we don’t get into groups and I rarely sit near him; I always get there before him so it all depends which seats fill up before he gets there

the only hope is that I'm wrong about his name I mean the picture online looked a few years out of date so maybe it just wasn't him after all!!!!!  there's no hope there but false hope (I wouldn't post a picture of a person here but pretend I posted one) this is not the face of a 21 year old how could this happen and here I was expecting today's only adidas boy news to be that I finally saw what's on his hat (he has a white baseball cap that he has attached to his backpack) and it's Baymax listen I had a VISION of this I KNEW he'd be old I KNEW it I mean I didn't KNOW but well I definitely went through the stage of "oh no what if he's secretly old and he's gone next year!" but I didn't think it was TRUE maybe I'm wrong about his name listen I "know" his name because I was pretty sure he was the last person to sign in at planetarium so afterward I looked at the list and read the last name on the list and I'm like 99% sure I heard his friend call him that during class the time I was sitting close to them but maybe I just didn't notice someone after him and maybe I misheard his friend and ...I can't have been wrong about his name at this point I'm in mourning I have the urge to text Wednesday Shirt and complain but I think I'll text Copperpelt instead (I have a group chat with him and Adderbite called "Brinclhof and Orth") (Adderbite already knows the whole situation and is the one who found his Facebook in the first place) |

guess that’s the nail in the coffin for any kind of hope: I found a college hip hop group in which the name I was 99% sure was him listed as a member and a picture of adidas boy in the photos ☺️ I just love finding out he’s TWO AND A HALF YEARS OLDER THAN ME AND PRESUMABLY DISAPPEARING NEXT YEAR

having to use hand sanitizer after the kitten scratched me today was a better experience than learning adidas boy is ancient

whoooops it’s New Characters and Setting Without a Plot or Worldbuilding Time 😄😄😄 my favorite! V. is cornered by two angry men when suddenly J. appears and saves him with magic, which isn’t uncommon! Not specifically to save V., just because J. has had...previous run-ins with these men. J. is all set to run away from V. but somehow winds up taking V. back to where he lives with M. and K. instead.
“They told you it was a competition, didn’t they.” J. has rings and likes taking them off and putting them back on. He says it’s because he can’t take off the one around his neck. V. gets it, maybe.
But also J. is kind of weird about his past. He’ll share a little bit about what he was like, but he’s weirdly evasive and also says he has things to work through before he’s okay with being close to anyone in any capacity.
Uh oh plot twist that everyone saw coming? J.’s...EVERYTHING is because he made a deal with this not-demon-but-I-don’t-have-a-better-word-for-her E. and ever since then he’s been having to make more and more agreements with her to make things stay okay. His powers, his appearance, his almost-charisma. But he hasn’t been having to do anything in return. Each deal is another metal loop fixed through his skin, sort of, only they’re invisible and intangible in the real world. They hurt, but not too much. Problem! E. wants something from J. now, and really he always knew this would happen, but he’s too full of her metal loops to hold out indefinitely.
Anyway, that’s all. I told you there wasn’t a plot. |

I will see about spacing out the 1000s to 500s next time I’m on the forums through my laptop (rather than my phone)
but I don’t want to clutter up the forums with 7+ dead comic threads when I could concentrate it all on 1 and whine about adidas boy all day
