im bored and i was idly wondering what people think my first name is based on my personality/how i present myself. you know, the fun stereotyping stuff.
and if you do, i will, uh....*whispering with manager* i'll tell you what i associate with the name. or rate how close it is to my name? idk. i mostly want to know what y'all would peg me as

The first name that comes to mind is Tiffany, I'm not sure what the stereotype surrounding that name is, but the two Tiffanys I knew were really awesome. Elizabeth is another name that comes to mind.

Chicken i've never met a tiffany that wasn't 40 or older lol. my first thought was "breakfast at tiffany's" which i've never seen. come to think of it, this name seemed to disappear as fast as it came. it seemed to crop up out of nowhere half a century ago and fell out of fashion fast. where did it come from? where did it go? where did it come from, chickfriendjoe? 2/10 i guess 𝘨𝘰𝘭𝘥𝘦𝘯 𝘴𝘶𝘯 i've actually never met a heidi. all i can think of is heidi klum from America's Got Talent. she seemed nice if a bit of a diva, so i'll give this guess a 5/10 even though its very left field trickster ♥ a decent guess. classy, elegant, basic white girl name, so its the closest so far. 6/10.

I feel like you have a B name. Something a little like Bernadette or Bridget? Those don’t really sound quite right though lol

VIXENCLAW i do like those names. solidly irish catholic. for that i give you a 7/10 *Ɗαɾƙρσσℓ* oh those are interesting suggestions. ive never seen myself as a jenna. all i can think of is aunt jenna from the vampire diaries lol. they are nice sounding but a little unfamiliar to me. 6/10. Ṣanɗypaw™ classic. i like it. something about it that throws me off though. 8/10.

Catherine. It's the first name that comes to mind. I was going to guess this (well, Katherine but same difference) but my reasoning was that I know a lot of catholic girls w/ that name and I'm still not sure if that's an offensive assumption??? cause stereotyping lol

Also I wasn't thinking in fictional character dimensions w/ my guesses. There's quite a few fictional Jennas now that I think about it (the one that sticks out to me the most is the one from Pretty little Liars who was....awful). But the Jenna I know irl is just this very poised, classy, thoughtful person and ur writing style reminded me of her.

dude no not offensive at all. i go to catholic university and if you don't know a girls name you have a solid chance of being right if you guess stereotypical names like "mary" "grace" "katherine" "isabella" "theresa" and combinations thereof. same thing applies to male names. i swear every fourth boy you meet on this campus is named john paul or michael. or john paul michael.

hmmm generic christian girl names... Abby, Amanda. although you kind of strike me as a Courtney. amusingly in my mind there's a distinct difference between generic christian names and generic catholic names. one is a subset of the other but catholic names are overwhelmingly tied to saints/tradition, as well as specific cultures (irish and hispanic, for instance). a lot of stereotypical white girl names are uncommon in catholic circles because they were born from middle-class protestant individualism of the 20th century. that unprompted philology being said, i know both a catholic courtney and an abby. can't say i've met an amanda though. nowhere close to my name, but 6/10 for method.

Abigail or Teresa. I dunno why, I just thought of people who would argue a lot but do it in lower case.

Fireleap you know that might explain why others seem to have similar sentiments about my name starting with 'a'. that's actually one of my roommate's names so i will give you 7/10 for amy being physically close to me. mocatstar second time someone has suggested abigail so now i am curious about what that name means to people....i do argue in lowercase a lot tho. 5/10 Lizard 🦎 those are all so elegant and edwardian!! maybe because i act like a wacked out woman from a bygone era. very pretty. 9/10 for taste.

I feel like your name would have a /k/ sound in it somewhere, like Katie or Caroline or Rebecca. That's almost definitely wrong, but I can't think of anything else.

I haven't read anything in this thread yet because I want to be influenced as little as possible.
You seem like a Kate or a Katie (specifically the K version). Elizabeth as a second option.

Turin not Torino i strongly dislike that name. never met a good mackenzie. but my best friend in 3rd grade was named kayla. 4/10. VIXENCLAW hey thats my cousins name and i like her so 8/10 trickster ♥ classic. close to what my ideal russian psyeudonym would be (katerina). 7/10 dal Skypaw13 elizabeth is my other cousin who i do NOT like. shame, though, its a classy name. 5/10 Leapkit you dishonor me. -300/10
