Emberwave jolted up. "O-oh..you're going to fast, slow down!" She giggled. "My name's Emberwave, and I'm doing fine! I just went out hunting! We have differnet dens for all the ranks, Each rank has there own den that they share with cats that have the same rank." Emberwave quickly took a breath.

"Our ranks start off with kits and queens, who sleep in the nursery. Then, there are apprentices, who sleep in the apprentice den. Warriors, senior warriors and deputies share the same den, the warriors den. The leaders den has there own personal den, there's the elder's den which the elder's sleep in. The medicine den, which medicine cats sleep in. Anyone can hunt, but sometimes there are hunting patrols." Emberwave took another breath.

"It sounds a lot like you are a family," Snail said. He was curious about a few more things, but wasn't sure if he would be able to ask her. He didn't want to bother her to much with his questions. "And so far I have had fun here!" Despite Nettle telling him he had to stay in the camp, the tom had managed to find things to do be it helping rebuild the damaged camp to even just playing on his own.

After 6 moons, you become an apprentice, and once you're fully trained, you become a warrior. When enough time passes, you'll become a senior warrior or an elder. If a deputy dies or is not in the clan anymore, and you're lucky enough to become the new deputy, your suffix dosen't change nor does your den. But, until the leader dies or leaves, you become leader." Emberwave was tired of answering so many questions. |

He looked around the camp, to see if any of clan cats were around to talk to, if there were he might bid the she cat farewell, as he had noticed the vole, it looked like she was going to eat before he came over to bother her with his questions.

Emberwave ripped off the tail of the vole, chewing the body of it up. It was delicious, and she pondered on what to do next. She looked around the clearing, hoping to find something to clear her boredom.

Snail wandered off. He noticed Nettle was back to helping with repairs on some den, involving moving a boulder it looked like. He looked up along the ravine where he had seen cats exit from. He walked over to examine the way up the ravine curiously.
