Robinpaw(in camp, with Minnowpaw) Little meow meow'I'm hoping Tufftbird takes me out hunting today, I'll ask to go on a patrol when I see her', Robinpaw replied to Minnowpaw's question. She heard some noises comming from the apprentices den and guessed her dennmates must be waking up for the day. Mingled with the noises were a few coughs and sneezes, she hoped there wouldn't be any outbreaks of whitecough, or worse, greencough. Though it was still a little early for sicknesses such as those, it had happened before that they had their first case of whitecough in leaf-fall, and she hoped that wouldn't be the case this time. Turning her attention back to Minnowpaw, Robinpaw asked' What about you?' |

Minnowpaw • She-cat • ApprenticeLocation: Tempestclan Camp with Robinpaw🌸🐥silvermoon2🐥🌸 The silver she-cat nodded with intrigue as shew listened to the other apprentice, "If you get on patrol, you should ask if I can come." Minnowpaw teased, although she was only half-joking. After all, she did enjoy going on patrol, even if she could, at times, be a bit too noisy. "As for me... well, I'm hoping to find Snowfeather. I swear I can never find her when I'm the one looking for her though." she added, the latter half spoken with an exaggerated over-dramatic lilt.
Honestly, she had no problem at all with her mentor, actually having enjoyed the experience a fair amount, but it was hard not to be a little silly when she found herself with her paws full of free time. With her thoughts so ill-concentrated, she could hardly focus on concerns for health in the clan, after all, the weather sure didn't feel like it could do more than cause a few sniffles. Then again, she hadn't really lived through any sort of outbreak that she had any recollection of. |

Robinpaw(with Minnowpaw, in camp) Little meow meow'Sure, I can do that', Robinpaw meowed', it would be fun to go on a patrol together'. Robinpaw had always liked the enthusiastic young she-cat, and enjoyed going on patrols with her. She let out a mrow of amuesment at Minnowpaw's comment about her mentor. 'Same with Tufftbird' Robinpaw replied. Robinpaw's comment was good natured and was not out of spite towards her mentor. She actually liked Tufftbird quite a lot and was sure no cat could have a better mentor. |

(Yay on the timeskip front  excited for upcoming plotlines!) Sunpaw (camp, with Sageflower) Hawkeyes258 Sunpaw had woken early that morning, sneaking out of the den and emerging into a camp where mist still floated along in eerie tendrils. It had been two moons since she'd been made an apprentice, and her initial optimism had become wounded by her slow progress. She'd fallen behind; her siblings knew it, her mentor knew it, and she knew it, and although she tried to stay positive, she knew she'd have to put in more work if she wanted to succeed. So she'd spent that morning, as she'd been spending many of her mornings recently, hunting in the woods and practicing her technique, hoping for improvement. By sunrise she'd managed to catch a pair of mice (missing several birds in the meantime due to her inability to scamble up the rocky landscape quickly enough to catch them) and decided to head back to camp. With the sun brightening up the forest, she padded heavily into the clearing, happy that the weather had finally taken a break from its onslaught of torrential rain. Dropping her catch on the pile, she settled down in a sunny spot to take a nap. The sound of voices brought her out of her dreams a while later - the camp had grown busy. Stretching her legs and yawning, she blinked a few times and got to her feet. Spending little time looking around, she headed for the medicine den. The smell of herbs always succeeded in calming her down, and she'd found that Sageflower was excellent company to be around - with less pressure on hunting and battle training, and more focus on general gossip. ' Good morning Sageflower' she called into the den, ' how are you?'
Lakepaw (with Rosepaw, camp) Hawkeyes258 Lakepaw lay to one side of the clearing, finishing off a small robin and watching the camp with interest. It seemed the weather had broken, and he had made it his mission to soak up as much sun as he could. His dappled pelt shone brightly, the darker swirls mesmerizing against the light grey. He watched as Sunpaw headed towards the medicine den, and as Minnowpaw chatted with Robinpaw at the entrance to the apprentice den. As his eyes moved across camp, they fell eventually on Rosepaw as she sat eating. In the last two moons the young tom had found himself gravitating towards the she-cat, enjoying teasing her and pulling pranks - a game that wasn't always kindly recieved. Getting to his paws, he took a wide arc around the clearing, trying to avoid the apprentice's direct line of sight. Once he had made his way behind her, he dropped down into a crouch. Wiggling his haunches dramatically, he sprang forwards and landed directly on her tail, pinning it to the ground. 'Ah ha!' he exclaimed loudly, ' I've finally caught the elusive beast of Tempestclan legend!' Birchfoot (with Wolfstar, camp) Hawkeyes258 Birchfoot padded slowly up to their leader, dipping his head in respect. ' Greetings Wolfstar,' he mewed happily, the sun having put him into an uncharacteristically good mood, 'I was wondering if I could take some of the apprentices out on a border patrol.' |

blu Sageflower: MC Den with Sunpaw Sageflower hears a young voice call out to her. "I'm under here." She called out leaping out of a hole near the back. She saunters over to the entrance and sees Sunpaw standing near the entrance. "Good morning Sunpaw. I'm good just checking on some of my herbs. What about you?" Rosepaw: Camp with Lakepaw Rosepaw, who had been lost in her own thoughts, jumped when someone touched her tail. She turns around to see that it was only Lakepaw. She considers getting mad at him, but decides to just go along with it. "Who dares to disturb me!" She says all dramatic like. Wolfstar: Camp with Birchheart "Go for it." Wolfstar says giving Birchheart a small nod. "I'm always open for the apprentices to be doing something other than getting into trouble."

Sunpaw (medicine den with Sageflower) Hawkeyes258 'I'm alright' Sunpaw chirped brightly before continuing, 'I was wondering if there was anything I could help you with?' Going out collecting herbs with the medicine cat would be the perfect way to relax, especially on such a nice sunny day. And since she'd already done some training herself today, she figured she'd just run into Sparrowheart later on. The young apprentice peered over Sageflower's shoulder and into the shadowed den, trying to spy if any of the piles of leaves or berries was particularly depleted.
Lakepaw (with Rosepaw, camp) Hawkeyes258 Lakepaw laughed at Rosepaw's response, not really having expected the she-cat to play along with his antics. 'It is I!' he exclaimed loudly, 'the strongest warrior in Tempestclan history! Here to slay the beast and restore peace to the forest!' Lakepaw loosened his grip on the apprentice's tail and instead flopped down onto her side - one of his favourite and most effective tricks considering his large size.
Birchfoot (with Minnowpaw and Robinpaw, camp) Little meow meow 🌸🐥silvermoon2🐥🌸 Birchfoot dipped his head and turned to go look for some apprentices. He considered briefly whether he should ask Wolfstar if he wanted to come on patrol with them, but then quickly dismissed the idea, thinking that the leader probably had better things to do than accompany some young apprentices and a warrior on a routine border patrol. The grey tom gazed around camp and spotted Minnowpaw and Robinpaw chatting away near the apprentices' den. Those two look like they could use something to do he thought as he padded over. 'Good afternoon you two!' he called out as he approached, and then, noticing their ruffled fur, added 'or rather good morning... don't tell me you two have only just woken up!'

Minnowpaw • She-cat • ApprenticeLocation: Camp with Robinpaw & Birchfoot🌸🐥silvermoon2🐥🌸 blu If nothing else, Minnowpaw had surely gotten a better first impression from Robinpaw than she had Quailpaw, maybe it was a shared enthusiasm and bright attitude but it had done well to make the silver cat view the tortoishell in a more friendly manner. "I hope it works out for both of us then!" she replied cheerfully, not at all letting the unlikelihood of them both managing to get on patrol weigh her down. However, she did giggle at the trouble they seemed to both share regarding their mentors, "Maybe it's some secret special training technique. Hiding and seeing if the little apprentices can find them." she responded in a joking fashion, just imagining the comedic thought of the two full grown warrior's hiding somewhere just out of sight.However, her attention was soon snatched by the familiar sound of Birchfoot, head turning to view the warrior with her wide green eyes. "Hello there, Birchfoot..!" she exclaimed, eyes gleaming with intent as she stared at the warrior expectantly. Any cat knew when Birchfoot appeared, that probably meant there was work to do and she was sure eager to do it, although one couldn't say if that was a good thing or not for her to have noticed. Perhaps it was that predictability that made the apprentice almost appreciate the warrior despite his more serious nature. However, the sly comment regarding her late wake up caused the apprentice to flush deeply beneath her fur in embarrassment. "I bet I wake up before you most mornings...! J-Just not today." she exclaimed with the self-same embarrassment bogging down the confidence of her words. It wasn't necessarily true that she could beat Birchfoot on waking up earlier, but it was not lie that the apprentice had a habit of early mornings usually. Then again, sometimes she felt the only one among her littermates who wasn't particularly good at getting up consistently was Honeypaw, though she really couldn't blame him this morning. |

Birchfoot (with Minnowpaw, Robinpaw, Mallardblaze, Longstorm: apprentice den) Little meow meow 🌸🐥silvermoon2🐥🌸 JunospowerBirchfoot watched the flustered apprentice as she tried to defend herself, and decided it would be best to let her jab go under the understanding that she was trying to maintain her pride. 'Oh I'm sure, just not today.' the tabby warrior replied as he looked down at her, trying his best to let her know he was kidding by twitching his whiskers in amusement. The good weather had gotten the best of him and he found it hard to be too offended. 'Well Minnowpaw, you may as well make up for it by leading us on patrol today.' The young apprentice had been training for two moons already and showed good progress, and he thought she deserved the reward of leading a patrol. At the sound of a voice calling out to him, he turned to spot Mallardblaze padding towards him. 'Of course!' he mewed in reply to the tom.

Snowfeather overheard talks of a patrol and turns her attention to Birchheart, Mallardblaze and Minnowpaw. She decided to walk over to see if she could join. She needed to be more serious when it comes to Minnowpaw's training. She had been so preoccupied trying to distract herself from Scorchtail that she found herself not being serious about the young cat's training. "Say, mind if I come along with you and do a bit of training?"
Sageflower considers this for a moment before nodding her head. "Yes, I could use some help getting some herbs." She wouldn't mind having the company of someone other than her two apprentices. "We will be heading over to the river but keeping away from the rapid areas."
Rosepaw lets out a cry and attempts to kick out at Lakepaw. However, he was much larger than her and heavier. "Get off of me!"

Mallardblaze & Longstorm ~ At Camp; with patrol blu Little meow meow 🌸🐥silvermoon2🐥🌸LongstormWith a quick stretch of his limbs, the dark brown tabby joined his brother. "Have any place in mind where we're heading Birchfoot?" Longstorm asked as he stood next to Mallardblaze, the height difference noticable. MallardblazeThe smaller warrior took the opportunity to peer into the apprentice's den to see if he could find the source of the sniffling he had heard moments earlier. He notice that all the apprentices were up and about, ready to start their duties for the day. All except one, Honeypaw, who was still curled up in his nest. Mallardblaze frowned at the sight in worry, praying silently to StarClan that it's just one apprentice with a cold.

Robinpaw(in camp, with Minnowpaw) Little meow meow Robinpaw was woken up by the sunlight streaming into the apprentices den, she yawned and got up arching her back in a long stretch. She wanted to sleep longer, but knew there were duties to be done, and it was always better to get an early start in the morning. Shaking pieces of bedding out of her long, tortoiseshell pelt, she made her way towards the entrance of the den. On her way out she noticed Minnowpaw, near the entrance to the den. 'Good morning' she mewed to Minnowpaw. Quailpaw(in camp,open) The scent of mouse filled Quailpaw's ears as he padded through the forest, he followed the scent until he saw the furry brown creature chewing on a nut just behind a log, he dropped into hunter's crouch and began to slowly creep towards it, when he was just close enough to pounce, a hole suddenly opened up beneath him, Quailpaw yowled in terror as he plummeted down into the abyss. He woke with a start, his heart was pounding and his fur was sticking up everywhere. 'Phew!' he thought, glad that it was all a dream. Swirlflower(in camp, open) Swirlflower had just come back from an early morning hunt and she was quite pleased with her haul, two water voles and one mouse. The rain had made things slippery and it had been hard to hunt, but she was glad she had made a pretty good catch. She walked over to the fresh-kill pile and deposited her catch, then she found a nice patch of grass and began to groom herself. Ashstrike, with Quailpaw (Camp) Ashstrike ducked into the apprentice den "Good to see you awake already, Quailpaw," he huffed a small laugh at the apprentice's fur "We're doing battle training this morning, I'll be waiting for you at the camp entrance." The large tom turned and walked out, swishing his tail as he did so. |

Birchfoot (patrol with many cats) Hawkeyes258 Little meow meow 🌸🐥silvermoon2🐥🌸 Birchfoot thought for a moment before replying to the warrior, 'I was thinking we could head towards the lake today - Check how the rain has impacted the banks and if there's anything we need to be concerned about.' It had been a while since he'd been on a patrol near the lake, and although nothing had been reported he would like to see with his own eyes if anything was going on. 'We'll avoid the river and take the long way around.' he added after a moment, shivering at the thought of bringing young apprentices to the place of the accident and preferring to avoid the area altogether. With Snowfeather's approach Birchfoot turned to the she-cat, 'Of course, she's your apprentice after all.' he mewed evenly. Sunpaw (medicine den with Sageflower) Hawkeyes258 'Wonderful!' Sunpaw chirped happily, glad she'd managed to wriggle out of normal training for the time being. When Sageflower didn't say anything else, the young apprentice started hopping from paw to paw impatiently. 'Are we going soon?' she asked, trying not to seem pushy but still wanting to get out of camp as soon as possible. Lakepaw (camp with Rosepaw) Hawkeyes258 Lakepaw laughed and rolled off of the she-cat. 'Defeated so easily!' he teased brashly, his tail flitting along the ground as he looking up at Rosepaw.

((Sorry for the wait, I've been busy and struggling to catch up everywhere the last few days but I'm making my way through stuff now  )) Minnowpaw • She-cat • Apprentice
Location: Patrol with many cats Minnowpaw seemed to brighten up at the mention of leading the patrol, the excitement bractically palpable as the apprentice bounced on her paws. "Of course, Birchfoot!" she exclaimed, though she managed to control herself long enough for the other cats to get two words in edgewise. After all, she couldn't lead a patrol if there was no patrol -- though, she was rather thrilled to see Snowfeather had made an appearance after the fairly frequent difficulty the little grey she-cat had in actually finding her mentor sometimes. Not that she had ever really thought about how regular or irregular their training sessions were compared to others. Maybe she was just easy to please in that regard.
She was, admittedly, glad Longstorm had asked where they were patrolling, having completely blanked on actually asking where she was theoretically leading them. Twice as grateful, when Birchfoot responded simply enough, though confused by the almost hesitant nature of his words, perhaps oblivious to the events of the area. This alone gave her pause as she struggled to remember which way exactly that the older warrior was talking about, and she turned her gaze to Snowfeather for answers. "Which way is the long way around again...?" she murmured in soft embarrassment.
Honeypaw • Tom • Apprentice
Location: Apprentice's Den A rather sharp sneeze caused Honeypaw to jolt upright with a rather pathetic little groan, the grogginess evident on his face as he adjusted to such a sudden shift from sleep to being involuntarily awake and confused by this very fact. He was only dimly aware many of the other apprentices had already woken and left the den, catching only the tail end of Ashstrike as he was departing.
The cinnamon tabby yawned widely and, with a lack of energy, let his head drop back to his paws with another sniffle. At least it looked like he'd have some peace and quiet to sleep it off, so he thought at least. |

"The long way is through the grassy meadows and going over the rock pile by the pine trees." Snowfeather explained. She hoped when they wouldn't run into anyone from the rogue group. Last thing she wanted was to jump into a fight.
Sageflower twitches amused by Sunpaw's eagerness. "We can head out now." She walks past the apprentice and starts walking towards the entrance of camp. Hopefully, the herbs they needed would be there and not washed away by the rain.
Rosepaw sticks her tongue out at him. She still wasn't all that great when it came to battle training. Hunting and tracks were a lot easier. Rosepaw tries to think back to what Lightingwhisper taught her. Pulling back her back legs, she attempts to kick back hard to get him off.

Honeypaw • Tom • ApprenticeLocation: Apprentice's Den with Longpawmoonclaw400 Jostling himself awake enough to regard the other apprentice, Honeypaw nodded, though it wasn't particularly convincing, followed rather immediately with a sniffle of a tdraining nose. "Mmthink I got a cold..." he added more honestly, his voice sounding as nasally and congested as one might have expected just looking at him.
He had briefly considered a trip to the Medicine Cat's den, but between a habitual desire not to be a nuisance and the heaviness of his limbs even as he lay there, he didn't really feel like making the trip. Besides, if he stayed here undiagnosed, he could keep telling himself it was nothing serious rather than have the slight chance of finding out it was worse than he thought. "So no need to worry, Longpaw." he added rather unconvincingly, his nose twitching before he sneezed down into his paws. |

Honeypaw • Tom • ApprenticeLocation: Apprentice's Den with Longpawmoonclaw400 A little slow on the uptake, he finally recalled that he was, in fact, talking to a Medicine Cat's apprentice and with it came the reminder that he really should have expected not to have much choice in the matter. He groaned unwillingly, though the defeat in his expression showed well enough that he wasn't putting up a fight on the matter. "Oh fine, fine." He whined a bit overdramatically as he pushed himself up onto his wobbly paws with another sniff. "I don't think i want to be on the wrong side of a Medicine Cat's fury." he added, with what amount of humorous tone he could inflect through the congestion. |

She usually loved to stay and chat with warriors and her fellow apprentices, but her early hunt that morning had put her in a more reserved mood and she couldn't wait to spend some time with Sageflower collecting herbs and catching up on what the she-cat had been up to. The glimpse of swaying trees just outside camp made her sigh with relief and she quickened her pace, pulling out ahead of her companion. However, as they both approached the camp exit, Sunpaw heard a sneeze from behind her and turned to see Longpaw leading her brother towards them. Honeypaw did not look good. His fur was dull, his breathing was shallow, and his eyes had a glossy sheen that made her stomach drop. 'Honeypaw?' she mewed falteringly, her voice full of concern as she stopped dead in her tracks. Lakepaw (with Rosepaw, camp) Hawkeyes258 The air was knocked out of Lakepaw's lungs as Rosepaw's foot hit him square in the chest. He'd been in the process of rolling off the she-cat, and the kick sent him sprawling across the ground and wheezing for air. Fox-dung he thought, how embarrassing. With burning ears, the young Tom tried his best to regain his pride, 'Learnt that from me, did you?' he joked, 'I could have sworn I did that exact move last time we were training together.' |

Robinpaw's tail curled up in amusement at the younger apprentices excitement at leading the patrol. She had always liked the young apprentice's enthusiasm.
Quailaw(in camp)
Quailpaw brightened at his mentor's words, he had always liked battle training, it would be a good way to start off the morning. 'Ok', he replied happily and followed Ashstrike out of camp.
(Sorry about being inactive for the week, I was camping and the internet was pretty bad)
