Pinekit stopped as his mother Cloverstripe entered the nursery and slightly groaned. Slowly he pawed over to her and said, “I know I am supposed to be asleep mom but I needed to know if you talked to uncle Vinetail.”

The she-cat walked away from the herbalists her mind whirring, she tried to bond with Buzzardgaze, but it didn't go very well, with a sigh she walked out ready to hunt some prey.

Pinekit laid on the ground and said, “I just had a guess, sometimes Uncle Vinetail would stay for a couple days before leaving again.” With a nervous flick of his tail he said, “I really am sorry that I never told you that I would see him mom. I have just been so confused, Uncles stories sound much fun but I don’t want you to hate me.” With that a few sad mews came from his throat.

Cloverstripes uses her paw to Pinekit close to her. "I could never hate you. You are my son and that is never going to change. As for you uncle, well he has his own way of doing things and will do whatever he wants no matter what. I know his stories are fun but you will eventually come up with your own stories."

Pinekit just let himself be pulled into his mother and said, “I am not really sure if I want adventures like Vinetails. I don’t know if I can live without you and my annoying sisters.” With a yawn he nuzzled into her as he said, “I am tired mama, can we go to bed now?”

Once again Pinekit let out a yawn as he said, “Okay mama good night, love you.” With that he more or less just sprawled out onto the floor and fell asleep.

Featherpaw paced outside the herablists den slowly, keeping their good eye straight ahead of them, while their ears pricked ready to hear any signs of cats from their blind side. They didn't want to accidentally crash into someone.

Quailfoot at Mighty Oak with [Open] Quailfoot gazed up at the Mighty Oak and then glanced at her paw. Last time she had tried to climb it, she had hurt her wrist and scraped her paw pads, almost plummeting down the huge tree. She shuddered at the thought of almost falling from it again. Quailfoot decided to find a shaded area under the Mighty Oak to relax for a bit and lied down under the trunk. [Open] Blossompaw in Main Entrance with [Open] Blossompaw sat near the main entrance. The day had been a bit boring in her opinion and she wished that somebody would come talk to her. She rolled over onto her back and let out a very loud sigh. "There's nothing to do today..." She mumbled [Open] |

Blizzardstar: Patrol Open
Blizzardstar was leading a patrol towards twolegplace. Seemed every day the commoners were getting bolder with stealing prey and ambushing cats. His patience was starting to wane and he considered going to war over it. Skyflower had other ideas and insisted that they send in a envoy or a spy to find out more about the group going after them.
Skyflower: Castle Open
Skyflower wanders around chatting with whoever she could find and finding out how they were feeling. She wanted to gage on who sided with Blizzardstar and who didn't. Seemed patrols were going out constantly and royal guards, knights and squires were required to work on their fighting moves.
Brambleshade: Lover's Lake
Brambleshade takes a deep breath and exhales slowly. He managed to slip away for a little bit of peace. Brambleshade stretches out near the bank of the lake and watches as the wind gently ruffles the surface of the water.
Mapleheart: Garden Open
Mapleheart wanders through the garden as she eyes the herbs that were slowly beginning to die. The air was starting to get colder and the leaves were slowly beginning to change. At the moment, they had plenty of herbs but she couldn't help but worry. The cold weather always brought sickness and she worried about how bad it could get.
Duskstorm: Stairs: Open
Duskstorm found himself eyeing the entrance wondering if he could make a break for it. He wanted to go hunting and just be out of the castle.
Cloverstripes: Main Entrance with kits
Cloverstripes stands near the entrance as she prepares to held out. She wanted to give Heathershade and her kits a little bit of space. She promised her kits they would go on a little field trip outside the castle though they wouldn't go to far.

Waterkit at Main Entrance with Cloverstripes and Siblings Waterkit leaned against one of Cloverstripes' legs. She had been a bit tired recently and would've preferred to stay in the nursery and rest. But, she'd never argue with her mother. "What are we doing,"she mewed drowsily. |

Pinekit jumped around happy as he waited for his mom to say that he could go outside and play. The minute he told them that they would be leaving the nursery made him extremely happy. Now he would get to climb new places, reaching new heights. He looked at Waterkit and said, “We are having fun Waterkit, something you should try every once and a while.”

Waterkit at Main Entrance with Cloverstripes and Siblings Waterkit rolled her eyes before closing them again. "I can have fun," her drowsy mew was raspy with tiredness. Her face drooped on Cloverstripes' leg as she began to doze off again. She would've fallen asleep if a bird hadn't cooed so near to the main entrance. After hearing the bird, her eyes snapped open and she sat erect, only to lean against Cloverstripes again. |

Cloverstripes considered leaving Waterkit behind but decided against it. This would be something that they would all hopefully remember. "We are going on a little walk. We will head to the stone cluster and if there is time the flower fields. Just so you all have a taste of what becoming a future apprentice is like."

Pinekit just flicked his tail in Waterkit’s direction and said, “Then you can prove that as we go sleepy tail.” He then looked at his mother and asked, “Will I be able to climb the rocks mom? I really want to see how high up I can get.”

Waterkit with Cloverstripes and Siblings Waterkit followed. Her paws dragged along the ground and she lagged behind. Waterkit tripped over her paws a few times, but never really fell down. |

Pinekit didn't take even a second to to start running infront of his mother, not knowing where he was going. He would only stop every once in a while to call for his family to hurry up.

Cloverstripes keeps an eye on Pinekit as he races ahead of them. She didn't want them to get to far away from the castle but far enough so her kits could stretch their legs. She glances around making sure there were no large birds flying about.

Pinekit stopped his running for a second so his family could catch up, yelling for them to “Hurry up, you all are so slow.” As he sat down he noticed a moving shadow on the ground. Curious he looked to the sky as he saw a bird, not a large one but not small. He saw it flew to a near by tree and quickly followed it to the base. Right now all the kit wanted to do was climb up and try get to that bird.

Pinekit’s tail happily swished back and forth as he climbed to the branch the bird was on and slowly made his way over to. As he inched closer and closer the bird just watched him until flying away. With a sigh the kits tail dropped as he sat on the branch. Turning his attention to the ground he called out, “Oh mom you worry to much.” Suddenly Tyne bird reappeared and flew very close to Pinekit spooking him. Losing his balance he ended up slipping of the branch, just barley managing to hold on with his front paws. With a cry he said, “Okay now you can worry, someone help me!”

Cloverstripes lets out a sigh and hurries over to the tree. She considers on what to do before getting underneath the branch. "Pinekit, I'm going to catch you just let go!" She called out to him.
