it's the week before finals in my classes and so the professors decided to throw 100000 things of homework at me this week

yeah i know, it's so dumb
like my chem professor assigned 48 pages of homework on friday and it was due on sunday, and i unfortunately do not have a true weekend since i also work
and there's still more homework that needs to be done, so im trying to do some now before my next class in an hour and a half

pre-vet! i actually have four years of psychology as well, the first college i attended didn't have pre-vet (i couldnt afford any other school at the time so i had to settle for something else) but i was able to save up for a few years and finally get into a college that offers pre-vet ;w;

yeah it was absolutely insane
i like school and learning, but being forced to do homework and stuff for it kinda sucks the fun out of it, ya know? i dont miss that part of the schooling system

about a year or year and a half, depending on how it all goes!
since i have all my gen eds and whatnot from my last college, i just need to pick up a few more pre-vet exclusive and higher chem classes

Parrot and Sun are kinda inseparable when they’re not working so i imagine there’s a lot of overlap between their social circles. sorta like if you’re Sun’s friend then you kinda end up being Parrot’s by default and vice versa, if that makes sense. esp since Little and Parrot are basically coworkers

i could see Littlefoam having had a small crush on Parrot when they were training together, she's a smarty-pants so im sure he asked to study herbs with her, but after noticing how flirty he was to everyone else she dismissed her feelings in a "haha he would never" kind of way. plus, she would've hated for things to get complicated.
that being said, as much as she loves spending time with the siblings, i doubt they spend a lot of time together outside of work and when it's just the two of them. so, if the plan plays out maybe things will get complicated after all 👀

aww. nerdy teen Parrotcall offering to study with nerdy teen Littlefoam because she's super smart and pretty but never acting on it because "she's my sister's best friend i shouldn't" and he knows Sun would beat him up if he hurt Little and Littlefoam crushing on him but never acting on it because "he would never see me that way." this is turning into a "the pining is mutual they're just dorks" situation lol

yeah yeah! them wanting to keep things professional and not really spending a lot of time together outside of work makes sense. though, if neither of them wants to disrupt the status quo, i wonder what the catalyst for starting them down that path will be 👀

and ooooooh, hmm. off the top of my head i could see Flower Night starting to get things a brewin, stirring up old emotions, maybe they even find a hibiscus flower together. i think it would be pretty hilarious if they found themselves unintentionally getting into romantic situations after that - what those are tho, i havent thought that far ahead. as far as what the catalyst is that really shakes things up, the most simplest solution could just be Sunchaser accidentally spilling some beans to the both of them "hey remember when you used to like Littlefoam? wasnt that a time", but id love to explore other options/hear your ideas
