Oakpaw flinches at her words and slowly looks down at his paws. He allows her words to sink in and lets out a sigh. Oakpaw knew Silverleaf was right. It's high time he actually grew up instead of acting like a kit. From now on no one was going to get hurt or killed because of him! (I think the harsh words were good for him. I'm thinking he goes through his tough guy kindy of edgy phase but he still has a heart.) (He's still just a little baby haha. The poor little bean.  I felt bad but Silverleaf is this grouchy yet awkward character so I figured she would would be like "Yeah...I'ma just go, this is too much...feeling.." I'm fine with Silverleaf's issues being pretty obvious to everyone, so feel free to have others talk about it if you ever feel like it would make sense story wise. She's not a character with any secrets. And if anyone wants to use her or Leafshine in their character's lore then feel free.) |

“I don’t care what you call me.” Eaglepaw hissed, his tailtip twitching in annoyance. “You might as well kill me right now if you’re planning on it.” He watched Sunny through slitted yellow eyes. If they wanted to kill him anyway, he’d rather be spared the taunting. It was an excellent example of how clancats differed from rogues; clancats didn’t play with their prey. They respect all lives. Though, in all honesty he couldn’t really say they had been very respectful towards the rogues. But the clan’s reasons were justified. They killed his mom, amongst countless others. Sunny had to focus to not snap at the younger tom, instead he gave the cat a smile, backed up, giving the cat some space. "If we were going to kill you, then you wouldn't be talking to me right now." He told the cat, a slight laugh in his voice. "We carried you all the way to camp after all, and you aren't a light kitty, let me tell you." He added. The golden tom then settled down, he assumed none of his rogue companions were going to come- they would have stormed the den by now. "I don't know what Gail plans to do with you. Whatever it is though, it's not to kill you. Not now at least." Sunny thought for a moment, trying to think of how he could worm his way into the young cat's head. It would be no fun to just sit here in silence after all. After some time, he looked back to the apprentice, meeting the cat's gaze. "We can skip your name for now, but we have to find something to call you. Unless you want to be named Fluffy then you better come up with something. I thought names were a big deal for you clan cats." He purred, his tone casual as he spoke, "You all have the same name until you get older right?" |

Pumpkin thought for a moment on Gails response, “we don’t. What if we made him show himself worthy to go home? Make him fetch prey and do normal patrols, and if he tries to runaway then whoever is with him can punish him how they feel fit.” She suggested and smirked, she didn’t want to hurt the young cat. She thought it would be a good idea to make the cat work for the group, he would hate to provide for them. There’s no way he’d try to run away knowing the consequences. “But of course, it’s up to you. It’s just an idea.” Pumpkin mewed to her leader. She was sure the clan cat would do anything to go home in one piece.

Rosekit perked up in surprise. "You did?" She questioned tilting her head to the side. Rosekit scents the air though she was still young so she couldn't pinpoint exactly where the shrew was. |

Patchkit traced the scent to a mossy log on the very edge of camp. She saw a little snout pop up "There!" she yelled, not thinking that it would hear her. It started running off and Patchkit belted after.

Rosekit hesitated looking back at camp then looking back to where Patchkit ran off. She couldn't let her friend get lose. "Patchkit wait!" She called out before racing off after her.

Patchkit was so focused on the shrew, she did't realize how far she'd gotten. The shrew managed to escape. As Rosekit caught up to her Patchkit said "You know Rosekit, I heard the leader worrying about Eaglepaw, he was taken by rouges! Maybe we can go to their camp and rescue him!" She said, not realizing how bad of n idea it was.

Rosekit widens her eyes at her. "We can't do that! Those rogues are super scary plus I think they did something bad to the deputy." She wasn't sure what happened but Scorchtail and Pearlmoon were really sad about it. "Plus there is a lot of them!"

(She wouldn’t be able to rescue them right now, she had a leg injury from the fight and she is currently sulking because she yelled at Oakpaw in front of Sageflower (medicine cat); she would just get really angry with them and tell Wolfstar.)

(I am back I guess? My posts are going to be a lot shorter, but I don't want to leave for too long) (and Jademist I meant in terms of after the battle. Crowpaw didn't really get the chance to fight so I was trying to figure out what he would do in the aftermath with little to no injuries) Xenia flinched back a bit when she was snapped at. She gave a quiet sorry, picking up her pace to get to Vicky faster. By the time she was standing in front of Vicky, her body was shaking slightly. Her tail flicked back and forth slightly, slightly embarrassed. "Can I just have something for my shoulder?" The rest should heal on their own just fine, she was worried about taking too much from the small pile that was grabbed earlier. |

(Here and I don't think any of the rogues would find the kits. They are at camp celebrating their victory. I was going to have Snowfeather chase them down but I'm cool with Crowpaw finding them. Either way Snowfeather will not be happy about this lol. Now if we wanted a element of danger a large bird could try and snatch them like a crow or Hawk or a fox cub)

Rosekit followed her unaware that they were being watched. A large, black crow watched the kits from a branch and flies down to a lower branch to get a better look at them.
