Hi there,
I am the mother of a warriors fan and I’d like her to be able to post here. I’m wondering if you have created or would consider creating a board for the 12 and under crowd. If not, do you know if there is a site somewhere that is more geared to a younger audience?
Thank you!

If I remember correctly, a user must be at least 13 years old to create an account. I believe if someone is found to be using this board and they are under 13, their account is suspended, as it violates ProBoards policy. Correct me if I am wrong, Sand .

According to ProBoards Terms of Service: Anyone under the age of 13 cannot make an account because they are breaking the Terms of Service which they agree to when their account is made. We suspend users who are beneath the age of 13 until they are of age to participate on our site. My hands are tied as I have agreed to the ToS like all of our members here. BlogClan, another Warriors fansite, requires their members to be 13+. The official Warriors site does not have a forum or board anymore, but it has games and other information. I can continue to look for one that's 12 below, if you'd like.

legally, yes It's proboards rules, not wcrpf rules.
It's awesome that you as a parent are involved in your daughter's interests! I would have died to have my parents interested in the things I liked as a kid haha. I think it could be a great opportunity for you to teach your daughter how to interact with others online safely and responsibly! There's a lot of places in a fandom where she can work on creating an opinion and learning to communicate opinions to others in a productive and kind way. She may be young, but it's great to have a parent by her side to help facilitate. There's a fine line between censorship and monitoring and being overbearing, but I can say there's a lot of content in any fandom that is very easy to access but probably shouldn't be consumed by a minor. Swearing, violence, ect. And it goes the other way too: if she wants to participate in conversations, there's some information minors shouldn't be sharing. Basic internet safety, like location, name, other accounts. Having someone there to be a friend and helper in these interactions could be an awesome way to teach good internet safety, but also kindness, independence and better communication skills.
I don't know if it would be bending the rules to knowingly allow a parent to make posts that they've worked on alongside a minor? Like if she wants to participate, that you and her both collaborate on reading discussions and creating a response. I think with that layer of parental guidance, that it would be a great thing to have both of your viewpoints in the community.
But that's legal issue, and also not up to me. I just think it's cute and a great way for a parent-child bonding activity over something they love, and also with that layer of moderation, be a great way for her to learn how to navigate her own opinions, critical thinking, and communication.

Off the top of my head, the place I can think of is classes on a place called Outschool, but in that respect, you have to pay for them. Also, if I'm remembering, Wattpad has a lower age range, but I could be wrong. There are usually fans there though.
