I like it! Let's do it! Maybe Keko can release her army of Menos  ]] The breeze rustled Mitsuo's hair as the train whizzed past them and he quickly brushed it back in place with his free hand. Despite the cold air his face still felt nice and warm. "Hm? Oh, kido? They're spells that can either attack or defend. It's funny, we spend so much time practicing kido in the academy, but then hardly anyone uses the spells in actual combat. I try to use them whenever I can. Yeah, zanpakuto attacks are faster, but there are some pretty powerful kido out there. Some are forbidden, though, I stay away from those... but the rest, I like to say I'm one of the better users," he said, smirking at the end. (Hahahah yes!) Nikita laughed a little at the rustling of Mitsuo's hair and how he fixed it back into place quickly, she would have done the same but it was funny to see a boy do it as well. Nikita nodded quietly to him, "I can recognize a few, like the one you used earlier, but for the most part I wasn't sure what they were." she told him with a light smile and a bit of a laugh. "How many Kido spells are there?" she inquired glancing to him, still smiling a little bit. Her mind flickered to the book where she'd see a few of them written down. It was from her parents library and something they'd had passed down to them. She hardly remembered all the ones in there but knew a few just off the top of her head. |

Fira, not sure if you saw, Silver and I were talking about the Visored plot and came up with a new idea for it~ We're thinking the visored experiments would be kickstarted by an order from the Central 46 or something, as the result of the arrancars posing a threat once more, to put it shortly xD]]

The school bell signaling the start of class went off right as Aoi stepped foot into the classroom. She let out a sigh of relief when she noticed the teacher was not yet in the classroom and hurried to her seat, nodding a greeting to Eiichi as she walked past him. As she dropped her bag on the floor beside the desk and sat down, the homeroom teacher finally walked in to start class.

Silver:
Mitsuo frowned, trying to remember all the kido spells he'd learned. "You're asking all the hard questions now," he said. He lifted one hand and started to count on his fingers, but a few moments in he lost track and the hand went back to hanging at his side. "Well, there are a lot, I know that. At least a hundred if you include all the different categories... there are also some forbidden ones, but I don't know the numbers for those, obviously," he said.

Hueco Mundo:
Keko was laying on her back, limbs outstretched in the grey sands of Hueco Mundo. She had decided to take a field trip outside Las Noches but got bored soon after walking no more than a few feet away. "There's nothing to here!" she yelled, letting out an angry sigh.
"If I had a soul for every time I heard you say that," an apathetic voice sounded behind her, accompanied by an eye roll. The young arrancar stood near Keko, looking down at her with arms folded over his chest. "I'm just as bored as you are, but you don't see me screaming to the sky."
Ignoring his words, Keko suddenly sat bolt upright and jumped to her feet. "Ikki! That's it! Come on!" she chirped, skipping over the sand. The gleeful look on her face tainted by a twisted grin. "We're going to have some fun with the humans today~"

Nikita laughed gently at his complaint about her questioning and watched him count a few times over and then nodded. "That's a lot to learn." She murmured quietly in response. Quincies had a rather short list of spells to choose from which made it rather easy to master one entirely. "You're always welcome to ask some too!" She reminded him with a smile and another light laugh.

Nikita nodded quietly to him and wondered quietly for a moment at people in the Kido Corps and how extensive their memories must be to know all of those. Then her mind flickered to his question. "Not particularly. There is the Sprenger technique where you use to Seele to for a large barrier of sorts. Then there is another technique called Ransotengai where you create threads of Reiryoku and can control others, but it's very advanced and can go very wrong it you're not careful. Then of course there's Volstandig but that's requires you to be a master of your Reishi. And of course the technique of Letzt Stil but you don't use that unless you are certain there is no other option." She smiled lightly and shrugged to him, "We have options. It very few in comparison to you Shinigami." |

"You're right, that's not very many...lucky. Except for those names, I am not jealous of having to pronounce those," Mitsuo said jokingly. "Who knows, maybe after enough German lessons I'll change my mind about that." He laughed a little and flashed a smile in her direction. Then a thought occurred to him. "Quincies may not have many spell-like things, but at least you don't have to chant a whole sentence to get some of them to work. Those can really throw your timing off if you slip up in battle. I found that out the hard way."

Nikita laughed lightly at his comment about the German and nodded lightly in return, "They take a bit to master when you're learning how to say them." she told him lightly. Then as he mentioned the phrases they had to say in order to activate their weapons she blinked. "I've never thought about that. I suppose it truly would be easy for an opponent just to strike you down in the middle of your phrases wouldn't it?" she murmured thoughtfully. Her eyes flickered to him then with a bit of worry and she arched her brow, "What happened?" her voice was truly interested but with a bit of concern laced through it as well.

"Well, I was fighting a hollow once and wanted to use one of the higher level kido I had been working on to deal with it. Thing was, this kido had a long chant you had to say in order for it to work. Long story short, I was too focused on chanting the words correctly that the hollow snuck up on me and gave me a nice slap across the face - but I killed it right away with my zanpakuto right after, of course," Mitsuo explained. He laughed quietly when he noticed the hint of concern on Nikita's face and waved his hand. "Oh don't worry, I didn't get seriously injured or anything," he said, hoping to dispel any worry.

Nikita listened quietly and nodded, suddenly much more grateful that her spells were just quick access and activation. As he assured her that he'd not sustained any large injuries (foreshadowing) she let out a light sigh and nodded, "Well try not to get hurt while I'm around alright? I don't do well with injuries to others." (more foreshadowing lol) She told him with a bit of a laugh and a smile as she squeezed his arm lightly. She pulled them around a corner and they were in a nicer area of the city, near to the gardens and parks. "Do you want to see the new parks? They'll be lit enough to see most of it, but they're much more beautiful in the daylight." she suggest with another small laugh as she looked up at him with a gently arched brow and a sweet smile on her face.

"Nikita, don't you remember? I am the strong and talented Miyamura Mitsuo, highest ranked out of all shinigami," Mitsuo said with a smirk. "Next to me is the safest place to be. Injuries are a thing of the past." (are you sure about that?) He laughed again, and then nodded at her suggestion of going to see the parks. "Sure, I'll check out the parks, lead the way," he replied, returning her smile.
~Meanwhile~
"Ikki, hurry up!" Keko called as the two rapidly approached a patch of crystalline trees. Beside this forest was a large gaping hole Keko had blasted open to gain entrance to the true site of this forest, the Forest of Menos.
"The menos? What are you planning?" Ikki asked, one eyebrow raised.
Keko giggled. "Why, I'm going to release them on the human world, what else?"
*insert ominous music*

(Hahaha I cannot wait for this fight and for Nikita to just get wrecked and then Mitsuo and going to be so worried and it'll be so cute!)
Nikita laughed happily and nodded, "I'm holding you do that then." she smiled brightly and then lead him into the large park and sighed happily, "It's really much nicer in the daylight." she assured him, though even know in the lights along the pathways it was still a rather gorgeous park. Hedges and flowers everywhere and fountains bubbling here and there for one to sit at and listen too. Even a small stream flowing through it for kids to race papers boats down if they wanted to.

Mitsuo took a long look around, nodding slowly as he noticed each little feature of the area. "It is really nice here," he commented. "I'll have to come back during the day sometime." His eyes rested on one of the fountains for a moment, momentarily mesmerized by how the light played on the moving water before looking up to the trees. "Reminds me of the sixth division's barracks, the captain has this huge garden outside the office... what is it with noble families and gardens?" he murmured, thinking of his own family's garden back home.

Nikita laughed lightly and nodded to him, "My family had fountains too actually!" She laughed brightly at the fact as it suddenly seemed to be true, "A big one out front in the driveup and then two out back in the gardens." She smiled again and rolled her eyes, "I fell into them so many times when I was young, my father debated on just tearing them down because he didn't want me to drown in one of them." She laughed a little again and smiled up at Mitsuo once more.

Mitsuo glanced at Nikita and laughed. "Really? That's hard to imagine," he said, smiling. Some early childhood memories flashed in his mind as his eyes went back to the fountain closest to the two of them. "We had a fountain - sorta - at home," he said, opening up a little. "Water poured into a piece of bamboo, when it got full the bamboo would tip over and then hit a rock. The water from it flowed down into a little stream. I would always send leaf boats down the stream, or throw rocks in of different sizes to see how big a splash I could make," he went on, laughing a bit. "My parents got so mad at me for that."

Keko was standing on the pointed nose of the tallest menos she could find, facing a the rest of the menos as they slowly swayed back and forth. She had them figuratively eating out of the palm of her hand, a skill her fellow arrancar Ikki always wondered from where she acquired it.
"Don't you think this is a bit too many?" Ikki asked from his seat beside her, feet dangling off the side. "There won't be any souls left for us at this rate."
Keko sighed. "I suppose you're right," she muttered.

Nikita laughed and nodded, "I was a terribly reckless and clumsy child." she assured him smiling as she looked over the fountain as they passed it. She listened to his description of his own family's and she nodded, "I'd count that." she replied looking up at him and smiling as they continued through the park until they reached the other end of it. With that, they were back onto the streets, she paused a moment to check the street signs and then began down the street to their right once more.

"I guess I was too, and it stuck with me until I became a shinigami," Mitsuo said. He let Nikita lead the two of them through the park, admiring the features he could see during the night and noticing there weren't many other people walking through it with them - not that that was a problem. Once they reached the end of the park and turned down the street, he glanced at Nikita. "So, where to next?"

"I suppose I can still be a bit clumsy now even." Nikita laughed lightly to him and then shrugged gently, "I'm not sure, I think this street meets back up near to the other park so we'll see what happens." she told him brightly. At this point she was fairly certain it went where she though it did, but she could also be wrong. Oh well, they had all night as Mitsuo had made it sound. But, she didn't want to make him late for anything in particular back where he was needed.

He watched the cars drive down the street when they passed and thought again about how much this town had changed compared to Soul Society. Soul Society hadn't seemed to have changed at all over his lifetime, but I suppose that's what best for it. The street was nice a quiet and Mitsuo started to smile, reflecting on all that had happened over the day. It had been a pretty good day, and looked like it was going to end that way as well. (lol that's what you think)

There were four menos grande including the one she stood on, but she was bringing it along mainly to be a perch for herself, standing atop telephone poles was something for lame shinigami to do.
The younger arrancar got up with a sigh and sailed to the ground to open the portal. "Why can't she do it herself? She's the more experienced one here," he muttered under his breath, questioning once again why he even stuck with her in the first place. "Alright, it's open. Karakura, right?"
Keko nodded, grinning from ear to ear. "That's right, let's go~"

(Sorry I got sick yesterday) Nikita smiled as they headed out into the night and she saw him glance around and she arched a brow, "How long has it been since you've been here?" she inquired to him before she began to lead the way towards the downtown area. It wouldn't be too terribly busy at this time. Then they could circle around the outskirts of the town and back to her house. She figured that was a good enough plan for the night. Her eyes flicked back up towards him as she waited quietly for his response. Haruna nodded lightly as she stretched a little and then rose to her feet, "I think that's a good idea." she commented lightly in return as she brushed back some of her hair. Sithis overlooks Hueco Mundo " the sands are Changing....war is near i can feel it" he says his zanpakuto itching to fight |

Nikita nodded lightly in return to his question, "It's a bit smaller and has more open spaces that people like to do sports and other activities at." she explained lightly as her eyes continued ahead of them while they walked. It had turned out to be a fairly nice night and she let out a soft sigh of contentment. Though the moment didn't last long as Nikita felt the sudden pressure change and her smile immediately disappeared and she stopped dead in her tracks, pulling Mitsuo to a stop as well. "Do you feel that?" she murmured quietly as her grip on his arm tightened a bit and her jaw clenched. It was more than just one Hollow, it was something more, something bigger. Not just a normal Hollow, there were Menos and someone....an Arrancar, no two of them? Nikita bit her lip then, "I don't have anything with me." she murmured as she whipped around pulling Mitsuo with her. There in the sky the garganta was slowly opening and her eyes flicked up to it in sudden worry, "We have to go back to my house quickly." with the, she paused a single moment to grab Mitsuo's hand and took off, still able to use Hirenkyaku. Her eyes were focused and the Nikita he'd been with before was suddenly gone, this was the Nikita one needed to be worried about. Their sparring match before was for fun, simply to test the two of them and she'd smiled the whole time. Now she was different, her aura was solemn and her features were suddenly stoic and unreadable, her eyes that were soft before were fixated and sharp. In a moment they were back at her door step, travelling nearly half the length of the town in four seconds perhaps. She left him to regain himself after that mad race here as she rushed inside to change and grab her Sanrei Glove and Seeles. From inside she could be heard yelling at her aunt and uncle in German. "Do not leave this house, stay inside no matter what. I will be fine. Stay inside and go down to the cellar please." With that she hurried back to Mitsuo, in the white uniform of her people, her hair tugged back into a high ponytail and her glasses removed. |

His eyes remained glued to the garganta as Nikita brought the two of them back to her house, feeling hi stomach drop as numerous ghostly white faces appeared in the blackness. While Nikita rushed inside, Mitsuo took out a small plastic candy dispenser and dropped one of the candies onto his hand. As he popped the round candy into his mouth his soul was ejected from the gigai still in his full uniform, captain's haori fluttering. He took a moment to steady his footing, still not used to the sensation, before placing both hands onto the gigai's shoulders. "Ok Ginnosuke, um, just stay outta trouble ok? I saw a game store down the street, why don't you head down there?" he said. Guess you could say I'm talking to myself, he thought, snickering despite the situation. He immediately unsheathed his zanpakuto and released it, nodding to Nikita as she returned. "Ready to fight alongside a shinigami?" he asked, grinning.

Keko could barely contain her excitement. Her eyes were wide and sparkling and the grin on her face was unsettling as she giggled into her hand like a child at an amusement park. "This is going to be so much fun~!" she exclaimed, clapping lightly.
Ikki looked over at her, showing less than a quarter of his companion's enthusiasm. "Wouldn't it be much easier to just harvest souls on our own? These things have no mind of their own," he said, nodding to the menos behind them. He opened his mouth to speak again, but was cut off by a squeal from Keko.
"Do you feel that Ikki? Strong sources of power nearby~" the arrancar sang. She hadn't heard a word Ikki said, or rather she wasn't even listening.

"Yeah, wonder what the occasion is," Mitsuo murmured. Holding the spear at his side he jumped into the air, hopping from rooftop to rooftop as he followed after Nikita. He sent a glance back to the street they had just left, checking to make sure the modified soul was still behaving itself. "I'll take the one to the right," he called to Nikita, splitting away from her. He landed atop a tall building and stood staring directly into the face of the giant hollow. "These faces never get old," he murmured, letting out a light chuckle. He gave his spear a twirl and as he lifted it skyward it sparked with bright blue light as he charged it. As he stood his eyes wandered to the arrancar, now three stood before them, but they didn't seem to be doing anything. Well if they came here for a show I guess I'll give 'em one.

Keko turned to look at Sithis, unfazed by his sudden appearance. "It's nothing big, I was just bored," she explained with a slight shrug. She then sat down, her legs dangling freely off the nose of the menos grande. "I just want to see what happens, I think it's going to be very amusing~" she said, giggling again.

Has anything happened that would affect my characters?)) Hey!]] Not really, but we might be needing Hikari soon xD]] We added some to the visored plot, and we're just starting it now sorta. An arrancar attack that just started is going to be the trigger to start the visored experiments again. Keko has brought her pet menos grande to Karakura and is going to watch the chaos unfold, along with my other arrancar and Sithis. Nikita and Mitsuo are currently fighting, we're planning on having Nikita get injured so Mitsuo will take her back to Seireitei to heal and also spread news of the attack~]] |
