He'd definitely talk Nora into it. Then he would move on to other houses and hunt down Callan and Agnar. Callan would comply because the word 'no' isn't in his vocabulary and if he goes along with it Vincent will be less annoying. Agnar however would have to be dragged kicking and screaming. The same goes for Jasmine. Actually, no. Unless Vincent has a death wish he wouldn't approach her with this.

Which OC goes all out decorating and is later found hanging from the roof tangled in a string of lights?
Probably Nora. To to be honest, I have no idea how she would even end up in that situation. Then again she wouldn't know either if you were to ask her about it.
Bonus: Which OC finds them/takes pictures?
Pretty much anyone could find her. As for taking pictures, Vincent is the most likely to do that. Closely followed by Jasmine. And I wouldn't put it past Konstantin either.

Which OC lies out in the snow for so long, people start to think they’re dead?
Agnar. He does that a lot, mostly because he finds it relaxing. Especially at night. It's just something he likes to do and I think it's the one thing he misses the most during his time at the academy.

Which OC wouldn’t get that a kilogram of feathers and a kilogram of steel weighs the same?
Jasmine. No matter what you do she'll insist that a kilogram of steel is heavier. Vincent wouldn't say they weigh the same either. Not because he doesn't get it but because he would insist the guilt of killing so many birds weighs heavier.

Which OC would walk around the woods at night for fun?
Agnar and Callan. They both enjoy being outside at night, Callan even more so than Agnar.

Which OC would get themselves killed because they’re “ Tired of hiding. ” from their enemy?
Jasmine. She'd even insist that hiding is pointless because she could totally take the enemy down.

Which OC would get waaaay too into character while cosplaying?
Vincent. It's almost scary how good he is, actually.

Nora. Good thing none of these exist here. She'd get on everybody's nerves. Intentionally.

Vincent. There's nothing rousing about it. Not really. Nora would just laugh her ass off, both because it sounds awful and because Agnar compares Vincent's singing to the sound of a dying whale. A dying whale in heat.

Which OC suggests murder as a solution to everything, even minor inconveniences?
Jasmine. Can't sleep because you neighbours are partying? Let's kill them! You broke your weapon? Well, time to slaughter whoever forged it! Can't do your assignment because a cat is sitting on that sheet of paper? Huh, sucks to be the cat!

Alastair- Winter's Grip- speed increases in colder temperatures and climates
Elara- Trust- accuracy raises when she is near a house mate she has a bond with
Orryn- Vanguard against Sleeping- stats vary depending on his wake status(might change idk im struggling with orryn)

Adelis- raises accuracy when using ranged attacks
Mimura- raises avoid when near another crest bearer
Fleur- defense raises when alone
Cavalor- delivers more health to an ally that has lower health than holder
Trejoli- deals more damage when the weapon is broken(has 0/24(for example)
Deus- deals more damage when using an axe
