I’ve had a few others, notably one where I met lyoko in a Minecraft pirate ship and discussed the pros and cons of making my own forum
was the fish connected to the forums or was it just also in the dream

I read that and immediately thought of a flying ship not a floating one and for some reason flying minecraft ships make a lot more sense idek
did you ever reach a conclusion?
I mean
there was a party somewhere down south on the gulf
and there were a bunch of forumers there too for some reason (it was like, one of those fancier parties in a banquet hall) but everyone was like, 14-17 (which made sense because a lot of them were from way long ago and that's how old I/we were back then; why we all gathered at this fancy place that young is dream logic)
I left with a few friends to go fishing outside
but somehow we didn't go to the ocean itself but found our way down a sidestreet and to a lagoon type area
and there were these huge fish.
so we took a canoe and someone fell in so we had to paddle them back (idek who it was)
and when we went back out a fish hit the side of the boat and I fell out and it just swallowed me whole or smth
there was also something about golfing. And a sidewalk covered in snakes? and canoeing down a canal with some birch trees and this old guy said hello to us as we went by.

I think we decided not to for the time being, but I'm not certain because then I went to the mall with Adderbite (I think) sounds like an interesting dream I haven't made any new art (I might do some small pictures, maybe) but I did edit the colors on old art to make some fakemons shiny original (2016)  Fake Eeveelutions. The moth/bee is Bug, the flying fox is Flying, the double Eevee is Fighting, the pangolin is Steel, the one with gemstones is Rock, the scorpion is Poison, and the rabbit/badger is Ground. new colors, which I know are choppy, I was just playing around with the colors  |

thank you! for the electric/poison scorpion I sort of accidentally made up two abilities regular ability: when it uses a move that has a chance to poison or paralyze the target, the chance stays the same, but the status condition is switched (i.e. usually Spark has a 30% chance to paralyze; when used by this Pokémon it would instead have a 30% chance to poison)
hidden ability: when this Pokémon uses a contact (or some other condition, but contact makes the most sense) move, it has a 30% chance of inflicting a status condition, which under normal circumstances is an even split between poison and paralysis (when used against a Pokémon immune to poison, it would be 30% chance for paralysis; against a Pokémon immune to paralysis, 30% poison; otherwise, a 15% chance for poison, 15% paralysis; Pokémon can’t be simultaneously poisoned and paralyzed so it would be one or the other) |

Poison Touch is a 30% chance to poison the target when the Poison Touch Pokémon uses a (contact?) move
Poison Point, Static, Flame Body, and Effect Spore are a 30% chance for status conditions when the Pokémon is the target of a contact move; ES under normal circumstances is 9% poison, 10% paralysis, 11% sleep
(if by “the potential for two effects” you mean getting both at once, that isn’t possible because a Pokémon can only be afflicted with one major status condition at a time; I'm guessing that's not what you mean, but it's worth clarifying for anyone who doesn't know much about Pokémon)
on the "chance is still 30% when one is canceled out" I was thinking along the lines of Tri Attack, which I’ve always been under the impression shifted the odds like that (I could be wrong--I haven't formally tested it or anything, and the Internet is only telling me things like "Ice types can't be frozen," not whether or not it would have a 10% burn/10% paralysis when used on an Ice type)
I could see moving it down to 20% to match the odds of Tri Attack, but putting the odds down to 20% makes it flatly worse than Poison Touch
(Poison Touch is much easier to plan around because poison loses you the potential for speed control and paralysis loses you the potential for letting the health wear down; when you use a Poison Touch Muk, you're planning on poisoning the targets, whereas you have less control with the scorpion thing)
but anyway yeah Poison Touch and Tri Attack were my main bases for the ability
also it’s probably relevant that it’s supposed to have a really good ability to make up for disappointing stats (not that defense matters when it gets wiped off the face of the planet by Earthquake or Earth Power) (by disappointing we're talking something like 60/90/70/90/70/95 which is 475 BST, shared by Bruxish, Cacturne, Crustle, Dewgong, Gastrodon, Kingler, Manectric, Raichu, Sawsbuck, Scolipede, and Staraptor and not specialized at all; I'd almost even want to kick that up to 100 base Speed, putting it on level with Glalie, Phione, Bellossom, Sableye, and co.)
