Brindlefrost Molly - Hetero - 52 moons aether ClanOne [ ShadowClan ]
[ Grouchy | Straight-forward | Kind at heart ] [ Excellent mentor and fearless mentality | Admitting defeat, swimming ] [ ]Brindlefrost is a tortoiseshell molly with medium length, soft fur. The orange and black fur around her neck is particularly fluffed, giving her an amusing lion-like mane. She has wide yellow eyes. Brindlefrost is notably short due to her shorter-than-average legs, and has a short tail.
Renowned among the clans, Brindlefrost is a grouchy warrior who isn't afraid to speak her mind and prove her point. If asked to perform a task she'll usually have something to say about it, but one can be rest assured that she will do exactly what is asked of her. Brindlefrost may seem like perhaps the worst cat to mentor apprentices, however this isn't true. Brindlefrost has a soft spot for any young cat (especially her own apprentices) and will provide expert training whilst having a relationship unlike many others. Those who know her soft spot know she's got a warm heart, though her exterior and grouchy attitude might not make that obvious to an outsider.
Warrior She's been especially grouchy since having lost her latest apprentice, Cherrypaw, to the illness. No live kin.
Sunblaze Tom - Hetero - 34 moons aether ClanTwo [ WindClan ]
[ Temperamental | Opinionated | Prideful ] [ Fast on his feet | Being stealthy ] [ ]Sunblaze is a fiery ginger tabby tom with amber eyes to match. He is rather slim in build although could be considered 'bulky' as a WindClan warrior. He has a long tail and a few knicks out of his ear from border skirmishes.
Sunblaze can be quite temperamental, if one catches him in a time when he is especially moody he can be quite unpleasant. He has a stubborn resolve, often not able to admit he is wrong even when it is blindingly obvious - this makes for times when Sunblaze finds he is one against many, which makes him back into a corner and get even more defensive. He has never been close with anyone else so he can be somewhat awkward in social situations in which he is being positive. His pride is fickle although he pretends it is an iron wall.
Warrior Open for everything!

(I have a few plot ideas.
Plot 1: Muse A and B are from a Clan (or Tribe) that have a sickness they'd never encountered before. They need help, and have gone travelling to find it. They end up injured near the border of ClanOne and are helped by muse C. Muse C listens to them, and decides to help with their friend muse D. How will it turn out? (How muse C and D help are up to the Rpers.)
Plot 2: Muse E is a rogue who needs help. Their littermate, muse F has been caught by twolegs and taken away not far from where the Clans are. They ask Ashwhisker and Robinflight for help, but what really worries the two leaders is how close the twolegs were to the Clan borders when capturing Muse F. Ashwhisker and Robinflight send one cat from each clan, muse G and muse H to help muse E and gather more information on what the twoleg was doing to muse F. Will they find muse F? And how do they find out more information on the twoleg?)

Onyxheart-Gathering Place(Dead Monster)-Ashwhisker and Thistlehawk Onyxheart looked to Ashwhisker, his ear flicking back at the tom. He watched as the warriors jumped on top of whatever was inside the bushes. He didn't particularly like the scrapping noise finding it a little uncomfortable. "I can try," he murmured. He moved to start getting some of the lower ones out of the way first, so in the event it would be used as an entrance to be a den if they did choose to do so. He moved a little closer as the branches started to be a bit harder to reach. His cream pelt slowly getting hidden by the branches. He backed out shaking his head out with a small sneeze. "It...kind of stops a little ways in," he reported, looking up to Ashwhisker. "It could be a good resting spot though as you said."

[ aether i thought it might be interesting since they're both dealing with grief but in kind of a drastically different way? ^^ i'm not sure what direction you were planning on it to go so let me know if they are an okay match for the subplot !! oh, also no big deal, but Mossy is a ClanOne cat and she got put in the ClanTwo allegiances.
i'm going to get some starters posted and probably work on another character or two here in a minute. <3 ]

🌙 Mossywing with Nightpaw [ Pearl ]. at the Gathering Place.
The grief was crippling. It clung to her with the weight of a thousand stones and she drug it along with every pawstep. Mossywing hardly felt the ache and burn of her muscles as she trudged along--all she could feel was a tingling numbness that blanketed not only her body, but her mind.
The young she-cat had grown accustomed to her position at the rear of the traveling group of cats. She vaguely remembered Rookpelt warning her that the tail end of the party was a dangerous place to travel, but Mossywing had scarcely heard him. There was no danger worse than the one they were leaving behind them, she thought, along with the countless fresh graves of her clanmates.
She'd asked herself many times why she had not fallen to that danger. Why her kind and gentle mother, her brave and strong father, and so many others had been taken, but she remained. The question of why, why, why had consumed her. Mossywing had even turned her eyes to the stars to look for answers from her ancestors, but they had remained silent. It seemed there was no reason, no explanation. By sheer dumb, bad luck alone, Mossywing remained.
Her pace slowed as the group funneled into the clearing meant to be their stopping place. The young warrior wandered in behind the rest, glancing over the clearing but not seeing it, not really. Absently, she noted Lotuscloud and Brindlefrost, clanmates from a past that seemed so distant now. She watched Nightpaw, the only remaining apprentice from her clan, and the sole survivor of his family, collapse onto the ground. Mossywing remembered him and his siblings--it had been only moons ago that the four of them has shared a nest. Admittedly, Nightpaw was the one that she had known the least of the siblings. Shadepaw and Hollypaw had always seemed to outshine their brother and she'd spoken to Nightpaw little, even when they were clanmates. Mossywing wondered if she should change that now.
The silvery molly moved toward the young tom, settling heavily onto her haunches a safe distance away. She surveyed him with cloudy golden eyes, giving her head the slightest inclination of greeting. "Nightpaw," was all she said in way of conversation. What else was there that could be said between the two? There were no words for what had happened to the young pair of cats, or any of their companions. How some of their party managed to skip around, joking and laughing with one another in a time like this disgusted her. There was no joy left to be had here. Not for Mossywing.

Fernleap Molly - Hetero - 29 Moons parisiansteve ClanOne [ WindClan ]
[ Courageous | Outspoken | Mission-Oriented ] [ Boosting Morale | Poor hunter; terrified of fire ]
Fernleap is a rather pretty molly, with a sleek silvery-grey pelt and dark tabby markings. Her eyes are a bluish-green hue. She has a slight build, and her petite size is notable. She has a sizable burn scar on her left hind leg, where bare skin is visible and fur does not grow.
What Fernleap lacks in size, she makes up for in spunk. This molly has a personality larger than life. Most would describe this young warrior as a "go-getter" with everlasting energy, drive, and initiative. You can find her volunteering for all sorts of tasks, even the ones that are often avoided by her clanmates. She is profoundly loyal, and will attach herself to a cause in a heartbeat if she believes it to be just and moral. However, she can be quite naïve at times, and often a little too eager to help.
WindClan Warrior turned ClanOne Warrior Fernleap lost both of her parents, Briardapple and Strongbreeze, in a brush fire when she was an apprentice. She has unresolved trauma from the accident, for she witnessed them perish in the disaster. This is where the burn on her left hind leg came from. Open to mates or living family. Eaglecrest Tom - Hetero - 36 Moons parisiansteve ClanTwo [ ShadowClan ]
[ Crafty | Stoic | Meticulous ] [ Excellent in combat | Making lasting connections ]Eaglecrest is an unusually massive tom with broad shoulders and large paws. His imposing figure is cloaked in a cream colored coat with dark brown seal lynx point markings. His eyes are a rich shade of yellow.
In appropriate ShadowClan fashion, Eaglecrest is a cunning and tricky individual. He keeps his cards close to his chest, and seeminlgy trusts no one - not even his own former clanmates. His combat skills are derived mainly from his uncanny ability to predict and anticipate his opponents' next moves. Although he has exceptional strategy - both in and out of combat - the only code Eaglecrest can't seem to crack is the reason for his lack of close relationships. It is clear to most cats that, while this tom is a respectable warrior, he lacks social grace and the ability to curry favor among peers.
Former ShadowClan warrior turned ClanTwo warrior. Eaglecrest had a sister, Cloverfoot, who died from greencough during kithood. He doesn't remember much about her, but has always secretly desired a sibling. Open to mates. Olive Molly - Bi - 40 Moons parisiansteve ClanOne
[ Curious | Innocent | Bubbly ] [ Unmatched determination | Truly lacks any survival skills ]Olive is a dark grey and tan mottle molly with long hair and expressive olive green eyes - her namesake. It is clear from her well-groomed coat and soft, unmarked pawpads that this molly was a kittypet her whole life.
Olive chose to leave her Twolegs to seek a new adventure, and doesn't back down from a challenge. Although she has a lot to learn, she is tenacious in her efforts to gain as much knowledge as possible. Her survival skills are abysmal, and she is only skilled at catching small field mice, but she never backs down from a challenge. However, she can sometimes get sheepish and discouraged if she makes mistakes in front of other cats.
Former kittypet turned ClanOne warrior. Olive doesn't know anything about her kin or ancestry, and is fascinated by the lineages that exist in clan life. In all honesty, her lack of family is a sore spot for her. Open to romantic relations. Doc Tom - Hetero - 60 Moons parisiansteve ClanOne
[ Calm | Inquisitive | Measured ] [ Takes time to do quality work | No sense of urgency ]
Doc is a tall, slender tortoiseshell tom with a white chest and paws. The hairs on his muzzle have started to grey prematurely, betraying the tolls his rugged street life has taken on him. His eyes are yellow.
Slow and steady wins the race couldn't be more true of Doc. This tom is known for his measured pace and self-directed motivation. According to Doc, nothing is worth rushing for, not even prey or herbs. Sometimes this pace can be refreshing, for he does offer some sense of calm to a rather chaotic world. It's not that he doesn't understand the need for urgency; it's that he just doesn't possess any. Changing from rogue life to clan life will prove to be a hard adjustment for Doc, and he has a lot to learn about teamwork and efficienct.
Rogue turned ClanOne warrior. Doc was a kittypet at one point in his life, but considers that identity a distant part of his past. He has since gained experience with survival skills, and sees the Clans as an opporunity to build community. Open to relations.fox 𝑓𝑜𝑥 Pearl if you want, Eaglecrest can mentor Nightpaw! Although idk if Mossywing already is! ^^

ROOKPELT Brook | Moorwhisper | aether
The SkyClan tom felt a flutter of excitement rise in his chest at the moment of Moorwhisper's invite. Although he didn't question the molly's willingness to let him tag along based on her disposition, he knew it had been a long few sunrises of traveling. Any cat would be wll within their right to beg off of hunting with a stranger with whom they had recently become allies. Besides, Rookpelt wasn't RiverClan, which meant he had little to no experience fishing. The tom was much more accustomed to catching birds and other airborne prey in the characteristic SkyClan way. His hunting was based much more on power and dynamic explosion, whereas RiverClan cats tended to be meticulous, patient, and agile. Rookpelt would be lying if he said he wasn't a bit nervous to fish with Moorwhisper; after all, the molly was renowned for her fishing skill - even one of the best in RiverClan.
A sudden wave of heat rushed to the tom's cheeks. Did he overstep by asking for her help? There was a slight impatience to her tone that he detected. Perhaps it was too much to ask so late in their journey, when morale was low and spirits were sequestered. Maybe he'd taken advantage of her characteristic kindness. Rookpelt hefted a small sigh, swallowing the unfounded concerns. It was natural for him to overthink interactions such as this - Ashwhisker always told him he could be a bit too sensitive to matters of social grace. It all stemmed from a place of care and affection, for all cats, despite the clan loyalties that once kept them apart. After a brief silence, the sleek black warrior resumed his cheerful aura, padding obediently behind the grey tabby before him. "I really appreciate it," he meowed sincerely, the warmth palpable in his voice. His ears flicked back in bemused sheepishness. "I know it's probably the last thing you want to do, teach a clumsy SkyClan featherbrain such a tricky thing," his words held a bit of a deep chuckle in an attempt to ingraciate himself with Moorwhisper.
The sun had sunk beneath the horizon now, its last tendrils gripping desperately to the sky. The shadows in the forest were long now, and the light was dim and grey. The sky was a light shade of pink, fading into lavender, and then a deeper indigo hue. Rookpelt trained his vivid gaze onto the sky, and a wistful smile creeped onto his features. He could almost feel the cool air of the cliffsides he called home, desite the tree cover and the undergrowth that surrounded the two cats. A feeling of sadness seared through the tom's chest as he thought of all they had left behind, and the unknown that were pushing toward. As the sound of the babbling brook got louder, Rookpelt couldn't help but find some joy in the prospect of a new skill. Who would have thunk? he said inwardly. A SkyClan cat and a RiverClan cat... going fishing together! Because of his expressiveness, the tom's inner musings were almost palpable. However, his feelings couldhave also been betrayed by the content grin perpetually plastered across his features.
ROBINFLIGHT Gathering Area | Otterbite | 𝑓𝑜𝑥
Sundown had officially begun, heralding in the night. Shadows elongated, and the sounds of late afternoon gave way to the cricket chirps and frog croaks of the evening. It had gotten unusually hot for Newleaf during the day, and the setting sun was a relief to the ragtag squad that now huddled in the clearing. A chill had creeped into the air and Robinflight welcomed it with a stretch. She had settled on small rock toward the front of the clearing, not far from where Ashwhisker and Thistlehawk were rummaging around in the weeds. Her amber gaze lingered on the grey and white tom for bit, slightly narrowing in mild confusion. What in StarClan was he doing, anyway? She resolved to check with him later, indulging herself in a small eyeroll. The SkyClan warrior seemed always to have some sort of side task or auxiliary mission. Though she was trying her best to deny it, his eagerness did sometimes irritate her. Ashwhisker found it hard to say "no" to cats, even when the task was small and detracted from the more overarching goal. They should be deliberating right now, planning their next steps, determining their route for the next few days. And yet... There Ashwhisker was... Digging in the dirt.
All things considered, the ThunderClan molly did respect his hustle. They had made it farther in their journey than she had expected, and that was - admittedly - due to his tenacity in pushing forward. Was it how she would have done it? No, of course not. She took another scan of their ranks. Pelts were matted, eyes were dull, and spirits were sequestered by exhaustion - these were weary souls. Robinflight would have preferred to stop earlier, had it been up to her. She would have regrouped, given their peers a break, before pushing this far into new territory. But alas: this was not so.
She was roused out her professional musings by an approaching figure, a dark brown pelt wading through the mottled sea of displaced clan cats. It was Otterbite, the prideful and opinionated RiverClan personality, who had become sort of a kindred spirit for Robinflight during this journey. The molly respected his judgment and appreciated his blunt approach - she found it honest and useful in such trying times. Sure, he wasn't winning any hearts out in the ranks; a strong character like his never really did. But Robinflight didn't mind. His popularity was not her concern. She appreciated his loyalty, duty, and willingness to put aside their former rivalry for the sake of the mission. The dark ginger deputy dipped her head in greeting to the approaching tom. "Good evening, Otterbite," she meowed, her tone professional and rather curt - such was her way. She trained her serious amber gaze back on the crowsds. "I hope you aren't hurting from our rather lengthy expedition today. How are your clanmates fairing? Eaglebriar is alright?" Robinflight turned to face him, her ears pressed forward in interest.

NIGHTPAW☪ 13 Moons ☪ Tom ☪ Apprentice ☪ Shadowclan/ClanTwo ☪ Hetero ☪ ☪ Gathering Place ☪ Mossywing ☪ 𝑓𝑜𝑥 ☪_____________________________
Nightpaw looks up at the older she-cat. He could see the grief that clung to her, just like him. He could understand it, and acknowledge it. Most of the cats that escaped were warriors, not like him. He was too young to deal with so many deaths in one go. He's barely out of his kithood, and hadn't fully completed his training. Even now, he's still very unprepared to become a warrior.
He could see how Mossywing was hoping one way or another, for death to claim her. She kept walking in the back where most of the danger was on their treck. Nightpaw too, wanted to die at some point. He couldn't understand why the other cats were so happpy. How could they put the deaths of so many family and friends behind them like that? Did they not care about the dead at all? But then he'd always remember Hollypaw's last words. Nightpaw, when I'm gone, you're going to be all alone. I know you're hurting, but you have to survive. Survive for us, Nightpaw. Survive and live, truly live for us. And when you finally meet us in Starclan, tell us about all your adventures and the new family you create. It was due to her words, that Nightpaw strove to continue to live.
He was still depressed, and his grief still clung to him like a cloud hovering overhead, but Nightpaw grit his teeth, and continued trecking forward for his dead family, and for himself. Slowly the black tom rose from his curled position. "Mossywing," he meows softly. He wondered what he should say. Should he talk to her about the deaths of her family? Or about where they're going to go? He didn't know anymore. His voice was a little hoarse due to not having used it for some time. Ever since they started travelling, Nightpaw barely spoke.
He still remembered the older she-cat. She was a newly made warrior, but she'd spent some moons sharing the same nest as Nightpaw and his littermates. He didn't know much about her though, since she was Hollypaw and Shadepaw's friend rather than his. Just thinking about how she was the friend of his littermates made his eyes water a little. At least one of their friends was still alive, but it also reminded him of how his own friends were also gone. As the last remaining apprentice of Shadowclan, Nightpaw was truly alone.
"Did you want to die?" he blurts out. "Is that why you kept walking at the rear?"
(aether That's fine. About the clan names, do you have any thoughts? How about since they're so close to the coast, the two clans can be Oceanclan and Seaclan? Or something similar. Forestclan or Streamclan sound alright too.)
(parisiansteve Mossywing will go to ClanOne while Nightpaw will be a part of ClanTwo, so I don't mind if Eaglecrest is his mentor.)

The concern that swept through Rookpelt was undetected by Moorwhisper; her own mind felt like a fluttering butterfly struggling in the lake breeze. Her attention wavered, each thought was incoherent and unfinished in her mind, yet when she tried to reach forward and snag an inkling of a musing her paw fell right through it. This was a new addition to Moorwhisper's life, the same routine occurred whenever they finished their daily trek and she'd begun to resent herself for it. Before the illness, she'd felt like a skilled warrior - her sights set on one day being a leader. Now... she couldn't help feeling like the journey would never end. No doubt stress and exhaustion were the root causes, but she hadn't the time to find herself some calming herbs that Eaglebriar had shown her when she had been a curious apprentice. Her eyes suddenly narrowed in thought, mayhap there will be some by the stream... Her tail twitched as she tried to visualize the leaves in her mind; Rookpelt's friendly voice pulled her from the stream of consciousness.
"It's no trouble," despite her earlier concerns, Rookpelt was a pleasant tom; she would prefer his company over many others, frankly. "Don't worry, you may be a clumsy SkyClan featherbrain but you wouldn't be the first featherbrain I've taught how to fish," she allowed her voice to rumble with the hints of a purr, "Although we call them fish-brains in RiverClan." Her ears perked towards the stream as it's gurgling became more incessant; the mere sound was beginning to ease her disorganized headspace. Her head turned back to eye Rookpelt, he was practically shivering in what could be... excitement? Moorwhisper's head shook slightly in bewildered amusement, though she didn't offer anymore words until the pair pushed through the last of the undergrowth and came the streams edge.
As predicted, it was considerably wide - probably about 2 fox lengths - although they wouldn't have to wade in the water, it was still narrow enough that the fish would swim to the stream edge, Moorwhisper determined she would slip her travel-worn pads into the soothing water. The banks were a layer of leaf-litter over sandy, rocky sides - in all honesty, it would be the perfect place to practice fishing for the first time. Moorwhisper's eyes widened, shining with all her jovial youth as she finally felt a sense of home in this strange forest. "I think this... will do," her voice sounded subdued compared to her delighted exterior as she turned to look to Rookpelt, she would feel much to embarrassed to act like an excited kit in front of the SkyClan warrior. Frankly, it was just a stream, but after not acclimating well to hunting in the dense undergrowth, it was a blessing for Moorwhisper; she'd finally feel a boost in her confidence.
Sunblaze
- - Open ;; - - Hunting Near Gathering Area ;; - - Open ;;
A fiery ginger paw pressed against the dry, crackling leaf litter below - the mouse he had been stalking disappeared in a wink, not hesitating a moment to return to the safety of it's den. "Foxdung!"
For many, the journey had been a tremendous effort purely to continue after such emotional hardship. With the loss of majority of the cats, the illness was still ever present in everyone's minds. Sunblaze himself still saw the scene of his mothers last gasping breathes whenever he closed his eyes to sleep at night, her bone-thin tabby pelt had been dampened with water in an effort to subdue her fever, and she'd clawed aimlessly. Seeing her go had been a relief; he couldn't bare to watch her suffer anymore. Sunblaze straightened from his crotch and scowled towards the dense undergrowth ahead of him, his ears pressed to his skull as his tail whipped behind him. Most others had experienced much the same heartbreak as he had, he considered himself lucky to have only lost one cat dear to him - the only cat he held dear. But... when he lifted his ears they swiveled to the direction of the makeshift camp, he could hear tired voices entwined together... But he'd never felt so isolated in his life. He yearned to be back on the moor, to stretch as long as his spine would allow as he chased a hare from it's burrow, to feel the wind as it slicked back his whiskers. The fur at the base of his spine began to bristle, "I can't move in here!" He spat in disgust and shouldered through more dense undergrowth back towards the cats who were still grouped in the clearing.
He was a walking epitome of a thunder cloud; dark and threatening, preparing any moment to send down a flurry of rain and lightening. He'd become one of the worst hunters of the lot in the forest, too impatient to sit and stalk his prey, and too clumsy to place his paws in meaningful positions.

[ Pearl, Yeah I need help with clan names xD Bouncing off 'StreamClan', I think 'BrookClan' might be nice for ClanTwo, since they have a flatter territory with a calmer flow of water. ClanOne is more in a slopey, rocky area so perhaps something that fits that? Like... StoneClan? Or ThicketClan? I don't know... Maybe we should just chuck out a bunch of suggestions and have a vote xD ]

🦦 Otterbite with Robinflight [ parisiansteve ]. at the Gathering Place.
Otterbite settled himself at the base of the rock that the ginger molly had rested on, putting him in a position to look up at Robinflight. Taking up a seat beside the once-deputy would have been too friendly and informal for his taste, so he sat leaned back with his wide shoulders resting against the cool, curving side of the stone. How some of his traveling companions so easily had begun to share nests and tongues with their old sworn enemies was a mystery to Otterbite. But perhaps that would soon change. What good was loyalty to a clan that no longer existed?
The coolness that the setting sun permitted was well welcomed by the tom, the chill in the air aided by the presence of water nearby. The soft tinkling of the stream was almost enough to spark hope in the Riverclan warriors chest--if nothing else, they'd have fresh water and fish tonight... if any of his former clanmates were in any state to hunt.
Robinflight's voice rousted him from his thoughts and he gave a respectful dip of his head, but didn't return the usual pleasantries of greeting. "Hurting?" Otterbite snorted in reply, shaking his head. "No." It was a lie, true, but the chocolate pelted warrior was never the type to admit to such things. Especially when he knew his paws must ache much less than some of their companions. Eaglebriar, who Robinflight mentioned, was one such companion. He'd seen the old Riverclan medicine cat collapse almost the moment they'd stopped in the clearing, begging a moment's respite from the other traveler's complaints. If Otterbite had heard one more whiny apprentice badgering her about a torn claw, he'd considered giving them something worse to complain about. They were all hurting, and tired, and hungry, but what was there to be done about it but to continue?
"They're alive still," He continued simply, claws flexing in the dirt. "But I'm not sure for how much longer." The warrior added, his tone gruff and low. "Not at this breakneck pace." Otterbite's yellow eyes flickered to Robinflight's face, but whether there was annoyance or desperation in his gaze, it wasn't clear. It was no secret that the Riverclan tom disagreed with, well, most of the decisions that Ashwhisker had made on the journey so far, but what could be done? The tom wasn't about to abandon his old clanmates to Ashwhisker's whims... no, if any of them stood a chance, they would need warriors without fish-for-brains. Like himself. And like Robinflight.
"Eaglebriar concerns me more than most," He admitted. "We can't afford to lose a healer chasing Ashwhisker's tail. Yes, we have Marigoldwish, but she's young, and inexperienced, you know that." Otterbite paused for a moment to study Robinflight's face. He was at a loss trying to read into the stoic she-cat's expression, and as outspoken as the warrior was, chiding the ginger molly seemed... wrong, somehow. "If Eaglebriar falls, then we're all good as dead." ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ꕥ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━
🌙 Mossywing with Nightpaw [ Pearl ]. at the Gathering Place.
And suddenly, I'm reminded why I've kept my mouth shut. Mossywing's golden eyes narrowed to slits, although they still looked cloudy and dull. As an apprentice, her father had always told her how her eyes had glittered with sunfire, back when she'd had Heronwing's spark. She didn't feel like the sun now... more like a candle near the end of its wick, the flame sputtering and a wind's whisper from being extinguished.
She studied Nightpaw for a moment, sneering as she felt her fur fluff up on instinct at his words. No... there was no familiarity to her in this scrawny black tom. None of Shadepaw's nobility, nor Hollypaw's kindness. Mossywing pelt a small pang in her chest as realization and new loss struck her. Even her clanmates that remained were strangers to her.
"Do you want to die?" The young warrior questioned him back, voice hard and cold as stone. "Is that why you're asking stupid questions?" She gave him a fierce look, her tail lashing. Surely if that was the case, it would be her pleasure to help him do so after his blurted question. If I wanted to die, I would have stayed behind in Shadowclan! She thought, but even in her own head it sounded like she was convincing herself. "Yes Nightpaw, I've just been walking my paws off for days because I haven't found a pretty enough place to lay down and croak yet."

Finished!!))WIP Will finish when I get off work tonight or tomorrow (since I have it off)Marigoldwish Molly - Bi - 26 moons Zz ClanTwo [ Skyclan ]
[ Kind - Fearful - Motherly ] [ Knowledge of Herbs | Easily Scared ] [ Reference Photo ]This molly has soft, fluffy, mid length fur that is primarily a dusty white hue. Ginger patches of color rest on her head, face, and back end (from her haunches through her tail and hind legs). She has a deep pink nose and paw pads, long white whiskers, white claws, and plumes of fur coming out of her ears. Her eyes are a pale, meadow green hue.
Marigoldwish is a kind soul who is ready to help those in need but she is also very quick to scare. She can be spooked easily and many apprentices and kits like to sneak up on her just to get a laugh. Of course, she doesn't mind this, often laughing along with them. She had always had a soft spot for the younger members of the clan and often felt a pull toward motherhood but as a medicine cat she couldn't do that. Upon finding the new territories and falling in love she tried to get away but began to expect kits and now her fear has grown, the molly constantly on guard as she tries to hide her new condition.
Medicine Cat She is Muse A in the romance plot. The loner who becomes her mate is open to claim. Other family is open as well. Sapphiregaze Molly - Lesbian - 24 moons Zz ClanOne [ Shadowclan ]
[ Determined - Wise - Openminded ] [ Fighting | Hunting ] [ Reference Photo ]Sapphiregaze is a breathtaking beauty of a she-cat with extremely soft, wispy, long white fur that feathers out along her tail and paws to be even slightly longer. Her nose and paw pads are pink with little black speckles and her whiskers and claws are both white. She gains her name from her eyes, which are a vibrant array of blue that looks like frost on a sapphire. As is normal in many white furred cats with blue eyes, this molly was born deaf, well, partly deaf. At least that was how it started. She was born with no hearing in her left ear and so learned to hide the disability while relying on just her right but about midway through her apprentice training she started to loose the hearing in her right ear as well but she learned to adapt with it and she is now completely deaf but no one knows as she knows how to hide it.
This she-cat is a kind soul who knows how to talk like anyone else because while she still had some of her hearing she memorized how each letter and consonant and syllable felt when she said it until she had it completely memorized so that after she lost all of her hearing she could still talk. The molly always looks right at whoever she's talking to because she reads their mouth movements to under stand what they're saying and reads their body language to understand in what tone they're telling her them. She's a kind soul who is determined to simply be treated equal by her clanmates. Her determination knows no bounds and she has also set her sights on one day becoming clan leader as she wants to serve and protect the clan and lead them into the future. Her expecting of kits was a surprise for her but she feels ready even with being a younger queen and can't wait to be a mother.
Queen I thought that she could be the one in the disability plot? White cats with blue eyes are normally born either partly or completely deaf so. Mate is open. I'm gonna have her have three kits. I'm claiming one while the other two are still open. Cinderclaw Tom - Gay - 19 moons Zz ClanOne [ Riverclan ]
[ Adventurous - Clever - Hardworking ] [ Hunting and Agility | Weak Swimmer ] [ Reference Photo ]Cinderclaw is a thin bodied tom who was built for speed and movement, which has lead to him being a great hunter. His fur is ash gray and short, getting darker only on his back right paw. His nose and paw pads are dark gray while his short whiskers are a light gray and his claws are white. This tom's eyes are probably his most defining trait as they start as a pale yellow/green around the outside before switching to a pretty turquoise hue around the pupils.
This tom is a very adventurous tom, having been one of the first to be completely on board with leaving the old territories to search for new ones. Yes he'll miss those that they left behind but he knows it was for the best and is ready to go out and see everything he can and help make the clans anew. He's a very clever tom, having invented a few of his own hunting techniques during his apprentice years that he still utilizes now. Along with this the tom is also a very hard worker, always ready to do more even at the cost of his own sleep and health.
Warrior Family and relations open.
Dig-out Tom - Pan - 52 moons Zz ClanTwo
[ Honest - Instinctive - Hardworking ] [ Survival Instincts and Knowledge of Territory | Social Interaction ] [ Reference Photo ]Dig-out is a huge, long-haired Maine coon with pale golden fur. The front of his muzzle, his paws, and part of his tail are all white with some more white mixed in here and there along his underbelly and chest. He has large front-facing ears and a pale pink nose and paw pads along with long white whiskers and white claws. His eyes are a pale amber hue.
This tom is a recluse by nature, living alone at Turtle Rock upon the arrival of the clan cats. He has a sister but doesn't really visit her, the molly having to come visit him if she wants to see him. The tom knows the territory and land well and his instincts have saved his life on more than one occasion. While he is a recluse he doesn't actually mind others, it's just that his size is often times off putting to others as this tom is pretty big.
Loner Lives at Turtle Rock Open to a sister. I kind of imagine him having Sam Elliott's voice and way of talking for some reason. XDXD

🌿Eaglebriar🌿Medicine Cat --Molly-75 Moons-- With || Greyleap [Pearl] Where || Gathering Place
She had just barely gotten the words out of her mouth when a presence drifted beside her. Turning her forest green eyes from where they lingered in the sky, she found herself scanning a familiar grey tabby face. After a moment, her eyes locked on the grey eyes of the previous Windclan warrior. While she was over 20 moons older than the tom, he was a respected senior warrior in her eyes. He cared just as much about the little group of clan cats as she did herself. The division between the once five clans, was starting to fade with each day that they traveled. They would soon become one, bringing a whole new set of skills and way of life to newcomers. Each warrior had a different set of skills and stories to teach someone, including each other.
After a moment of silence to think of how to answer Greyleap's question, Eaglebriar opened her maw and spoke. Her voice was soft but thoughtful. "I'm as good as any member of this group. Could be worse. Just thinking out loud, I suppose." She turned her gaze away from the warrior and scanned the felines that were still around them. Everyone looked exhausted from the travels. "I was just wondering if our ancestors have followed us. I haven't heard from them since before we decided to leave." She shook her head and shuffled her paws slightly. Her mind wondered to the only other remaining Medicine cat of the five clans. Also a member of Skyclan, just as Ashwhisker was, Marigoldwish was a knowledgeable young molly. Yet, Eaglebriar had many many moons and seasons of experience and wisdom on her. Surely Starclan would have spoken to her over the young molly. Yet, she kept her thoughts to herself as she spoke up again. "I wonder if Marigoldwish has heard anything."
Getting back to her paws, the stiff elderly medicine cat winced as pain shot from her hips to her toes. Flicking her ears in agitation, she simply shook her head to shake the pain away and gave herself a small stretch. "Starclan knows my body isn't what it use to be." Touching her tail-tip to the grey tabby's shoulder, she gave a small purr. "Do you mind traveling with me a little more to see if I can find any herbs. I want to find some Coltsfoot. It can help soothe any sore or cracked paws." She paused to take a moment to think of what else she could get in the moment. "We should be able to find some Marigold too. That will help with any stiff joints. Mine included." She added the last part with a bit of a grumble, the burden of aging heavy on her heart.
Giving one last stretch of her legs, the fawn and grey molly slipped towards the scent of water. She held her feathery tipped tail high as she limped towards the water. "Both can be found near water. So we should be able to find both easily." Her eyes traveled along, scanning slowly for the familiar herbs. Her mind wondered to the famous mixture of traveling herbs. "In the morning, I would like to try and scope out some traveling herbs. If Ashwhisker plans to keep moving. He hasn't been ready to settle anywhere else."

NIGHTPAW☪ 13 Moons ☪ Tom ☪ Apprentice ☪ Shadowclan/ClanTwo ☪ Hetero ☪ ☪ Gathering Place ☪ Mossywing ☪ 𝑓𝑜𝑥 ☪_____________________________
Nightpaw shrugs. "You could just be looking for a reason to. I mean, the rear of the group was really dangerous in any case. If you died protecting the group then you can feel accomplished or something." Nightpaw's mind was really twisted after watching so many of his clanmates die. Yes, this group was probably going to create a new clan, but that will never make him feel alright. He misses his mother and father, and he misses his siblings. Not just Shadepaw and Hollypaw, but Icekit and Shadowkit too. He wanted to watch them grow up and become proper warriors like he was supposed to with his littermates.
But now, none of that was going to happen. He was all alone with no one to coach him or help him relieve his burdens. And so, Nightpaw's fantasies have come to life in his mind. They twisted his originally purer mindset into one where he felt that he was the embodiment of Shadepaw and Hollypaw. As the last member of his family alive, he had the abilities of both siblings, and he was the greatest of them. As soon as he saw Mossywing, that twisted mindset rose within him, making him look a little haughty.
"And anyway, it's not a stupid question. It's actually quite valid." He blinks his pastel green eyes up at the older molly. Now that he's started talking, his voice becomes smoother, and he speaks more quickly. "How are you, though?"
GREYLEAP☯ 50 Moons ☯ Tom ☯ Warrior/Deputy ☯ Windclan/ClanOne ☯ Homo ☯ ☯ Gathering Place ☯ Eaglebriar ☯ ♥𝔉𝔯𝔬𝔰𝔱ℜ𝔬𝔰𝔢♥ ☯_____________________________
Greyleap looks up with her. He sits beside her, wondering if he was doing the right thing. There was so much to do now, so much they'd lost. Now they needed to find a place to settle. That was the most important thing. Then they needed to choose a leader. He knew they all weren't going to get along so well. Yes, the division between the five clans was closing, but they currently had two cats leading them all. Some will follow Ashwhisker, while others will follow Robinflight. He felt he needed to stay beside Ashwhisker. The younger tom didn't have a lot of experience leading others. Robinflight on the other hand, had some experience, and she was doing a good job. What Greyleap wanted for himself, was a way to share his knowledge. He wasn't a strong fighter, but he was a pretty good hunter. And what he couldn't do, he knew a lot about, and could still coach. He just hoped the two leaders won't be as antagonistic against each other as the five clans were for so long. He didn't want that division to open up between former clanmates. Not anymore.
"Do you miss hearing them?" he asks her, wondering if his two littermates were watching over him and Aspenflake. "Do you think they're still watching over us? If they are, I have so much to tell Smoulderflare and Mistylight. As their eldest sibling, I truly let them down." Greyleap sighs wistfully. "I'm sure they'll come to your dreams if there's something they really need to say. I just hope we find a place similar to the moonpool. Without the moonpool, it'll be a lot harder for you medicine cats to share tongues with Starclan..."
Greyleap chuckles at her statement on how old she was getting. "Even if you're old, you're still a fantastic medicine cat. We need you for some moons yet, Eaglebriar." He stretches as he stands. "Just as you're getting old, so am I. This new clan we're making will be carried by the younger generation and oursiders. There's not enough of us to fully create a clan. And I'm worried that the cats we currently have will split. We have two leaders right now, Eaglebriar. It's going to be a problem when we finally settle down." He shakes his head, before nodding at her question.
"I'll keep you safe. I might not be a good fighter, but I can still hold my own in an emergency. In any case, you're more important than me with your extensive knowledge as a medicine cat. You're going to have to describe them for me so I can help look." He slowly walks beside her. "You must be hungry too. I'll also look for prey as we go."
