[ i responded but it deleted it? i hear you it would depend on how cannon we keep this, also im working on the about section im thinking of explaining main premise, setting how and what quirks are & yes a bit of a darker feel for the plot would be cool since the show starts out so bright ]

[ i think that covers everything. i think it’s a good idea to keep it on a separate page especially If they will have to / have the option to provide a lot of information that’ll help the main page not look so cluttered.

- city description (like main landmarks/places) ?
- admins/member tracker (character link can go in this section)

[ well i don’t mind doing edits personally, just make everything look organized i think it would be better to have a separate page, and then I’ve got it all listed under the separate categories only because it’ll be hard to go and look on the character page and everyone’s got the villains and hero’s spread out everywhere. I don’t mind doing the edits so it’s not a cluster and the character list is easy to understand. That’s just me though. ]

I don’t mind doing edits either, personally, but I’ve been in role plays when I’ve edited my character and the person in charge would constantly keep forgetting to change it. Maybe in the main thread, we can have a shortened, organized list of the characters that include the first part of the joining forms, and leave the more detailed bits on the character page. For example:
Students:

Teachers:

Heroes:
| Name | Hero Name | Age | Affiliation |

| Quirk | Gender | Sexual Preference |

| Quirk | Gender | Sexual Preference |
Unless you think having them listed twice would be too much of a hassle. Just from my experience, I’ve found this to be one of the easier ways to keep things organized, and help keep characters up to date, especially when there’s role plays where the owner says they will change the form and never do, and the form gets lost in the thread. And, depending on how big of the thread and how long it takes them to update it, or the owner of the character to realize it wasn’t updated, could take awhile to find.

[ to an extent tho i wonder the point of making a main page when no one other than us has expressed interest in this honestly, the forums are really dead these days so im curious about how many joiners we'd have realistically. having them listed twice wouldn't be a big deal and id be responsible when it comes to edits i was when i had my own rp out back in the day i def hear your point of view i just think with everyone having their own post on the page i still think it might be complicated to follow to an extent ]

[ i hear your perspective. things are picking up at work tho these days where im getting so busy im not really able to work on the thread at this time. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused for i didn't mind doing the work but things are starting to pick up ]
