"Are you sure? I mean, we spend everyday with each other, I'd love to get to know you all more." Andie responded, wiggling away from Axel. "Plus I love preparing food." she added, going over to stand near Alice. "I don't want to have to beg you." she laughed softly, looking down slightly at the woman.

Axel gave a cute little whine when she left him, but opted to stand there nonetheless. Alice gave her a kind smile, patting her arm. "I wont let you beg. But I wont let you sit around if you don't want to." she complied, turning about and leading her daughter-in-law to the kitchen. "Here we go- its rather big. Gotta fit Alex and Axel," she giggled as a pair of, HEY, came from the living room

Andie laughed at the men's reactions, shaking her head softly as she looked at the deal in front of her. "Alright, just tell me what to do and I'll get it done." she said, resting her hands on the countertop after tying her hair into a loose ponytail. Her light eyes looked over the ingredients in front of them, curious.

Alice smiled. "Just whisk those batters up. I'll heat the pans. Grabrielle's mom will take care of settin up the table," she informed her kindly. Gabrielle huffed lightly and made her way in, gently tugging on Andie's shirt hem. "Can we put chocolate chips in the pancakes?"

"Alrighty." Andie nodded, smiling softly as she picked up the whisk and began to mix them up. Looking down at her side when she felt the fabric of her shirt being pulled, she cracked a smile at Gabrielle. "I'm quite sure we could. You'll have to find them though." she told her, light eyes studying the little girl's face.

"yay!" she squealed as she ran off to the other side of the large kitchen, rounding the small island and flinging open a cupboard and looked about. It was awhile before the little girl was there at her side once again. Skidding to a halt, she held up the big bag and grinned cutely. "Here you go!"

Andie laughed, shaking her head softly as she watched Gabrielle as she ran through the kitchen. "I'm not surprised you know where those are." she laughed, taking them from the little girl and setting them on the counter to be mixed in after a while.

She giggled and smiled widely, her head tilting. "Well, I guess I gotta know. They don't know why the chips been missin for awhile." she raised a finger to her lips and made a little hush noises as she grinned. "Don't tell 'em," she whispered then

Andie chuckled and nodded in promise. "I won't." she told Gabrielle, continuing to mix the batter before adding in the chocolate chips and stuff. These pancakes would just end up being the chocolate chip ones that Gabrielle had requested. Glancing up every now and then, Andie examined the kitchen, a small smile pulling at her lips.

It wasn't long later Axel and Alex trailed into the kitchen, the two men going to their respective women. Axel wrapped an arm around Andie's waist, his chin resting on her head as he watched the pancakes. "Are these for me?" he asked playfully, well aware that those were made especially for Gabrielle.

"Mm, I can't say." Andie responded with a small smirk, letting Axel snake his arm around her waist. Pausing a moment, she tilted her head back and looked up at him with a smile, before resuming mixing it up until it was thick enough to pour out on a pan.

He had taken that opportunity to lean down and gently kiss her. His eyes closed, a soft whine of disgust erupting from Gabrielle. He gave a soft chuckle, letting Andie work and cast his niece a wink. "Oh? So then I can assume that theyre for me?"

Andie broke the kiss quickly, laughing softly at Gabrielle and nudging Axel in the side. "I'm making these for someone in particular, you'll figure it out soon enough." she told him, just loud enough for Gabrielle to hear even though she knew Axel knew who it was for.

He chuckled then, his eyes alit with pride as he grinned. "Oh I know," he stated as he nabbed a warm one and took a bite from it. "I figured I just steal one now so I wont have to fight for it later," he stated with a laugh as Gabrielle mock pouted up at him. "He's being mean!" she whined to Andie

Andie shook her head at her fiancé, looking down at Gabrielle with a sympathetic smile. "I know, isn't he?" she said, making a 'tsk' sound and shrugging her shoulders. "Maybe we can make cookies later or something, just for you."

"Hey! I am not being mean!" Axel finally protested with a cute little huff from his nose. Gabrielle shot him a look that said she was winning her aunt over, something that earned a little strangled noise from his throat and a shocked look. The audacity this midget had! "Okay~" Gabrielle giggled and hugged Andie then- making sure to send a quick, smug smirk in her uncle's direction

"I'm not so sure I can agree with that, Axel." Andie responded with a small smirk, just bothering him for fun because Gabrielle enjoyed it. Also it was nice to team up with someone. Slipping past Axel, she brought the batter to the stove where the pans were being heated up.

Alice giggled from her spot, watching her child and daughter-in-law interact. "What?! That's totally not fair! Just because youre girls doesn't mean you can team up!" he protested, Alex laughing from where he usually sat at the table. "This isn't funny!" came the younger man's squeak of objection

Andie rolled her lips in to try to keep herself from laughing, back facing Axel as she poured some of the pancake mix onto the pan. "Sure it does, Axel. It's called girl power." she said lightly, attempting to act casual about this whole thing, because hey, it was entertaining everyone.

Axel gave a look that flat out said, 'no'. He stared, and for the longest moment he rolled over in thought. He reached over, grabbing one of his brothers, and before saying anything, he received a deep toned- "no." The brother wriggled away and Axel gave a cry of distress, the parents laughing, and the women laughing as well. "You're on your own," his father rumbled out to them. "Andie! I trusted you!" Axel pouted

"You still should! I've done nothing wrong." Annie responded, turning slightly to get a look at the slightly flustered Axel, along with all the laughing family. She couldn't help but chuckle now, biting down on her bottom lip as she made eye contact with him. After a moment she brought her attention back to the food, tucking a loose piece of hair out of her face and then flipping the pancake.

Just as the family looked away, the man almost 'lunged' forward and ducked his head. He pressed his face into her throat, his eyes fluttering close for a brief moment. "Oh darling you have no idea how much I want to. But I think a punishment is in order," he growled playfully

Andie's eyes grew wide when Axel pressed himself against her, luckily setting the spatula down after taking the last pancake off the pan. "Axel!" she squeaked, trying to push him away by his shoulders. "Don't you dare! I was just kidding around with you, that's all!" she claimed innocently.

His deep throated chuckle rumbled his massive chest, playfully nuzzling her neck. "Hmph. We'll see about that later," he stated quietly and stood upright. he put his tongue out at Gabrielle before the tall man was off to help his sister set the table. And, Axel felt like he had the last laugh. "what was that about auntie?" young Gabrielle asked innocently

Andie had almost forgotten Gabrielle was still there, her eyes shifting to look at the little girl. Offering a smile, she shook her head. "It was nothing. Your uncle is just embarrassed because I got everyone to turn against him." she told her niece, plating all of the pancakes.

Gabrielle made a soft, 'oh' noise before nodding. With that, she was off, helping Andie with the cooking and even stole a couple chocolate chips before the tiny girl was making her way to help set the fresh breakfast on the table. It seemed the whole family was gathering together, and enjoying each other's company

Once everything had been cooked and set out on the table, Andie made her way in there, standing off to the side as she spotted Axel. "Is there anywhere in particular I'm supposed to sit?" she asked, looking up at him curiously.

Axel gave her a soft smile. "Well, with me, or with Gabrielle, or anywhere really. We don't have assigned seats," he answered truthfully. His head tilted, giving her a gentle nudge. "You cant hide behind me forever," he teased, casting her a wink

"Oh, shut it." Andie responded with a chuckle, nudging him back before going to sit by Gabrielle, since they had basically become buddies within the past hour. She moved to sit down on that side on the end of the long side of the table, scooting her chair in.
