[ OH HECK THAT'S CUTE. yes pls bro make him one i would cry ]
[ u can make a teacher if u want! wouldnt hurt to have more staff ]
Stile paused once again, ungracefully so, as he was caught off guard by the concern. Lilah's efforts to care about him usually came sarcastically and with a lot of annoying puns, bribing and slaps on the back, shitty magic tricks thrown in his face. He wasn't entirely sure if this felt any different because it WAS different, or if his gay ass couldn't keep it together. Shooting a brief look at Lilah beside him, one that sort of screamed holy crap and also please don't embarrass me, he scratched the back of his head. "Oh I'm doing great now, thanks for askin'. It's all healed and everything, you know how witchcraft is," he joked with a tiny, trailed off laugh before he pointed down at the flute. "You play that, yeah?"

lol ill make a thing tomorrow fam i gotchu
Lilah was simply leaning against the wall opposite to the door, stuffing her face, and grinning like there was no tomorrow. "God," She mumbled through a mouthful. "This is great. Totally worth it." Leaning over and pointing a salty finger at Seven, she raised her brows. "He's genuinely trying to be nice, by the way. Just in case this indecipherable mess is giving you trouble."
Cassie was surprised that Anna agreed. She got the "too cool for school" vibe from her, but was thoroughly surprised. Beaming, Cassie released her arm so that she could lead. Her own directional skills certainly weren't going to be of use. "Thank you, by the way."
Hollis made a face, squirming uncomfortably for a moment. He really was not up to getting into trouble today. "Not like I have anything better to do," he grumbled in a gravely, dramatic tone, sighing heavily as he lifted himself to his feet. "So do you have a plan beyond interrogation?"

[ BLESS U I LVOE U ]
Wisteria looked ecstatic, slinging her arm around Hollis's shoulder, or as much as she could manage considering the string bean was far taller than her. "I just have a few questions to ask him, that's all. I promise you won't be in any danger," she insisted, giving him a nice little pat on his chest of reassurance. It was mostly true, though Hollis did have a tendency to piss people off with his comments and she couldn't exactly guarantee his life if he said something with a little too much sass. "I can't start dishing out threats yet, I have to make the plan prim and proper," she added, pausing every once in awhile to peek into a room, searching for one of the two perpetrators.

Seven wasn't quite sure what to make of the pair. Lilah seemed to be simply there to watch Stile blather on about nothing, while Stile seemed extremely confused as to why he was there in the first place. Lilah's comments did clarify things somewhat and he nodded slowly, still trying to understand what Stile actually wanted. Glancing down at his flute, he was extremely tempted to say something absolutely absurd, because what else does one do with a flute? But he went for the far kinder option, nodding, "Yeah, I play that. This. I play the flute." He let the silence sit for a minute, slowly nodding, then asked, "Do you play any instruments?"
Jack made his way down the hall, away from the cafeteria and heading back towards his room. He wasn't quite sure what to make of everything that had just happened. Now that he was away from the pair, he was more than willing to admit that it stopped being a joke somewhere along the line. And to think he, a handsome young man, had been rejected by Piper of all people. He wasn't exactly sure why he was insulted, but he was indeed insulted.
Fiona strolled along one of the dormitory hallways, making her way back to her room and closing the door. The moment it was closed, she let her shoulders slump with exhaustion. Her room was a mess of scattered clothes and pillows, with her school books strewn across the desk and neighboring dressertops. Collapsing into a chair, she reached over to one of her desk drawers and pulled out a small first aid kit. She carefully cleaned her knuckles, wiping away the blood and disinfecting them before closing the kit and tossing it to the ground. She had a report to write, then she was heading back down to the gym. She needed to get better. She could take a break later. Fiona forced her eyes open and pulled her chair closer to the desk. She could rest later. Even though her entire body ached and her mind was already drifting. She felt her eyes begin to drift closed and nearly let them before forcing them open once more. Slowly she began to write, detailing the events of the patrol. Today had almost been entirely disappointing. Except for that one thing. She smiled softly, thinking back to fighting beside Lilah, walking beside Lilah, smiling, laughing, relaxing. No, today hadn't been entirely disappointing after all. Glancing down, she realized she'd just written Lilah's name three times in a row. Damn it. She quickly crossed it out, doing her best to get back to work. Perhaps she would take a break before training after all.

[ smooth, Fiona. smooth ]
Stile just elbowed Lilah without sparing a look at her, trying to think around the sounds of crunching. Seven hadn't slammed the door in their faces yet, so he considered it to be going well despite his friend hovering over him just waiting to pounce with perfect material to embarrass him with. At the question, Stile's eyes seemed to light up in response and he grinned, as if a switch had been flipped and a new person had came alive. "That's really cool. I play a few instruments, yeah. A little guitar, a little piano. A lot of harmonica, kinda weird I know," he laughed with a sheepish shrug, fiddling with the fluff of his hood. "Can you play anything else?"
Wisteria had spent some time quite literally dragging Hollis about, ready to give up on her mission, until she passed by Jack, almost entirely missing him in her distraction. Doing the slightest of double-takes, she grabbed the back of Jack's shirt in the most gentle manner possible and pulled him forward, a sweet smile on her face. "Just the man I was looking for. So, a little birdy told me something interesting," she greeted, patting his cheek and tilting her head at him, eyes narrowing ever so slightly as she grabbed a hold of his chin. "So you're a big liar huh? Got your claws in my brother, I see. Since when? Did he finally confess to staring at your ass during practice or did you bribe him with something devilish?"

Fiona is the smoothest. Super smooth.)
Seven grinned, looking far more interested now. So they did have some common ground after all. There was an audible note of excitement in his voice as he opened his door a little wider to reveal a room covered in scattered sheet music and several black instrument cases strewn across the floor, "I play flute, trumpet, and a little violin, though I'm still learning." If he'd had much of a say in the matter, he'd be studying music instead of being here at BBA, but he hadn't really had a choice. "I've always wanted to learn piano though, it's so beautiful. It's just a little harder to take with you when you're moving, so it never seemed all that practical." Harmonica was a slightly odd choice, he'd never met somebody who actually played, but he wasn't one to judge a person's musical choices.
Jack felt someone grab his shirt and nearly whipped around to belt the person, assuming it was Piper or someone planning something nefarious. However, upon seeing who it was, he merely smirked, shoving his hands into his pockets. His amused expression didn't last long. How on earth did she possibly know so quickly, it had literally just happened. But perhaps the most interesting part of the conversation, and the only part he chose to respond to, was part of her last question, "Piper's been staring at my ass?"

I've got to stop forgetting about Anna)
Anna glanced down at Cassie for a moment, her face like a mask, "For the tour? Or is this another thank you for saving your life." She led them out of the dormitories and towards the infirmary. She got the nagging sense that Cassie might be here a lot in the next few months, so she might as well be familiar with it. As for Ria, she barely gave them a second glance. She knew them well enough, they did share a class together after all, but wasn't particularly interested in the bouncing puppy. Ria looked and acted like a child and Anna had very little time for children. But she could play nice- well, as nice as Anna could be- for a little while. Cassie was far more interesting, Anna was genuinely curious how she had ended up in this school when it was blatantly obvious she deserved to be elsewhere.

Lilah, realizing that this was now going to go smoothly- and be significantly less entertaining than initially thought -decided to wander the halls a bit. Of course, she was still happy that Stile was making some headway with his beloved, giving him an encouraging slap on the back before she left.
Hollis was simply standing there looking grumpy because wolfy didn't want to type a lot

Ugh it's like you hate my fingers
Cassie giggled, though the sound was evidently forced. She was good at masking it. "This time it was for the tour, since I'm sure you have many, much more important things to attend to. But, y'know... thanks for saving my life, too. Again."
What impressive replies these are right

[ i hope she accidentally writes some gay stuff in her report. ]
[ wow im proud of u ]
Stile poked his head in to look, and was pleasantly surprised by the scene. Lilah sure wasn't kidding when she said that Seven was into music. He was totally obsessed, it was amazing. "Aw man, I tried learning violin once! People always joked saying that i would be good at it cuz it's just a tiny guitar, but damn that stuff's hard," he laughed, genuinely amazed at the amount of technical variation he was probably capable of. "That's pretty impressive, dude. Although, I could give you a hand at learning piano," he offered, not bothering to think about the consequences of his proposition, way too excited about this connection. He nearly stumbled forward when Lilah gave him a hearty slap, and shot a glance at her over his shoulder, slapping her arm in an equal shitty farewell.
Wisteria faltered, her eyes going wide for a moment. Oh my god he didn't know. Mischievous glint flashing in her eyes, she let out a laugh. "You had no idea? Oh come on, it's not like he's very subtle about it, I swear his eyes are about to pop out of his skull every time. I thought he would've told you considering....you know," she snickered, moving her hands in a rather questionable gesture to make a point. He hadn't bothered to deny or defend himself, so she safely assumed that Caspian was right about this whole thing. Which was good, and also horrible. Good, because she doubted he'd lay a finger on Piper, but bad because now it would be a whole lot harder to lay a finger on him.

Anna smiled slightly, observing Cassie carefully, "Nothing all that important. I can take a few minutes to escort you around, can't have you dying of starvation before you locate the cafeteria." Pausing by the infirmary door, she knocked lightly, then held it open, gesturing for the pair to go ahead of her. Like any polite person should. Not that she cared much for such things, but others did and she did enjoy making a good impression.
Seven laughed, shaking his head, "Not quite a tiny guitar, more like a tiny cello." He then paused, staring past Stile and off into space, "Or is a cello a giant violin..." This lasted for a second or two before he realized he'd just spaced out entirely and glanced down at his feet, suddenly a little embarrassed. But as Stile offered to teach him, he looked back up with eyes wide with excitement, smile growing into a massive grin, "That would be amazing! Could you? I could teach you something in return, I'd really appreciate it!"
Jack's eyes followed her finger, brow furrowing, then he looked back up at her blankly. It took a minute for him to put the pieces together, then he tried his hardest not to burst out laughing. God this had blown up to a far greater degree than he'd ever thought it would. Not that he minded, it certainly made torturing Piper all the easier. He barely contained his laughter, then looked up at her, "Well, I'll be sure to bring it up to him next time. But is there anything else you wanted or are you just here to congratulate me and welcome me into the family? Inviting me to dinner? When do I get to meet the parents?"

Caspian found the girl he was looking for. She was hanging around with some friends and chatting loudly. He used his charms to slip into the conversation and flirted a little for good measure. Frank rolled his eyes and looked away. His mind wander as thought about how he needed to sharpen Bertha. Caspian subtly told her and her friends about Piper, Jack and Alessandra. The girls seemed surprised but then started chatting excitedly about this. Cass knew these girls would spread his rumor quickly.

[ pshhhhh naw. but he certainly doesn't treat it like a regular academy. you have to take some liberties when dealing with a nightmare-fuel reality ]
[ oh my god did Frank name a knife Bertha?? ]
Dr. Ganymede swiveled in her chair at the sound of the knock, gloves once more covered in gore. "Is anyone dying this time? Or are we here for more scrapes?" she called, pushing up her goggled with the somewhat-clean part of her wrist, staring at the small group in the doorway. They didn't appear to be harmed, unless she needed to attempt counseling. She was not good at counseling.
Be still my heart, Stile begged to himself, as watching Seven get so excited about his offer almost made him go into cardiac arrest. "Yeah, sure. I've got a keyboard laying around my dorm somewhere, it wouldn't be hard," he shrugged casually, as if it were such an effortless comment to throw around. Pshh, of course he had a keyboard lying around, he was just that cool. "What do you think I should learn? Or rather, what are you best at?" he asked in return, pursing his lips as he thought about it. He wasn't sure if he was good enough at blowing to play the flute.
Wisteria laughed and waved a hand dismissively at him, as if he were telling a ridiculous joke. "Meet the parents? I mean you could, but I can't guarantee it'll be a great experience. They're rather...interesting people, to say the least," she explained, shaking her head. It would likely be an amusing show if that were to happen, and made a mental note to think about it later. Her father could mess with him far better than she ever could. "But no, I came here to confirm the rumor myself. I mean, sure I knew Piper was attracted to you, but actually liking you? Never seemed to be in the picture. So I needed to see it with my own two eyes, you know how it is."

Seven took a moment, glancing back into his bedroom as he tried to think of what he'd prefer to teach. He didn't know violin very well, he was better on the trumpet. Looking back at Stile, he twisted his hands around the flute in a slightly nervous gesture. He hadn't quite been expecting all of this when he opened the door, but he was very glad Stile had turned out to be such a nice guy instead of the standoffish jerk he had initially appeared to be, "How about the trumpet? I'm better at the flute, but it's so much more fun."
Jack arched an eyebrow, nearly laughing at the mere implication that he couldn't handle her parents. He had dealt with his own messed up family for years, he was certain he could handle whatever they threw at him. Still, this entire conversation was far more interesting for other reasons. So Piper was attracted to him. Wisteria had just outright said it and he couldn't be more thrilled. This was free ammunition and he was planning to use every bit of it. He pulled out his phone and held it up, "Mind repeating that for the record?"

Alessandra watched them, arms crossing below her chest. "Stop putting up the act. We all know it was for the sake of your boyish pride that it kept up," she stated seriously. Frowning, she turned, slowly making her way to the door after Piper and stepped out of the room where she watched for the duo. She looked at Piper for a long moment and then at Jack, eyes narrowed in the slightest. "You had me fooled for a good part of it. I will admit this- but for you two to settle it out in a fight where Jack knows he has the upper hand? Not a good idea. Its a draw; I'm sure there will be another opportunity to out do each other," she informed seriously.

Riandylan had a funny feeling that Anna was ignoring them, but they shrugged it off. Maybe she didn't hear me, they figured, though they had thought from the pressure they put on their vocal cords they had been at a decent volume. Then again, how would you know? they thought to themselves, then grew alarmed at the thought. She's not even looking at you, said another, and Ria quickly proceeded to beat it into submission. They focused on the feeling of their smile digging into their cheeks, allowing the cheer that came along with a smile to permeate through their being. They trotted through the door Anna held open with a pleasant smile plastered to their face. They quietly wondered if they were acting too small to be noticed - they then became determined to be as amazed and as enthusiastic and as energetic as possible. They turned their head to look over their shoulder at Anna and Cassie and gave an ear-to-ear grin, which to an outsider looked like it belonged on a maniac.

[ how has google hurt you? ]
Piper looked to Alessandra and just shrugged, scratching the back of his head. It didn't feel like a huge deal to him, but it was quickly starting to dawn on him that he'd picked a rather unfortunate fight with a rather dangerous person. "Yeah, it won't end here, he'll make sure of it," he grumbled, pressing a hand to his abdomen, feeling the painful echoes of the punch. He shuddered thinking about what would happen to him at Jack's full force. "Sorry for involving you."
Stile had never considered learning trumpet in his entire life, but at this very moment he would give his life to learn trumpet. All he could manage was an eager nod, as if he'd been waiting so long for this opportunity, a secret master trumpet player in the making. "I would love to learn trumpet, if you're willing," he grinned, bunching his hands up in the pockets of his coat excitedly. "You're one of the few people in this school who doesn't always want to stab a monster to death, or someone else."
Wisteria pushed Jack's phone down with her hand, shaking her head once again. "Nothing I say goes on record, period. Why don't you just ask him yourself?" she pointed out, watching his face carefully. Naturally, their weird little rivalry thing probably wouldn't go away immediately, so she wondered if she was accidentally feeding the machine. But hadn't he already known? She shoved the thought away, preferring not to think about either of them together whatsoever. "Jeeze, already you guys are bad at communication."

Alessandra took in a soft inhale and closed her eyes, hearing his apology. "Its fine. As a girl I was gullible to fall for a silly child's play," she told him before opening her eyes. "I just... Worry about us. All of us. I don't want those Class A snobs get the better of us just because they think they're perfect with their high scores or whatever." However, it went to a soft grumble and her eyes shifted away from Piper. It was more than that; She got her hopes up and she got played like a fool. This was why she was a flirter.
