Electric. Electric/Steel could also work, I guess. Its stats are sort of okay-ish. Maybe a base stat total of 420ish, which isn't a joke, that's halfway between Pachirisu (405) and Togedemaru (435).

Slightly better Special Attack than Attack. Best stat is Speed. Fairly decent HP.

Regular ability is Static, hidden ability is (edit: Download).

2nd law of thermodynamics: total entropy in external universe never decreases.
Area theorem: surface area of a black hole never decreases.

Problem 1: if I take a bunch of entropy-carrying matter and dump it into a black hole, then the entropy is basically gone. Goodbye. I have just decreased entropy outside the black hole. Hello thermodynamics scientists???
Problem 2: if a black hole radiates out a bunch of mass, then its surface area will decrease. Hello black hole scientists???

There are laws of black holes that match the laws of thermodynamics. It’s a little more complicated than this, but basically
thermodynamic temperature = BH surface gravity
thermodynamic entropy = BH surface area
...and I’m not really up on the first one yet, but the second one basically means if you take the whole total, it never decreases the things that aren’t allowed to decrease.

If surface area and entropy are equivalent, then dumping matter into a black hole doesn’t actually get rid of the entropy it had. You just have to be creative enough to include the unreachable part of a black hole in your system.
