Are their any books that the fandom generally seems to dislike that you found not to bad?
Some bad books I liked were Sunrise & Yellowfang's Secret.
I will admit Sunrise was pretty poorly written and all over the place but I enjoyed the drama. I think similarly about Yellowfang's Secret except I didn't notice any clunkyness to it.
I also found Mapleshade's Vengeance good because it actually invoked an emotional response. That book had me balling and I hardly cry. The kits really got me.

Skyclan's Destiny for me. I shall sit in the dark corner reading it 3 times while everyone goes on about how "boring" it is. xP

I honestly like the majority of AVOS, OOTS, and TNP.

OOTS (especially Sign of the Moon), Skyclan's Destiny, Mapleshade's Vengeance, Outcast, and Moth Flight's Vision, if that counts

I loved Yellowfang’s Secret, but I only read it once when I was 10 so I don’t know if I’d still like it now. I also really liked Squirrelfight’s Hope and Tigerheart’s Shadow (still don’t like Tigerheart though)

Not a specific book, but I very much liked OotS as a whole. And the most hated book in that arc, Sign of the Moon, I enjoyed as well. It's not my favorite book in the arc (or even in the top half), but it was enjoyable. Though I'll still take every opportunity to joke about it.
Power of Three was very polarizing, I haven't seen a lot of people in the middle with their opinions of it. I actually think Sunrise is widely considered one of the better books in the series; or at least, it's one of the most liked. Which baffles me, because it's actually in the bottom half of my ranking. I also rank Long Shadows even further down, and that one is the most well-liked book in the arc by the fandom generally. (Of course, all the Po3 books get high rankings from me because it's my favorite arc, but still).
As for side books; Yellowfang's Secret and Squirrelflight's Hope are my 2nd and 4th favorite SEs respectively.

Sign of the Moon. It was nice to read a book of everyone finally getting along for once with no drama, lol.

Shadowstar's Life is actually my favorite novella. It has it's issues, but I still liked it.
Bramblestar's Storm is one of my favorite SEs. I liked seeing Bramblestar trying to live up to Firestar but realizing he should be his own leader and not feel weighed down by Firestar's legacy. I also liked Tigerheart's Shadow for the most part.
OotS is a hot mess, absolutely no denying that, but I overall still enjoyed the arc for what it's worth.

I liked all the journey books in TNP. Honestly I’d argue that the traveling books in TNP are the best ones in the arc. The first half of TNP was really good and super exciting at the time because it was something totally new. It was subsequent traveling books that started to make traveling books have a bad name. I wouldn’t even say subsequent traveling books were bad, just that the idea of traveling to the mountains was super overdone.

The Raging Storm
I find A Vision Of Shadows #6: The Raging Storm pointless, all it had was a conflict between ShadowClan and SkyClan and Twigbranch and Finleap's struggling relationship.
It was just a pointless book to put out there. Though I do like the Shadowkit scenes in the book, I find them cute and funny.

You can just say the name of the book, you don't have to specify the arc and book number as well. Also, this thread seems to be more for unpopular books you like.

Mapleshade’s vengeance is the best book by far in my opinion. Could it have been written better? Hell yes. But compared to the other options this doesn’t make me fall asleep in the first 2 chapters.

Outcast - Only for the character moments, especially from The Three and Breezepaw.
Squirrelflight's Hope - It was a mess in so many ways, but I still found things to enjoy about it.
Tigerheart's Shadow - Tigerheart got kinda boring as a POV, but I still liked it.
Shadowstar's Life - I just love reading about the DOTC era that much, and Shadowstar is one of my fav DOTC characters.
SkyClan's Destiny - It was fun. A lot of the SkyClan characters were cool.
Bramblestar's Storm - I don't like Bramblestar as a leader, but it was interesting seeing him fit into the role here.
Mapleshade's Vengeance - It was interesting reading from Mapleshade's POV.
