Darksplash smelled the scent of another cat, and it didn't smell familiar. He gave a low growl as he slowly crept towards the scent until he saw an orange tabby tom. he smirked and slowly stalked closer, making sure to stay in the shadows.

Otterdawn could smell a new cat in the Dark forest. She siged as she went to find whoever it was that had enetered, a they didn't smell like they belonged here.

Acornstripe lay underneath one of the rotting tree trunks sleeping when Thunderpelt entered the dark forest. He snored quietly, twitching a little bit in his sleep.

Nightstar sat in the medicine den hunched over, as Dawnflower hadn't cleared him to leave the medicine den. He growled to himself as he thought of Thunderpelt.

Snowpaw watched as Dandelionnose rushed over to the two new kits. She shrugged and trotted over to the medicine den to see if Eveningfern was okay.

Hollowsky nodded at Eveningfern's words. "Yeah, okay. That seems like a good idea." He meowed as he stood up to accompany Eveningfern to the nursery.

Darksplash crept up and when he was close enough, he launched himself onto Darksplash and attempted to pin Thunderpelt to the ground. "Who are you and why are you here?" He snarled into the tom's ear.

Acornstripe awoke with a start as he heard a snarl from Darksplash. He scrabbled to his paws and slunk back into the shadows, not wanting to get involved with Draksplash.

Otterdawn watched as she saw the outline of a cat back into the shadows, but she stayed there to watch the new cat, who didn't seem to belong here at all.

"Why I am here is none of your concern." Thunderpelt huffed. "All I will tell you is that I am a living cat. What's your name? You must be one of those Dark Forest cats!" Thunderpelt throw the stranger cat off of him. 

Darksplash leaped off and landed gracefully. "Ah, a living cat. This should be interesting." He smirked, starting to circle Thunderpelt. "My name is Darksplash. And what is yours?" He asked, sitting down and slididng his claws out.

"Not as long as some of the cats who are here, but I've been here long enough for my liking." He meowed, beginning to circle Thunderpelt again, looking for an opportunity to attack.

Evening fern rose and with his help headed for the nursery. She gave a small nod of greeting to Snowpaw on her way out. "You should get your side treated," she murmured to Hollowsky. "It could get infected."


Snail gave a small nod. He trembled when the leader fell dead, pressing close to the ground, it being the first time he ever really saw death. His ears pressed against his head, he scanned hoping to spot his brother.

Chirppaw gave a nod to the kits. "Alright," he said. He watched as his mother and father left. When Dandelion nose came in he made room for the tom.

Ripplestalk heard the commotion and headed to see what was going on. The former medicine cat watched from the shadows as the two times circled each other. He locked at his paw as he watched, he recognized Darksplash, but the other tom he couldn't put his paw on.

Darkriver looked disgusted by the fact that Thunderpelt took the leader's life. She watched as he ran out of camp and away. She also watched Nightstar be taken off to the Medicine cat den. She sighed. "Things are really a mess in this camp." She said with another sigh.

Fawnkit and Doekit with Chirppaw and Dandelionnose
Fawnkit finally dozed off under Doekit's watchful eye. Doekit stopped licking her sister as she fell asleep and started watching the cats around her. They all scurried around doing things. Some of the cats looked worse for wear and she wanted to ask why it had happened but she doubted anyone would tell her why.

Chirppaw looked over to see his father reenter the den. "I-i can try," he spoke hearing over to look at the hash. He wanted to curse under his breath over what Thumderpelt did but he knew better. He thought over what he saw Dawnflower do for Eveningfern.Marigold and cobwebs I think.. He thought to himself beofre going and trying to track down the two herbs, before returning to Hollowsky.

Snail looked at her. He was a bit confused how Nightstar came back to life, but he didn't want to ask out of fear. "D-does this normally h-happen in clans," he murmured, still keeping close tot he ground, his voice barely being able to be heard, due to how quiet it was.

Zz sure. Fawnkit's asleep though and Doekit is angry at being there.)

Darkriver saw how concerned Snail looked and felt bad for the young tom. "No this is a really odd day." She assured Snail. She got up and paced a little bit. "Oh and our leader gets nine lives. That's how Nightstar came back to life. In case you were wondering."

Frostripes sighed wishing things could go back to being peaceful. He glances around unsure of what to do at the moment. Instead, he heads outside of camp and decided to stand watch. Someone had to keep watch in case Thunderpelt came back. However, he didn't know why his clanmate would even consider coming back.


Ealgetalon and Brightwhisker talked among themselves and could occasionally glance over at Nightstar's den.

(She might feel better if she knows that there are others who went through the same thing she is)

Tigerspots eyed the prey in the hole, four pieces wasn't bad for two cats to have caught. He gave a small nod to her, picking out the prey from the hole. "Yea should be enough," he spoke to her flicking his tail. He turned, picking up the two pieces that he had caught, signaling for her to pick up the other two, before walking away from her, heading for the river. he paused to look behind him, to make sure that Cardinal was coming.

Snail seemed confused by her words, as it just generated more questions in the tom's head. He glanced back in the direction of where the fight had occurred. He shook out his head and sprained to his paws, pushing the memory out of his mind, and soon the young tom had a smile again.

Chirppaw tried to speak for Nightstar to stay, but the leader left before he could get the words out. He pulled his ears back before turning his attention back to Hollowsky, dressing the wound the way he saw Eveningfern's dressed. I think it is supposed to be like this. Hear thought to himself.
