my mental and emotional health took a plunge off a cliff a few weeks ago and i sort of informally took a step back from the forums to focus on that. still, i should've given you guys a heads-up. i'll try to be more active moving forward, and if i need another break, i promise to let you know next time instead of just ghosting!

i didn't really get to rp Parrot bein a mentor or Kiwi being an apprentice, so i'd like to offer one of my warriors as a potential mentor for any future apprentices. also thinking about making another apprentice for myself... i haven't used Tsunamitail at all so maybe i'll just switch him to Tsunamipaw instead lol

hey guys! took a bit of a break from the forums to focus on other things, but im excited for a fresh start and potential new scenes!

Tealraven - welcome back, i hope you'e feeling better <3 and yes!! im still very interested in both of those ships, and i'd love to know your thoughts as well on their relationships. personally, i feel like Peal and Jacaranda would take a little longer to confess to each other, and during these last 5 moons they've just been getting more comfortable around each other and really woking on their friendship. i can see them being a little flirty but not realizing it (since they're both so bad at reading signs)
regarding Parrot and Little, i can think of a couple of scenarios but i remember it being mentioned that Sunchaser possibly spilled the beans about Parrotcall's previous crush, essentially breaking the "just friends" facade between the two of them - so i'd be most interested in exploring their situation after something like that has happened.
but im virtually down for anything and im interested to hear your thoughts a well!

also thinking about creating some new characters so i'll try and get them done before Friday (probs an apprentice or two since so many aged up and i dont have one quite yet)

and considering that the coup is growing and ive added a character since the check-in i thought id revise my list on what side everyone is currently on:

Copper: on Coconut's side
Manta: on Red's side, part of the coup
Reed: on Red's side, part of the coup
Little: trying to stay neutral
Pearl: supports Red, not part of the coup (but could be convinced by Jacaranda, AND if Lily is part of the coup a well)

@ teal- that sounds like a great idea! i feel like after flower night and maybe getting swept into red's rebellion made Pearl completely forget about the little pebble, but after rediscovering it she's in a more comfortable place to actually give it to her like "here's a token of our friendship" but then all of Jacaranda's gift giving in return has her second-guessing her own feelings
i feel like i should've written some down bc i really cant remember most of what was going on in my brain lmao but i love the idea that only Little knows, it'll have her panicking on what to do. i think a fun way to start out would be the immediate aftermath of Sun spilling the beans and then Little finding herself on a herb picking patrol with Parrot bc the other healers "insisted" that they had to go together their attempt at setting Parrot up bc he's been a wingman for most of them

@ bee - yeah! i can totally see that. i think manta fully realizes his feelings but has just convinced himself that fin probably just sees him as a bro, so he's content to be only that. i could see the ice breaker for them is that one of them possibly could get jealous??

Also, would you want to figure out Red and Storm’s relationship as well? I feel like on Red’s side his distrust is fading and he’s starting to open up more to Storm.

And while she’s aware and understands that she is indeed single, she still feels guilty about it and isn’t quite sure how she wants to navigate this. I don’t think she’s avoiding Canna, but it’s probably obvious something is going on in that head of hers

moonclaw400 - Unless Trout confessed feelings during the time skip, then they’re probably not mates just yet. Bright definitely really likes him, but her brain is too small to figure out that it’s romantic. And while I’m sure she’s verbally expressed to Trout how much she likes him, it’s probably been more like “whoah you’re a great friend! I love my friendship with you” and essentially “friend-zoning” him despite feeling more than just friendship toward him

I think ripple would be really unsure about her feelings and exceptionally afraid since she doesn't want to be hurt,, considering tiger will have a mate chosen FOR him. She doesnt avoid him although she tries desperately to get a hold of her feelings and stop herself from getting too attached

@ fea - sure! i'd like to offer Wavecrest and maybe Aniselight as potential mentors as well ^-^
speaking of apprentices, it looks like more than half of them have aged up. is there still a hold on creating new ones? i'm leaning towards getting rid of Tsunamitail and making a Tsunamipaw instead.

regarding Red x Storm (Redstorm? ship name???) i think Storm definitely considers Red a friend and has become more comfortable around him by now. he's probably starting to move into the gay panicking and adamantly denying feelings phase. he knows that what they're doing is dangerous, possibly risking death or exile or whatever if it goes wrong, and is reluctant to let himself get too attached to Red. he'd likely still switch sides last-minute to save his skin if their plotting comes to light, but he's hovering right on the edge of fully committing to Red and The Coup.

@ everybody - i think it would be interesting to discuss relationships between members of the coup!! they've been getting to know each other and plotting together for five months so friendships, rivalries, and flings are bound to have developed during that time c;<
