Ivy/with Flame The silver and white she-cat opened her eyes and parted her jaws in a wide yawn. She spotted Flame who was up, and gave a nod of greeting as she sat up. She felt her stomach growl, but decided to ignore it for now.
Peach/with Bark Peach awoke with a yawn, looking to see which other cats were up. He noticed a couple of the older cats, but they weren't particularly friendly cats. He stood up and decided to go and find his brother. He spotted Bark quickly and trotted over to him. "Morning!' He mewed happily to Bark, his tail flicking tiredly.
Crimson/open The ginger and red she-cat sat outside the den where most of the cats were still sleeping. She stifled a yawn as she wondered who was awake right now. She narrowed her eyes as she spotted one of the younger toms exiting the den to sit with Bark.
Snow/open The white she-cat sat up from her sleep suddenly, having awoken from a bad dream. She gave a sigh of relief as she looked around the den, seeing everyone's sleeping forms. She gave a purr of contentment as she left the den and sat down to groom herself.

Flame Flame returned the white and silver she-cat's nod, padding over to talk with her. She seemed to be in a decent mood, which meant the chances of his ears getting clawed off were minimal. "Morning, Ivy." He greeted politely. "Do you want to go hunting soon? I was looking to bring tribute in early today and I wouldn't mind some company." Bark Bark turned at the sound of Peach's voice and saw his brother trotting up to him. He dipped his head in greeting as his littermate approached. "Hey Peach, I take it you-" Bark's words were cut off as he stifled a yawn. Once he managed to clamp his jaws shut, he continued. "Slept well?" Red Red spotted Crimson and leapt down from his overlook. The she-cat had a watchful eye and a straight-forward attitude he found admirable. He could often rely on her ability to pick up on the goings on around camp. "Got something on your mind?" He asked as he approached, noticing her eying Peach and Bark. Eagle Eagle approached the spot that cats leave their catches for Red, but there was nothing left but faint scents. She let out a sigh as her stomach growled. She spotted Snow grooming herself and figured she'd talk to the older she-cat. "Good morning." She meowed as she neared, hoping the she-cat would be in the mood to talk.

Ivy/with Flame Ivy perked her ears as Flame padded over to her. "Good Morning." She meowed back to him. This morning hadn't been terrible so far, so she decided she would be nice to the tom. "Sure, hunting sounds good." She answered the tom, tail twitching patiently. Peach/with Bark Peach chuckled as his brother was cut off by stifling a yawn. "Yeah, it was alright. Firefly moves way too much though!" He complained, rolling his eyes playfully. "Did you have good time guarding everyone last night? I take it that nothing interesting happened?" He asked, wanting to know how his brother's night had been. Crimson/with Red Crimson had noticed Red approaching her far before he had actually reached her. "Good morning Red." She mewed respectfully, flicking her tail in greeting as he reached her. "I'm just watching everyone wake up." She mewed, turning her attention back to the rest of the cats waking up. Snow/with Eagle Snow angled her ears toward Eagle as the younger she-cat approached. "Good Morning!" She purred to Eagle, her tail waving happily. "I'm thinking about maybe going hunting soon. Would you like to join me?" She asked, her eyes lighting up as she awaited Eagle's answer. Fire the Watcher of the vale

Just putting up some starters for the rest of my characters! ^^)
Moth/Open Moth had awoken a little bit before everyone else, and she now sat in the corner of the camp, grooming her pelt. She spotted Red and for a split second fear paralyzed her. She quickly relaxed once she realized the tom wasn't coming over to her.
Angel/Open Angel gave a loud yawn as he arched his back. He blinked slowly, adjusting to the morning light as it filtered into the den. He gave a sigh as he trotted out into the clearing, looking around to see who else was awake.
Blur/Open Blur had awoken, but continued to sit in the den. He watched as other cats woke up and left the den, but he really didn't feel like dealing with Red or anyone else today. He stifled a yawn, and started to groom his paws gently.
Fawn/open Fawn still lay curled up in a ball in her nest, snoring softly. She gave a soft mew in her sleep, but other than that was pretty quiet.
Owl/Open Owl sat in the clearing of the camp, his stomach growling. He looked around to see if there was anyone who would go hunting with him.
Dream/Open Dream smiled to herself as she soaked up the sunshine, letting it warm her pelt. She liked to take advantage of the moments when nobody needed her for anything, although she knew she would probably have to get up soon.
Ghost/Open The large silver and black tom sat in the middle of camp, observing everyone who was up. He spotted Red and narrowed his eyes at the tom. He had never quite liked the tom, as he had some trust issues with other cats.
Firefly/Open Firefly awoke alone in her nest. She looked around for Peach, but guessed that he had left the den already. She shrugged to herself as she curled back into a ball and tried to go back to sleep.

Flame Flame nodded, pleased. "Great! We'd better get going soon before the others take all the good hunting spots." The tom pointed out. He knew that few cats would be willing to share hunting space, especially in the morning when the prey is out. "I know there's been quite a few voles near the stream lately. We could try there, if you'd like." Bark "Why do you think I took a night watch?" Bark rhetorically asked. "I'll finally be able to get some sleep without Firefly's paw jabbing me in the stomach. She's the most fidgety sleeper I've ever seen." Bark yawned again before continuing. "I was kind of hoping something would happen, though. It's awfully boring just sitting there, watching nothing move all night." He punctuated his sentence by lifting his hind leg and scratching his ear. Red Other than a flick of his ear, Red showed no sign that he heard. Instead of replying, he decided to do the same as Crimson and analyze the waking cats. His gaze flitted over Flame, who was talking to Ivy. Red held an equal amount of respect and disdain for the ginger tom. He knew that Flame was one of the better fighters amongst the group, and for that he respected him, though his unwillingness to exploit his prowess on the others disappointed him. He moved on, continuing to observe the others. Eagle "Sure!" Eagle agreed, dipping her head. "I could use something to eat. I haven't eaten since the day before yesterday." the small she-cat admitted. "I turned in my tribute yesterday, but Goose stole my other catch because it was the only thrush anyone caught."

Ivy/with Flame Ivy simply nodded. "Sure, sounds good." She meowed calmly, her ear twitching. Her eyes narrowed as she spotted Red watching her and Flame. She gave a low growl, but decided to just head towards the camp entrance. "Come on, before someone else gets to it first." She meowed to Flame. Peach/with Bark Peach nodded. "Yeah, I'll have to take the night watch tonight." He purred jokingly. He stifled a yawn as he looked around camp. He froze when he spotted Red and Crimson watching them. He tried to shrug it off, but couldn't shake off the feeling that something was wrong. Crimson/with Red Crimson flicked her ear impatiently, but soon realized that Red wasn't going to respond. She sighed and shook her head a little bit before focusing on Eagle and Snow. She narrowed her eyes as she watched the two she-cats. For some reason she felt as though they were talking about Red. Snow/with Eagle Snow perked her ears as Eagle told her this. "What!? Well, I'll make sure he sticks to his own prey." She reassured the younger she-cat, laying her tail on Eagle's shoulder kindly. "Well, lets get going!" She purred, standing up suddenly and making her way to the entrance of camp, making sure to let Flame and Ivy go first. Fire the Watcher of the vale

Flame Flame followed Ivy out, noticing Eagle and Snow approaching the camp entrance. "Looks like we left at the right time." He remarked as they walked through the forest. The ginger tom kept his ears perked, listening for any signs of prey, though he doubted that there'd be anything this close to camp. Bark Bark was going to say something, but his brother's sudden change of body language kept him quiet. He followed his brother's gaze and spotted Crimson and Red looking at them. He quickly averted his gaze and spoke just loud enough for Peach to hear. "Well that isn't creepy at all." Red Red watched as Flame and Ivy exited the camp and spotted Snow and Eagle heading out as well. He didn't particularly like the fact that Snow was interacting with the younger she-cat. Red had been contemplating kicking her out of the group for failing to bring in tribute multiple times in the past moon, but the more relationships she developed, the more complicated it would get, should they kick her out. "Keep an eye on Eagle and Snow when you can." Red ordered. "I don't like that they're getting along." Eagle Eagle followed Snow, dropping her gaze as Flame and Ivy passed. She didn't have much interaction with either of them, but she preferred to keep it that way. Most cats around here didn't like to be bothered and she was happy to oblige. "Where should we go hunt?" Eagle asked Snow, curious.

Ivy Ivy nodded, glancing at Eagle and Snow as they left. As they continued deeper into the forest, she scented a robin. She crouched down as she stalked closer to the plump-looking bird. She stalked a few inches closer before leaping and giving the bird a quick bite to the throat. Peach "Yeah. I don't really like Red or Crimson that much." He mewed quietly, praying that the two older cats couldn't hear them. He looked around and noticed that most cats were awake now. "You could probably go and take a nap now, if you want." Peach meowed, curling his tail around his paws. Crimson The dark she-cat nodded. "Got it. I can go hunting with them if you'd like. So Snow can't hunt any prey for Eagle." She suggested, locking her gaze on the two cats. She flicked her tail in anticipation as she waited for an answer from Red. Snow Snow watched as Ivy and Flame left to hunt. "Maybe in the more marshy are of the forest?" She suggested happily, a slight bounce in her step as they left the camp and she started to lead toward the more swampy area of the territory. Flame Flame nodded to the she-cat as he saw the robin hanging from her jaws. "Nice catch." He remarked. The ginger tom opened his mouth to taste the air. There were quite a few different scents, though most of them were old. One scent in particular caught his attention. He dropped down low into a hunter's crouch and proceeded forward, following the scent. He slowly pushed through a large patch of weeds and spotted his target, a plump looking squirrel. He circled around, making sure he was directly upwind, then pressed in. When he was about a tail-length away, he leapt, landing squarely on the squirrel and delivering a swift nip to the neck, killing it instantly. He padded back over to Ivy and gave her a little nod. Bark Bark nodded his head. "I might just go and do that." He admitted. In a lower tone, he added, "And watch what you say about Red and Crimson. The last thing I want is my only brother getting kicked out for saying the wrong thing." He didn't think that Red or Crimson had heard them, but talking bad about Red behind his back was a bigger risk than he was willing to take. Red Red shook his head. "No need. Snow hunting for Eagle doesn't bother me and I don't believe she'll want to associate with Eagle after she learns what she's done." Red's words were laced with hidden meaning. He had a plan, should he need to kick Eagle out. Either way, he couldn't afford too many connections between the weaker cats of the group, anyways. Eagle "Sure!" Eagle replied, continuing to follow the bigger she-cat through the forest. "I caught a frog there once." She mentioned. "It tasted kind of weird. Like a combination between a fish and a pidgeon." As she continued walking, she began checking for any signs of prey.

Ivy The white and silver she-cat nodded her thanks as she found a spot to store her prey, digging up the soil to bury her prey for later. When she picked her head back up, she noticed that Flame had caught a very plump-looking squirrel. "Nice catch yourself." She meowed to the tom, flicking her ears politely. Peach The golden and cream tom nodded. "You're probably right." He mewed quietly, panic flaring inside at the thought of being kicked out of the group. "Enjoy your nap!" He purred to Bark, his tail swaying happily. Crimson Crimson smirked, understanding that Red had a plan, although she wasn't sure exactly what it was. "I'm sure your right. Besides, I don't understand why Snow would willingly hang out with a cat so much younger than herself. She should be talking to the cats her age." She spat the last part, her tail tip flicking. Snow Snow nodded, her eyes lighting up at the mention of frogs. "I've caught frogs multiple times! I don't really mind the taste that much." She mewed, remembering the first time she had caught a frog. Snow's ears twitched as she heard the faint rustle of small pawsteps. She quickly scented a mouse and ducked into a hunting crouch. She stalked over to the bush and launched herself into it, landing on top of the mouse and delivering the killing bite. She stepped out of the bush with the prey hanging limp from her jaws, eyes shining happily. Fire the Watcher of the vale

Flame Flame scratched out a hole and dropped his squirrel in. "Thanks." He replied as he covered the squirrel up. "It's a shame that we have to give prey to Red." He mentioned. He knew it was a little bit of a risk talking about the topic, but he knew it was a pretty common opinion, even if few spoke it outright. "I don't see him working at all to earn it." Bark Bark nodded and stifled another yawn. "I will!" He mewed as he headed back towards the den. He spotted Firefly still sleeping but decided not to disturb her, instead curling up nearby and closing his eyes. Red Red snorted with amusement. "And one that weak, too. If she associates with Eagle for too long, she'll drag her down with her. Luckily for her, I don't intend on keeping Eagle around for much longer." He smirked and turned to Crimson. "I'm going to go find Goose or someone else and try to figure a few things out, but keep an eye open on the others as usual. Don't be hesitant to tell me anything important." With that, he padded off towards the direction of the dens, hoping to find either Goose or one of his other allies. Eagle "Wow!" Eagle exclaimed. "You're a really good hunter!" She eyed Snowy's mouse for a moment, but looked away as her stomach rumbled. She opened her mouth to taste the air, trying to pick up a prey scent. After a moment, she settled on a recent frog scent. Before long, she set her eyes on the frog as it hopped up onto a fallen log. She dropped low and prowled forward, but panic set in as she stepped on a branch, making a loud snap and sending the frog hurtling away. She gave chase, but it was already too late. "Rats!" She exlaimed before turning back to Snowy.

Ivy Ivy narrowed her eyes and flicked her tail curiously. "You know, you probably should be careful with who you say that to." She meowed to Flame, her voice showing no emotion. She flicked her tail and stayed silent for a brief second. "We should catch one more piece each, and then head back." She meowed, stalking off to catch one more piece of prey, not waiting for the tom's response. Firefly Firefly picked her head up as she heard someone coming into the den. She spotted her brother, Bark, and waved her tail in greeting. She yawned once more and laid her head onto her paws to rest. Crimson Crimson smirked as Red talked about getting rid of Eagle, and maybe even Snow too. "Alright. I'll let you know if I see anything going on." She promised, her eyes looking around camp before landing on Moth, who looked suspicious. She narrowed her eyes as she watched the she-cat. Snow Snow purred out her thanks. "You'll get it next time!" She encouraged Eagle, laying her tail on the younger cat's shoulder in a friendly manner. She soon scented a frog and crept closer to the scent. She signaled her tail to Eagle, as she was going to let the younger she-cat catch it. Fire the Watcher of the vale

Flame Flame shrugged as he watched the she-cat walk away, not really taking her warning to heart. He'd occasionally been vocal in his distaste for Red before, but he'd never been met with anything worse than threats. As much power as Red had, it was only because of those who let him have it. Red constantly bosses around the cats that are too weak to stand against him and his comrades, but stronger cats could get away with things if they knew how to handle it. He tasted the air, detecting a few scents. A fox, likely more than three days old, a bird, which seemed more recent, and a vole, which was fresh. He dropped into a hunter's crouch, tracking the scent. Bark Bark noticed his sister's wave of a tail and padded over to her, trying to find a comfortable place to lay down. He managed to find a good lump of moss and plopped down atop of it, a few mouselengths away from his sister. He yawned and closed his eyes, willingly letting his consciousness fade into sleep. Bracken Bracken stretched a hind leg as he exited the den, looking around. He noticed that a few cats were absent, primarily his brother. Shrugging, he sat down along the edge of camp and began to groom himself, mainly focusing on a particularly stubborn patch of fur on his chest. Eagle Eagle nodded as Snow pointed her towards another frog. Dropping into a hunter's crouch, Eagle prowled towards the frog, making sure she didn't step on a twig this time. As she crept closer, the small she-cat circled the frog, making sure to stay upwind. When she was maybe two tail-lengths away, she leapt, landing squarely on the frog and killing it with a single bite. She held her catch up high in her mouth, proud of herself. "I goth ith!" Eagle exclaimed through a mouthful of frog.

Ivy The silver and white she-cat quickly picked up the scent of a robin and she dropped into a hunting crouch. She slowly crept up to the bird. She hesitated a second before leaping onto the bird, almost losing it before giving it a swift bite to the neck. She picked up the bird and trotted back to where the rest of the prey was.
Snow The white she-cat smiled widely. "Great job! Now we just have to catch a few more, and then we can head back!" Snow mewed enthusiastically. She padded a few fox-lengths away before scenting a squirrel. Her mouth started to water as she crept up to the roots of the tree. She realized a second too late that the wind was blowing the wrong way, and watched in despair as the squirrel scampered away up the trunk of the tree.

Flame Flame's eyes focused on the vole as it came into view, the small rodent nibbling on a seed. He prowled forward, but when he was only a couple of tail lengths away, he took an awkward step, unbalancing him. He tried to catch himself, but the sound gave away his position and the vole bolted for a small opening beneath a root. "Fox dung!" He cursed. Bracken Once Bracken was done grooming himself, he looked around, trying to see if there was anyone wanting to hunt. He spotted Owl and padded over to the calico tom, giving him a nod as he approached. "Morning, Owl." He greeted, sitting down. "You looking for a hunting partner?" Eagle Eagle watched as Snow's would-be catch scampered off and up into a tree. "Bad luck." She mewed sympathetically, walking over to the she-cat. "That wind changed quick." Eagle opened her mouth to taste the air, hoping to find something else to catch. She didn't want to make a habit of not eating. She picked up the scent of a mouse and dropped into a hunter's crouch. "Circle around and we'll catch it together." Eagle suggested to the older she-cat. Lion Lion padded out of the den, looking around at the camp. He saw a few cats he didn't like and a few cats he did. He spotted Peach and decided to go over and talk to him. "Hey Peach!" He called as he approached.
