Frost - elders den - with Willowpaw
Frost took a few bites of the fish, wiping her tongue along her jaw as she finished chewing. She hungrily finished the fish, and brought her attention back up to Willowpaw as she licked the bones. Frost brought her hind leg up to her left ear, scratching at it as she spoke. “Well I suppose I could tell you how I was attacked by a fox before I gave birth to Bonestar , if you’d like?”
Swanpaw - dark forest - with the others
Swanpaw ducked at Lynxpaws swipe, backing away as he kicked her. She brought her paw up, claws ready to take any flesh they may find.

Willowpaw had set about to taking the old moss from Frost's nest and putting the fresh dry moss in it. She paused and nodded happily. "Yes please. I enjoy hearing stories like that." She finished her task and moved the old moss off to the side to take care of later and sat down facing the elder. She wrapped her tail around her paws eagerly.

Wolf-Forest-Tangle Wolf narrowed his eyes and lightly cuffed the tom on the ear. "I thought you said you wouldn't after this time," he commented. His tail flicking behind him clearly annoyed with his friend. "Don't push your luck, you meet one of those clan cats and you didn't lose your fur, what if you aren't that lucky next time?" He shook out his fur, to prevent is from bristling from how frustrated he was starting to feel. |

Frost - elders den - with Willowpaw
Frost took a couple deep breaths before taking a bit a of the fish. She thought for a bit while she chewed. “Now I cant quite remember how it happened, but I was out in the cliffs searching for a rouge when this great big cat came across me, of course I was going to be it’s plaything for awhile. And being pregnant with Bonestar at the time, I by no means was going to die. Mackenzie was on a patrol at the time, and I had no one around to save me.” She paused, taking another bite of the fish. She looked at Willowpaw, her yellow eyes almost tearful . She continued on . “I had my witts about me, and the cougar was taking its time. It asked me a few questions, said that he was delighted to meet someone with such a white pelt, and that he would enjoy turning it red. I was in trouble that’s for sure. It told me that it hated stressed meat, and he wanted me to be as calm as posssible. I thought quickly . I told him, would you set me free if I could climb a tree faster? He agreed. And also gave me a head start. When he climbed below me, I jumped down and clawed his eyes out.” She took another bite of the fish . “I don’t remember how It played out after that, the adrenaline was too much and I can’t recall. But I know I ran faster than I ever have before. “
Swanpaw - dark forest - with lynxpaw Coldclaws and Dovepaw
Swanpaw dodged lynxpaws attack , rolling to the left and launching herself forward. She went for his throat, opening her jaw to clamp on.

Willowpaw with Frost
Willowpaw sat attentive. She gasped when Frost said how she outsmarted the beast. She tried to imagine what she would do in the situation but couldn't. "Wow. That was smart thinking. I don't think I could hsve done that." She said her eyes wide with wonder.

Frost smiled . Her smile faltered as she remembered the other kit she had. “Well, my brain is foggy but I remembered I have a daughter with Kits. Can you go get Daisyheart for me? Maybe watch her kits while her and I talk?”
Coldclaws- dark forest - iykyk
“Enough!” Coldclaws snarled. He had seen enough. They were mostly dodging each other’s attacks. He stared at the two, eyes narrowed. “You’re what, 7 moons old? And already battling like warriors ...” he trailed off seemingly deep in thought. “This might go well actually. I have a task for you two. If you’re up for it.”

Wolf-Forest-Tangle "Alright," he said, choosing to drop the matter for now. Wolf knew better than to try to convince him right now, the tom would still do it, but hopefully after this next visit he wants to do, that this one would be the last. "Where shall we hunt?" He flicked his tail as he thought of the places that were near them, that they usually went to hunt in. As he waited for a response he picked the squirrel up that he had caught earlier and dug a hole amongst the roots of a tree and buried it, clawing the tree to mark it, to hopefully remember where it was. |

Mac - forest - with Ferret and Carolina Mac shrugged, quickly bored with the lesson. His stomach rumbled , and he groaned. He begrudgingly sniffed the air, scenting a squirrel and a nest of mice nearby. He licked his muzzle and turned to his sister as he spoke. “There’s a nest of mice and a squirrel .” Carolina - forest - with Mac and Ferret Carolina sniffed the air , noting what her brother smelt. She couldn’t smell anything else and nodded her head to agree with him. “Yeah that’s all there is.” Bonestar - camp - camp meeting Bonestar cleared his throat, still watching his clan. The white Maine coon curled his tail around his paws and took a deep breath. Today’s meeting would be long, there was an apprentice ceremony and also a deputy ceremony. “First of all I would like to welcome Firekit and Stonekit to the clan, they have been here for almost a moon and already are showing strong promise.” He paused , looking at the young grey and white kits . He continued on. “Now, as you know the apprentice ceremony is one of great value, as a young kit knows that once they are old enough , they begin their warrior training. I would like Brackenkit, Bramblekit, Hickorykit and Dapplekit to step forward.” He looked at the young brown kits, his eyes slightly narrowed at the thought of their dad Coldclaws. He fought the urge to shake his head. He watched them come closer, unnarrowing his eyes. “Brackenkit, your mentor will be Ashenleaf. Bramblekit your mentor will be Littlesky. Hickorykit your mentor will be Ivyspirit . And Dapplekit your mentor will be Mudpatch.” He surveyed the clan. “May starclan light your path.” “Now before we do anything else I must name a new deputy. I call Birchcloud to come forward and accept this duty. Then tonight each of those I called upon will complete their vigil tonight.” He purred. “Birchcloud! “ he cheered along with his clan. here are the mentors for the kits) |

She sat down and watched Batkit and Onyxkit do whatever kits do. "I will stay with the kits until you get back. Maybe play some mossball with them" she added in case the queen worried about leaving her kits alone. |

Darkpaw padded into camp alongside her mentor. While she was disappointed in herself for missing the cardinal during their training, she did feel satisfied to have caught the mouse that was being held gently between her jaws. The gray and black tabby blinked, eyes adjusting to the lighting in camp versus the forest as she placed the rodent with the other fresh kill. Looking to her mentor, she tilted her head to the side, "Is there anything else you'd like, Primerosedawn?"

Littlesky-Camp-Cloudslip( ZzLittlesky was curled in the main cave, thinking over how he should go about Bramblepaw. The tom was nervous to be a mentor, as he felt there were far more qualified cats than him. He rested his head on his paw with a small yawn. He watched his clanmates and noticed Cloudslip. He hadn't spoken to the tom much, but he had heard good things about him from other cats. He turned his gaze away to avoid staring for to long to prevent any problems. |

The fluffy white tom hadn't been out of camp that day and it was beginning to get to him as he now paced around, looking for anything to do. His heterochromic gaze found Littlesky, noticing that the tom glanced away when he looked over and that the shy male was by himself. Maybe he wants to go hunting? The tom padded over to the other with that thought in mind, nodding in his head in greeting as he reached him. "Hi Littlesky! Would you like to go hunting with me? I'm getting a bit antsy staying in camp all day." |

Littlesky-Camp-Cloudslip Littlesky jumped at the sudden voice of the other warrior. His fur bristling up a bit. Is he mad that I was staring? he thought, his mind racing a bit with thoughts of what could be the reason the tom came over, before he processed what was said. "Hunting," he spoke tilting his head with a small frown. He thought it over before rising to his paws and shaking out his fur. "Sure I could go for some hunting," he answered. Should I see if I could bring Bramblepaw along? It would be good to start training the tom.. |

"Great! I didn't wanna go by myself. Should we take Bramblepaw with us?" The tom knew that Littlesky had recently been appointed an apprentice and he didn't want to take away any chances for the younger member of the clan to get the training they needed. "If not then that's okay. Just figured you might wanna have him along... since he's your apprentice and all. I would ask Eveningsea to come with as well but she didn't sleep well last night so I forced her to go take a nap. She can be quite stubborn when she wants to be." The tom let out a small chuckle as he spoke of his sister, fondness showing in his eyes. |

Littlesky-Camp-cloudslip, Bramblepaw(mentioned) Littlesky gave a hesitant nod to him. "I can see if Bramblepaw would like to join," he said, looking to the ground. "But if he doesn't desire to, it would be just us I suppose." He flicked his tail as he headed over to the apprentice cave, to see if his apprentice would be there. "Bramblepaw?" He waited for a response, as he licked at his paw to try and calm his rising nerves. |

Swanpaw backed off Lynxpaw as Coldclaws spoke. She ignored Lynxpaws glance, and sat down to listen to what the task was. She found herself blushing at Coldclaws comment. Her fur bristling, she licked her chest and listened intently.
Coldclaws - dark forest - ifykyk
Coldclaws stared at the two apprentices, noticing that his sister had left. He sighed dramatically in his head, she was probably mad that she hadn’t gotten to fight today. He turned his attention back to the two. “If you want to continue training here, I need you to recruit more cats for me. It can be anyone of your choosing, but I’d prefer if at least the most trustworthy or ambitious of my kits were recruited. I’d do it myself but that risks them telling their mum and we’ll be found out before we’ve even started .” Coldclaws ice blue eyes were full of emotion for a split second before they turned cold again.
Daisyheart - camp - with Willowpaw and her kits
Daisyheart nodded, meowing a polite hello to the young apprentice . “Thankyou Willowpaw, I’ll be on my way.” She paused, seemingly thinking for a moment. “Yeah moss ball would be good for them. Thankyou again”
Batkit - camp - with Willowpaw and his brother
Batkit jumped out of the nest , scrambling to stand beside Willowpaw. “I have the perfect one!” He ran to the end of the cave , grabbing a moss ball in his jaw and running to drop it by willowpaw as his brother slowly got out of the nest to join them. “Or, or we can play cat and mouse!”
Onyxkit - camp - with Willowpaw and his brother
Onyxkit sat beside Willowpaw, staying quiet. He yawned, still sleepy. He wasn’t sure if he wanted to play but was sure he would join in eventually .
Bramblepaw - apprentice den - open
Bramblepaw yawned, getting up out of his new nest in the apprentice den to stretch. Tonight was his siblings and his vigil, and he was excited to do it. He wondered where his mentor Littlesky was. He was hoping to get some training or hunting in before nightfall. His stomach rumbled, and he yawned again. He padded over to his sleeping siblings, wondering if he should wake them up from their day nap.
