"Mouse brain," Courage muttered as Wolf walked away. He had been there when Wolf had joined the group, a decision he was still doubting on Orange's part. If they were going to attack Fallenclan they should at least know who they'd be fighting with!

(I'm sorry for not being very active... I'm gonna post starters for all my characters, feel free to interact with them!) Orange prowled through the forest close to the Thunderpath, he was getting a little hungry and was thinking about starting to hunt for prey. He scented the air for any trace of something to eat. He caught the scent of a squirrel and started to stalk towards it, trusting the sounds of the THunderpath to cover the sound of his pawsteps. Courage was laying on top of one of the tree stumps in the clearing, grooming his pale orange fur. He kept his ears pricked, knowing that Misty kept getting into fights with other rouges around. Salem sat on top of the fence to her yard watching twolegs and the world pass by. Her turquoise eyes sparkled with mischief and excitement as she contemplated jumping down from the fence and going exploring. Ghost was moving through the shrublands, scenting the air and doing his best to stay in the shadows of the bushes out of the heat of the sun. Even though Leaf-fall was approaching it was still hot under the sun in the day. He took a pause under a small stunted tree, whose limbs twisted and looked gnarled and almost burnt from the constant sun's rays hitting it. He panted a little and groomed his back to get some of the dust off of it. Hazel padded slowly, keeping up with her brothers limp. suddenly she smelled a rogue.

Orange was focused on his prey as he stalked forward towards the squirrel, confident that with him downwind and the thunderpath covering any sounds of his approach he could catch it no problem. His green eyes glinted as he got close enough to see the individual pieces of fur on it's body, claws flexing as he bunched his muscles to spring.

Hey all)
Misty stalked through the tall grass, he claws digging into the ground with every step she makes. The meeting with the two cats earlier had left the blue she-cats heart pumping fast. She closed her eyes, scenting to see if there was any prey around to throw all her irritated anger out at.

Orange's powerful muscles rippled as he sprang and landed square on the squirrel and killed it. He picked up his prey to move away from the Thunderpath and paused when he caught the scent of another cat over the scent of the prey in his jaws. He narrowed his eyes and glanced around, so far he had been able to avoid a lot of fights with other rogues because he was a very good political speaker and charmer but that didn't mean he wasn't a bad fighter.

Riddle slowly sat down, his stomach was on the verge of growling and he'd prefer if the strangers didn't realize how hungry he was currently. He took a bite into his snake, tearing off a thin strip of meat. Hazel appeared to be very friendly, which was surprising, and a good hunter. Briar hadn't said much, but his body language and appearance suggested he was the most inclined to start a fight. Wolf was the oldest and seemed docile enough, but Riddle could recognize suspicion when he saw it. Frankly, that made Wolf the most sensible of the three in Riddle's eyes. He also felt like he'd seen Wolf before. Maybe he was in Orange's Group. That felt right, although he wasn't sure. Once his stomach was sated, Riddle decided he should take advantage of the situation given the amicable nature the cats had shown. He tilted his head at the Briar and Hazel and changed the topic away from Wolf, "Are you all new to this area? Where are you all from?" He offered some information about himself, as to not seem prying, "I grew up in the shrubland not far from here, but I have lived here for a couple moons now." ----- Melody held back an amused laugh at Misty's comment, opting for a friendly jab instead, "C'mon, is it really cowardly to run from someone who is not only capable, but also clearly ready to kill you?" In case her praise of Misty's skills didn't come across, she added, "You fight really well. Are you self taught?" Ahh sorry i didnt see that!! XD) Misty lifted her tail, clearly amused. "I was born in the twoleg place. I was born to fight."

(It's cool I've been busy with school and work)
Courage was getting hungry so he stood up from the tree stump he had been laid on and left the Three Tree Stumps clearing and headed towards teh Thunderpath, but not too close to it he hated the stench of the monsters and twolegs. He scented the air as he prowled.

It was hard to say they were wrong when some of the best fighters Melody had met were born in a twolegplace. "The twolegplace I saw not far from here?" Melody mewed curiously, "I was thinking of taking a look around there later. Did you grow up there?"

Trouble with family or past friends? Melody pondered briefly. Despite the civil terms the conversation was on, she still felt she should tread lightly. Melody smiled graciously, "That's very kind of you to offer, but I wouldn't want to trouble you so much." She offered an alternative lightly, so, if Misty was determined to show not tell, Melody didn't come off over-assertive."If you just briefly described it for me, that would be enough. What areas to avoid and how to recognize them. That kind of thing. I wouldn't want to waste much of your time."

Orange finished his meal and stood, scraping dirt over the remains of his squirrel. He glanced around before prowling back towards the Three Tree Stumps, as the sun was starting to set towards the horizon. He had some preparing to do for the meeting he was hosting later that evening.
Courage had caught himself a mouse not far from the Fallenclan border. When he finished his mean he baredhis teeth at the border and kicked the remains of his meal towards it before stalking away and back into the forest.
Ghost was waiting for the sun to start to go down before coming out from under the stunted tree to hunt the hares and other prey that came out in the evening.

Misty lashed her tail. "Well, you should avoid the twolegs. And the thunderpath as well. And don't forget about those stray cats," The rouge looked up at the sky. "It's nearly evening, i have to go," she growled, padding away. At last she waited, sitting on a rock. Misty waited for the meeting to take place, and to take in any suspicious behavior from any other members of the group. Her ears twitched as she scented prey and cats nearby.

Melody nods and watches Misty leave. Realizing the sun was indeed very low in the sky, Melody returned the way she'd come. She wanted to explore the forest further, perhaps find those young cats Misty was fighting. For now though, she climbed back up the slope that bordered the thunderpath and crossed back into the shrubland. She followed her stale scent trail back to the makeshift den she'd formed and scented the air for prey.
Riddle took the snake remains and hid them behind his nest. He curled up and took a quick power nap. When he woke evening was fast approaching. The meeting would be soon... He ate the rest of the snake and quietly wondered what the meeting would be about. Really, he couldn't think of any good news that Orange could be bringing. It was likely a lecture, or as some termed it "a rallying cry". Or perhaps introducing new members? Riddle wriggled his whiskers in disgust. No one in the group could be considered "friends" with him, so when new members arrived it was just another group of strangers he had to keep track of. Then the last option he could think of was if Orange was introducing a plan of attack. Fighting made Riddle nervous, but he new from a few unhappy run-ins with battle hungry cats and angry raccoons that he was capable. Not great by any means, but he approached fighting as he did hunting; as a matter of survival. Losers died and he had no intention of doing that, so winning fights was a personal matter.

Orange arrived back in the clearing with the tree stumps and jumped up onto the one in the middle and settled down in the catloaf position with his paw tucked under him. He closed his eyes till there was just slits of green as he waited for the rest of the cats to show up, mentally thinking about what he wanted to cover in the meeting. There were a lot of potentially new members coming tonight so he needed to gain their trust and strengthen the entire group as a whole. Something that would prove to be difficult with them all being rogues and such. He wanted to talk to Misty before the meeting as well and address her recent actions of attacking other cats without a reason. He expected more from his second in command.

Shard was one of the first that slid into the clearing. He blinked up at Orange before sitting down and curling his tail around his paws.

(Hey lost I've been meaning to ask, where did you get those Pokemon graphics in your sig?)
Courage arrived a short while later. He dipped his head in greeting to Shard and settled a little bit away from the other tom. He got bored quickly and tried to groom his fur to pass the time.
Orange flicked his ear in response to the arrival of the two toms but otherwise stayed still.
