Nettle looked at him. "I don't want him knowing the truth either,' he muttered. At least this tom had the morals to not tell a young cat that he was being roped into a murder plot.

"Now we just need a few more cats to help us, because the more, the better!" Slate looked around, hoping to find any outsider nearby. "Make sure to stay near the barn while I'm gone. There's plenty off mice here and there." Slate purred, and dissapeared into a clump of bushes.

Nettle flicked Snail's ear before padding away to hunt for some mice. The tom was having regrets for getting involved, it wasn't like he wanted to be apart of this, but they have gotten to deep in. Plus that she cat knew where their cave was, and it would be hard to find a new place on short notice, he crouched as he stalked before pouncing on a mouse and gave a quick bite to its neck. But at least there was food in the place and it provided better warmth.
Snail took the time to explore the barn. He found it an off word but shrugged it off. He got up on to the second level of the barn. A sneeze escaping the young tom as he sniffed at a dusty nofur tool. He gave a small frown before patting at the object. Seeing it not react he moved on to exploring the rest of the are, the tom in typical fashion got lost some how.

Slate was looking around, keeping his ears perked, as he crawled out from under the bush. He saw the cave Nettle and Snail lived at. "No backing out now," he laughed menacingly when he laid his eyes on it. Slate saw a rabbit hopping quietly, and ran toward it, extended his claws and swiped at it, blood trickling down the rabbit's furry pelt. He quickly gobbled up the rabbit, and examined the nofur houses to see if there were any other outsiders like him.

Nettle pounced on a third mouse, giving a swift bite to its neck before placing it with the other two he had already caught. The tom looked around to see if he could find anymore. The hunting was helping him take his mind off everything.

Soulspirit heard her clanmate’s panicked yowl and got to her paws. Panicking, she picked up meadowkit and Jupiterkit by the scruff, and put meadowkit on her back. Racing out into the heart of camp she picked up needlekit and put her on her back with meadowkit. She felt her paws splashing on the shallow water that was slowly flooding the ravine. Meadowkit clutched onto Soulspirit's fur, hearing another cracking sound. Meadowkit could feel the presence of her siblings nearby, and calmed down a little bit.

Nettle glanced briefly to the tom as he returned. Grabbing the three mice he managed to catch he headed off to lay down somewhere to be able to eat. He began to eat one of them keeping his ears trained around him.
Snail finally managed to find his way back down from the upper level of the barn. He walked over to Slate. "So how long have you known nettle<" he asked curiously.
