Muddypaw on Training Ledge with Edgestep Muddypaw shrugged. "My mentor's Rowanbreeze, but I don't think we had any training in mind today." She responded. Muddypaw suddenly leaped at Edgestep and pinned him down in an attempt at a surprise attack. (Maybe rewrite that so It doesn’t sound like power playing? I did not power play as I never said that you could not push or throw her off; I simply just surprise attacked while Edgestep wasn't ready, thus resulting in Edgestep being weaker than if he were ready and making Muddypaw have the upper hand, because she was ready.) |

However, there’s a reason I’m a warrior, and woe comes to anyone who forgets it.” He finished, smacking her once in the face and once in the stomach, claws sheathed, before trying to push her off. |

Muddypaw on Training Ledge with Edgestep Muddypaw flew into the air after getting knocked off by Edgestep. She quickly scrambled to her paws. She got a running start before sliding under Edgestep and attempted to knock his back legs from beneath him. “Apprentices always think they’re so smart.” He chuckled, jumping straight up into the air using his powerful legs toned from moons of training in the crags in reaction. Still, it was at least a bit effective. Edgestep’s landing was a bit wonky, and a sharp, momentary pain shot through his leg. “I guess that’s why.” He said, taking his own running start, unsheathing his claws, and feinting a swipe before sheathing them again and counting on the fear of him showing claws, started an attempt to shove Muddypaw in the chest and knock her over for a pin. |

As savage kicks pummeled him belly, he knew that he couldn’t call himself a warrior of this was what brought him down. Steeling himself, it would all come down to this. He rested his front paw firmly but lightly on the apprentice’s throat and tried to deliver his most forceful smack to her face. |

(I don't know. I mean, she already got smacked earlier and I didn't know what reaction to write for the smack "->- ) (Meh fine with me sorry my moves aren’t too inspired. I’ll just pretend she was too freaked out by the choke to register the hit.) Edgestep-Training Ledge-Muddypaw Suddenly, as he watched the apprentice struggle beneath him, he saw her face shift to an entirely different expression. Fear. Surely she knew he would never hurt her, right? Still, things could get out of hand if he chose to keep going. As if to prove his theory, the strong kicks pummeling his stomach lost all sense of…composure, maybe? These held the force of a cornered fox’s bite. Jumping off of the thrashing apprentice, he paused to gasp for breath, balancing himself against the far rocky wall. “Stop! I’m calling it off. For me, this was a friendly spar. For you, however, it seemed to have become more.” He said quickly. “Mind enlightening me as to why?” |

He turned away, embarrassed at having been so worried. "I shouldn't have pried so strongly, and everyone has a right to keep things to themselves, even me." he continues, bowing his head in deference to the smaller cat. "It was truly disrespectful, and I apologize." "Can you forgive me? All I want right now is to get you to the medicine den. No more questions, promise." He said, walking over to the exit of the Ledge. |

"Y-Yeah it's a bird. The look kind of pretty to me though. I just thought the name sounded nice. Goldtalon is cool too though." He leaned down and bit into his shrew, cutting off any other words before they could tumble out. He always got sp nervous trying to talk to Goldpaw.
Batorchid-Forest-With Fireface
The molly gave a bright smile and led the way. The wlak was nice before she finally halted and looked around at the trees. "This area seems like a good one to look for some herbs. So I need to find poppy, borage, feverfew, horsetail, honey, and cobwebs. For now we can just look for some of them and then take a second trip to look for the rest. If you don't mind being around me for that long of course," she teased at the end.
