Foxpaw left the camp not wanting to stay in there any longer. It hurt to know that his own family didn't believe he was innocent. He choked back the small whimpers building in his throat.

Snowpaw quickly followed him. "Don't worry. They'll come to their senses eventually." She reassured him. She thought of an old fox burrow that would fit all of them. "I know a place we can stay!" She purred as she chose a different path through the forest to the old burrow.
Hollowsky had to stop himself from lunging at Nightstar. He regretted turning away from his son. He stared after the camp entrance with sorrow. He wondered if Eveningfern felt this way.

Eveningfern had mixed emotions. She wanted to figure out how her sister died, but she didn't believe that it was her son that killed her. She pressed her face against Hollowsky's shoulder. They would just need to wait and see how things turn out, if the killings kept happening, then she just abandoned her son when he needed his parents the most.
Foxpaw gave a nod and followed her to the fox burrow. He looked at the other two cats that had chosen to come with. It was a small group, but it brought him enough to comfort to know at least there were these three here for him.

Hollowsky looked at Eveningfern sadly. "I miss him already." He whispered sadly. he licked Eveningfern's cheek and glanced up at the leader's den with hatred in his eyes.
Snowpaw gave a small smile to Foxpaw and Fogpaw. "I'm gonna go hunt. You two stay here!" She purred before racing away to hunt. She hoped Foxpaw and Fogpaw would become good friends.
