Hello! I'm planning on making a smaller two Clan role-play. The title will change when more information comes out. So far, the Clans will be settled near a coastline but have a temperate/deciduous forest. How to join will be in a format similar to this but with a more condense explanation. Both Clans will be role-played in, but on the same page. The Clans will be quite small so we can slowly build them up.
If you wish to help, great! I will need a lot of feedback on ideas and what's written. To keep the role-play, for a lack of a better word, neat, I will be writing the content so it's all in one voice. I will also code the layout and create the accompanying images.
EDIT: So the territory may change because I actually looked around and two to three other role-plays have a coastline thing. Looks like I may be adding another poll. Depends on if I decide on a different territory in time. Main Page

Gonna seem like narcissism, but this is so I don't confuse myself. I'm going to proceed with writing out ideas and info but use my name as temporary Clan names. If anything, these names I definitely won't use. Please don't let them influence your decision.

The two Clans settle themselves in a small river valley not far off a coastline. The main river dividing them splinters into smaller creeks and brooks. One section of the valley is primarily a pine forest cut up by the smaller rushing streams. The rest of the forest is covered in oaks, maples, elms, and other variations of trees. Among this part of the forest, large stone formations and boulders are scattered throughout.
When the full moon rises and the cats gather to spread news and gossip, they travel up the rolling plains. The well trodden paths guide the newer generations to the mesmerizing view of Whispering Willows. The small cluster of trees provide shelter from the elements and predators while allowing the cats to see the clear sky above. It's rumored that this use to be the camp location of an ancient Clan but there is little evidence to suggest such. Regardless, the flowing willow trees create an atmosphere sure to catch one's attention.
On the opposite end of the valley, the cats speak to StarClan at the Cavern of Echoes. Instead, the glistening waters flows from the Moonbrook. It's a small brook that pools before overflowing and eventually connecting with the main river. It's believed a cavern above lights the brook at night. Only during this time may the cats drink the waters and dream with their ancestors.

If you are looking for fun territories you could use:
1.desert
2.set in an underground type territory, kinda like the tunnels in the lake territory
3.a swamp territory
4.savannah territory, like africa kind of savannah
If I think of others i could leave them here for you

If you are looking for fun territories you could use: 1.desert 2.set in an underground type territory, kinda like the tunnels in the lake territory 3.a swamp territory 4.savannah territory, like africa kind of savannah If I think of others i could leave them here for you Thanks for the suggestions. I think the closest thing I might use is a marsh for one or part of the territories? I have noticed a lot of territories set in arctic, desert, and savanna regions kind of don't fair well? It's merely an observation, as I'm sure there have been success stories here somewhere. |

Basing on the poll, I'm going to list potential name combinations.
Green Plants: IvyClan, CloverClan
Smaller Birds: JayClan, CardinalClan
Land Predators: WolfClan, FoxClan
Land Prey: DeerClan, VoleClan, ColtClan?
Just a few for now, adding more later. WolfClan is most likely a no-go. I'm trying to avoid super common names and really over the top names. I don't usually see FoxClan compared to WolfClan. I think I like CloverClan over IvyClan. |

For what it's worth, I think the idea of predator + prey names are interesting, and could potentially set a precedent about the clans if you were inclined to that sort of idea Cx [ Like, brain + brawn clans ] I like that thought with the idea of the original leaders being sisters. |

Pretty much the older sister would be bosy and doubting her younger littermate until they fight and break up the Clans. Simple but I think it would be best to have it so. |
