaze in more of thoughtful state rather than a glare. Where was all this coming from? "So you evaporated my bubble. Honestly I'm not surprised." Victoria said nonchalantly with a chilled tone and a glint in her steady glare. "It just means I get to show you a taste of my true power." What Nate don't know, was that Victoria is an S-Class mage from Flaming Scorpion and one with the utmost control. "Torrent Down Pour." She commanded as water from all directions bursted out from the ocean up into the air. When the multitude of water was directly overhead of Nate, she let it bash down on him, full force. The water pressure turning more intense by the second as it gained from the ocean and with this being salt water; Nate would have to keep a layer of fire burning between him and the water so that the salt wouldn't sting his flesh. Victoria's power was strangely similar to gravity magic, though she was only using the pressure of water instead of actual gravity. Still, Nate and his flames wouldn't be able to breathe for long under such pressure, being cut off from oxygen. |

Nate glares at the woman. She had finally pushed him over the edge. She wasn't going to be walking away from this one. "I'm sorry, but I have to do this. Crimson Lotus: Exploding Flame Blade!" Nate yelled and he swipes his arms in a circular fashion, creating a powerful, and highly destructive, torrent of flames that barrages his target. Nate usually uses this spell as a finishing move for opponents who make him lose his temper, and for ones who can still stand during spells like Fire Dragon's Roar and Fire Dragon's Wing attack, which is very rarely.
Vera screamed in rage and rushed towards him, changing her magic again and forming guns out of her hands, shooting magic bullets out of them at Shalba. "How can you say that?! You know what you did!!! So own up to it!"

The fire mage was on his hands and knees. "You know what happened!" He coughed and glared up at Senn. "You poisoned our guild! You'll pay!" He through a weak fireball at him. Definitely not enough to hurt him. The mage had been weakened by Senn's attack.
Skylar stumbled backwards. "Whoa! Stop! Please!" She held up her hands, but didn't attack him quite yet. She was holding back. They might be fighting, but Scorpion Fire was still a legal guild. They couldn't just start killing each other. She was about to lose it and do something that would stop this fight. She needed to pull everyone's attention to one point. If it was her, that was fine.

Senn brushed away the weak fireball with a wave of water. He was sweating a bit, having exerted himself more than he'd been trying to show. He'd just come back from a stressful mission, he wasn't back to full yet and a fight was not helpful. "I truly have no idea what you're talking about. I mean, the majority of our guild has been out on missions, those who haven't have been recuperating. Furthermore, why do you think we would? Our guilds are on friendly terms. Are you that much of an idiot?"
Syl tilted his head, fluffy wolf ears twitching. "Wha? You don't want me to help? I thought you guys could use it... Um... Okay. Guess if you don't want the best help ever." He shrugged, but his eyes started widening as a blast of fire magic headed straight for him. He whimpered in pain as it hit home, knocking him back a few feet. "Ow, ow, fur on fire!"

The fire mage narrowed his eyes. "You carved your mark. You could have sent any mage to us." It was obvious he wasn't going to back down. Probably better to just knock him out. He wasn't going to change his mind.
Skylar blinked in surprise. "Wait, you're not with Scorpion Fire?" She then watched him get hit by the magic. She ran over to him and slapped it out. "Sorry." She thought for a moment. "Wait! Maybe you can help me out. If you're still up for it that is." She'd had an idea. Hopefully everyone would stop fighting long enough to talk it out.

Thinking fast on her feet, Victoria instantly turned her body into the water and seeped deep into the sand. While Nate was attacking an empty target, she traveled toward him through the sand until she was under his feet. The ground below Nate seemed to explode with an uprising force that easily knocked him off his feet and up into the air.
(I've just realized that none of Nate's attacks have hit her...)
Shalba held his arms up in front of his face and chest to block most of Vera's attack. "Vera! We didn't do it! Don't you remember the dark guild?"

"Oh, I thought I was talking with an intelligent human, not a brick wall. Moron." Senn rolled his eyes at the fire mage, summoning a relatively weak wave of water to slam his head back. "Utterly insufferable fools. Anyone else?"
Syl nodded to Skylar in thanks, glad she'd got the fire before he'd been singed too badly. "You do want me to help? Sheesh, make up your mind. But of course the strongest mage this side of Magnolia would be happy to help out!" He smiled down at her, hoping he was buying the bravado he was displaying in this form.
