➺ Plotting
MAIN PLOT
➼ Prologue The new chosen ones begin having strange dreams. The dreams start out vague and become clearer, and more intense, over time. Eventually, the chosen ones are visited by their ancestors, who tell them about the prophecy, and that they must find the others involved in the prophecy. A Summit is called in Sanctum because of all the strange happenings around the empire. All of the characters leave home and set off for Sanctum to meet up with the other chosen ones. The group converges on the Rathoruls' house party for the Summit and realize they must steal the Rathoruls' prized family heirloom, which holds a stone that is integral to fulfilling the prophecy. The group proceeds to concoct an elaborate plan to steal the necklace, and causes a massive uproar at the party, barely managing to escape with the stone.

➼ Phase 1 After successfully swiping the necklace and escaping the Rathoruls' party, the group finds themselves deeper in the city. From the shadows emerge terrifying monsters—magical abominations from beyond the kingdom's barrier, created by the dark magic tainting the world outside. The city is thrown into chaos as the monsters raze the land. The prophecy group leads the retaliation on the monsters, but are heavily outnumbered. The tide starts to turn as more people join the fight to drive out the monsters.

➼ Interlude As the last of the enemies are fought off, the city is in shambles and the group is shaken. Uncertain of what to do next, the chosen ones run away to the outskirts of the city in hopes of lying low for a few hours. They stay in one of the few relatively unscathed areas in Sanctum for the night. The Elemental of the prophecy announces they've had a dream about where the group must go to locate the next key to the prophecy: a shipwreck somewhere in the seas off the Northern coast of Naessia. The group heads to meet with a naval historian in Sanctum's Historical District. They hang out at a book shop and the tea store next door. It is cute and wholesome and they Bond. The historian helps them locate the likely area of the crash and the group heads out once more.

➼ Phase 2 The prophecy group passes through Heavenly territory, as it is the fastest route to the coast. An Oracle has a a vision of their arrival and the crew meets with the Inner Circle. While in Cloudhelm, the group spends a little bit of time exploring and decide to visit said Oracle to see if they have any advice. Each of them is revealed something that becomes important later on and is Foreshadowing. As they start to leave Cloudhelm, the power goes out all over the city. Without warning, the entire floating island that Cloudhelm sits upon begins falling towards the ground. The prophecy group once again barely escapes from another ruined city. The group continues their journey to the sea and it is very solemn. At last they reach the coast and set sail.
➼ Phase 3 On the treacherous Brumous Sea, prophecy crew continues their journey to reach the next stone. Unfortunately, the only ship available for the group to use is older and worn from lack of use, as the Heavenlys are not known for their extensive maritime travel. Although the journey is only meant to take a few days, the group is slowed considerably by fearsome storms and rough seas. The sailing conditions are made worse when they leave the safety of the magical barrier, entering uncharted waters and facing dangerous beasts. While navigating and ice field one night, the crew hears a mysterious melody from the depths of the sea. The voices are identified as sirens, deadly creatures made through cursed magic. The sirens attempt to attack the chosen ones, but are eventually fended off. However, it soon becomes apparent that they only left because a worse foe appeared, the dreaded leviathan. The ship is destroyed in the melee, leaving prophecy crew stranded in the open sea.

MAIN PLOT
Prologue
➼ Day 1, Late Morning; Infernal Territory Lilah meets with Alex in Infernal territory after both were experiencing odd dreams. In Lilah's dreams, her ancestor Luna visited her and told her very cryptically about the prophecy. Lilah started to research the prophecy through books and came to realize that she needed to head to Sanctum. She traveled into Infernal territory to get to Sanctum, where she encountered a type of cursed beast—the Rotted. Alex, having left his coven because of his dreams, stumbles upon Lilah and helps her kill the monster. Together they start traveling to Sanctum.
➼ Day 1, Midday; Shifter Territory, Alinsky Pack Clarisse starts to have violent visions and dreams like the other two. Her case seemed more severe than the others; it took five equally violent dreams to make her understand something was amiss. Evaric, her ancestor, tells her that she is in the prophecy and to go to Sanctum with her parents.
➼ Day 1, Early Afternoon; Heavenly Empire, Shifter Border Avani begins having strange dreams as well. Hers spanned a month and were very vivid, though they seemed to be less violent. She left shortly after the dreams became too much for her, and headed to Sanctum. On the way, she meets another shifter by the name of Lucrecia, who is also on her way to Sanctum to visit some relatives that own a tea shop. They make fast friends.
➼ Day 1, Late Afternoon - Day 2, Evening; Shifter Territory, No Man's Land - Sanctum On the way to sanctum, the Alinsky pack runs into Zane. Coming from a border pack, he was tasked by his father to infiltrate and spy on the Alinskys in exchange for acceptance into the pack that had banished him. They meet, Clari saves his butt from certain death, and they make it to Sanctum. Once in Sanctum, Clarisse convinces her father to let her, Zane, and Redis go hunting before the party starts. They head to the Sanctuary to hunt and Clari ditches the boys to go searching for the other prophecy members.
➼ Day 1, Twilight - Day 2, Morning; Infernal Lands, Northern Forests - Ciocarlie Grasslands, Antlers Coven Camp Alex and Lilah have a run-in with yee-haw vampires (the Antlers Coven). They are friendly and hospitable, if a little odd. Alex and Lilah end up spending the night with the coven and bond. Both have strange encounters with the Order, though they are not aware of who these people are, or the association they are part of. The next morning, they head out again.
➼ Day 1, Night - Day 2, Morning; Heavenly Empire, Outskirts Avani and Lu fall asleep, and Avani has another dream. Her ancestor, Ziv, tells her that she is a Caelum, which explains her place in the prophecy. The Caelums were a legendary family of Heavenlys that contributed to the creation of the prophecy. She also has a distant vision of Azar's necklace, which allows her to recognize it in the future. When she wakes up, she is more determined than ever to make it to Sanctum and fulfill her role.
➼ Day 2, Late Morning - Evening; Infernal Lands, Ferry Port - Sanctum, Harbor Disctrict - Sanctum, Historical District Lilah and Alex come to the ferry, it drops them off in the market/bazaar, in which they looked around for treats and souvenirs. They leave the bazaar to explore Sanctum for a hot second (hitting the Historical District,) before eventually coming to the Torch. On the roof, a young socialite is discussing a party that a prominent Infernal family, the Rathoruls, is holding for the Summit.
➼ Day 2, Midday - Evening; Sanctum Avani and Lu fly across to Sanctum, but get separated when Avani gets hit by a ball and falls from the sky. She lands on a cabbage chart which makes a huge scene and, as she is walking away, Clarisse asks her if she is okay. Avani, being the ray of sunshine she is, jumps right into questioning Clarisse if she has had some weird dreams and Clari pulls her away to talk in private.
➼ Day 2, Evening; Sanctum, The Sanctuary Being the Alinsky heir, Clarisse is watched like a hawk all the time, so hunting at the Sanctuary was the only opportunity to make a getaway. As Zane and Redis search for her, and come to the morbid realization that they will be killed if they can't find her, Clari tells Avani about the dreams and the party. She gives her the address and tells Avani to meet her there after Zane and Redis find her. Clari tells the two males about her plan to run away during the party so she can find the others. Everyone is sad.
➼ Day 2, Night; Sanctum, Rathorul Estate Lilah and Alex decide to go to the party, get dressed, and sneak in. Alex chooses the "DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM" approach, while Lilah teleports in. From there, they meet up and are looking for other prophecy members.
➼ Day 2, Night; Sanctum, Rathorul Estate Clarisse and the other Alinskys arrive at the party. Azar Rathorul, only heir to the Rathorul fortune immediately swoops in to give Clari and Zane a tour, before asking Clari to dance. Clari dances with Azar and hears Evaric telling her to take the necklace. She is surprised and decides to ask Azar about it, to which he readily talks about the heirloom. Azar explains that one of his ancestors found the stone (which is made from a substance that is believed to have only existed before the Cataclysm) in ancient ruins, and it was passed down through the generations. The song ends and Clari makes her escape.
➼ Day 2, Evening - Night; Sanctum, Rathorul Estate Avani sneaks away and heads to the party at sundown. The bouncers don't let her in, but fate would have it that some of the performers didn't show, so a man recruits Avani to be an entertainer for the evening, as she is an angel with Lux abilities. Once inside, Lucrecia (who made it to her family's tea shop and is serving for the party) finds her. However, Clarisse also sees Avani as she performs her tricks, but is occupied and unable to speak with her.
➼ Day 2, Night; Sanctum, Rathorul Estate In the moments that Azar is showing Clari and Zane the ballroom, Avani spots his necklace and asks Lucrecia if she can talk to Clari because she recognizes the necklace from her dream.
➼ Day 2, Night; Sanctum, Rathorul Estate Clari, having also realized the necklace is connected to the prophecy, goes off to find Avani. The two discuss what it means and try to come up with a plan to get a hold of the necklace.
➼ Day 2, Night; Sanctum, Rathorul Estate Lilah and Alex reunite for all of a few seconds before something happens. Crispen, a half-fae half-mage conman of sorts, is also at the party with his partner in crime, Lysandra. Crispen is a server and happens to spot Lilah, deciding that she is wealthy enough to steal from. He pretends to offer them champagne while casting a freezing spell, but Lilah realizes something's up. She teleports them to the backyard and briefly confronts Crispen. Before they can argue, Lilah's brother Grabriel shows up and starts asking about the prophecy, as the Lancasters have been suspicious of it coming around again for a while. Lilah is having none of his nonsense. They argue and then Lilah leaves to find Alex again after learning about the other prophecy members through Gabriel.
➼ Day 3, Night; Sanctum, Rathorul Estate Lilah searches for Alex, but cannot find him. She runs into Crispen again and they get to talking, commiserating about families being sucky and the like. Lilah spills her entire life story, including her status as the muddled bastard child of the family, to Cris after getting drunk like the lightweight she is.
➼ Day 3, Midnight; Sanctum, Rathorul Estate Alex finds Lilah and Crispen after a bit of searching. Greetings are exchanged, but he and Cris don't exactly hit it off. Lilah has a bit of a breakdown because the prophecy, and Luna bothering her, and general emotional instability. Cris takes her and Alex to see his friend Lys, believing she could help. Lysandra wants no part of that nonsense, but Cris convinces her to let them hang around.
➼ Day 3, Midnight; Sanctum, Rathorul Estate Gabriel happens to run into Clari and Avani, overhearing some of their conversation. After having confronted Lilah about what he heard, he decides to tell them about the chosen Mage being at the party, explaining his family is descended from one of the prophecy's founders. They all talk about the prophecy and decide to go to the bar because Clari is about to kill someone if she doesn't get food soon.
➼ Day 3, Past Midnight; Sanctum, Rathorul Estate At the bar, Clari, Avani, and Gabriel all start to brainstorm ideas on how to get Azar's necklace. Avani isn't very comfortable with the idea of theft, though Clari and Gabriel both think it's the best shot they have. Gabriel suggests using Clarisse as a distraction, while Avani creates a Lux display to snatch the necklace.
➼ Day 3, Past Midnight; Sanctum, Rathorul Estate Alex and Lys are exchanging greetings at the bar when he and Lilah both notice something amiss, coming separately to the conclusion that the other prophecy members might be around. Meanwhile, Crispen notices a rival of his: Hywel Iver. He and Lys both try to avoid his attention, with Cris going as far as to hide behind the bar. He sneaks all the way to the other end of the room while waiting for the other man to leave, drawing the attention of Avani.
➼ Day 3, Past Midnight; Sanctum, Rathorul Estate Clari and Zane have the conversation that has been getting thwarted all night. Zane is sort of uncertain about whether he's making the right decision, but tells Clarisse he wants to join her and the rest of prophecy crew to help. Clari admits to him that she thinks she'd seen his face in her dreams too.
➼ Day 3, Past Midnight; Sanctum, Rathorul Estate Avani notices Crispen looking at something in the crowd and asks him about it. Cris strikes up a conversation with the angel, alluding to Lilah and the prophecy in the process. Avani realizes the similarities and tries to ask Cris more, but they are interrupted by Gabriel. Gabriel is generally rude to Cris, before seeing Lilah with Alex and Lys. He informs Avani and Clari of their presence and heads over to bother them.
➼ Day 3, Past Midnight; Sanctum, Rathorul Estate Gabriel, Clarisse, Avani, and Zane all go over to talk with Lilah and Alex. Gabriel starts the conversation first, introducing himself to Alex and vaguely telling him about the other chosen ones, but not really. He tells Lilah they have to talk about convoluted family stuff and they both go off.
➼ Day 3, Past Midnight; Sanctum, Rathorul Estate Alex, Clari, and Avani get acquainted and start talking. They only barely manage to get introductions out of the way before drama starts up. Maire Terric, an heir of the Alinsky's biggest rival pack, the Terrics, starts talking to Clarisse. They exchange some insults, before Clari gets an idea, betting Maire that she can get Azar to give her his necklace.
➼ Day 3, Late Night; Sanctum, Rathorul Estate Meanwhile, as Prophecy Crew meets at the party, antagonist vampire and his group set their plan into action. Vampire leader, known as the Shadow of Sanctum, murders a member of the Vampiric Council (who also happens to be his father) as part of the plan. The rest of the cult also assassinates one leader from each of the Families.
➼ Day 3, Late Night; Sanctum, Rathorul Estate Clarisse gets tired of waiting for the rest of the crew to do anything and takes matters into her own hands. She asks Azar to dance and the two of them have a little fun alternately dancing and discussing a potential relationship, be it business or otherwise. Of course, this is all a ruse.
➼ Day 3, Late Night; Sanctum, Rathorul Estate At the height of intensity, Clari steals Azar's necklace and causes a big scene, essentially dragging Azar's name through the mud. Guards from her the Alinskys come along and start some trouble, but Azar reveals Clari's real intentions. This causes an major uproar and a brawl breaks out as she makes her escape. Clari reaches the rest of the group and tells them it's time to go.
➼ Day 3, Late Night; Sanctum, Rathorul Estate As prophecy crew makes their escape, the Alinsky Alphas are distraught by the trouble their daughter has caused. Irene laments that they'll have to execute her, but Myrek tries to settle the situation, and says they'll ask her what's going on. Before they can call the rest of the pack over, Irene is shot in the chest with a silver-tipped arrow. As silver is the main weakness of werewolves, she dies within seconds, leaving Myrek and the rest of the pack horrified and confused. Clari and the others have no idea what just happened.
Phase 1
➼ Day 3, Late Night; Sanctum, Rathorul Estate With the stone now in their possession, prophecy crew flees the scene of the crime. Lilah teleports everyone out of the mansion where they run into an Infernal. The crew steals his car and successfully escapes the party, much to the shock of literally everyone.
➼ Day 3, Late Night; Sanctum, Downtown Alex ends up as the getaway driver, despite having never even seen a car before. Somehow, this works. As the crew drives through Sanctum, it becomes increasingly obvious that something is terribly wrong. The crew sees people running through the streets in horror, from some unknown danger. It is not until they nearly crash into a beyond beast that they realize what
➼ Day 3, Late Night; Sanctum, Downtown The crew only just manages to avoid an accident and escapes from the car unscathed. As they take in their surroundings, the crew realizes Sanctum is under attack by shadowy monsters from beyond the borders. Clarisse is the first one to jump into action, as she notices one of the creatures is about to attack Lilah. Clarisse transforms into wolf form and fights the beast off.
➼ Day 3, Late Night; Sanctum, Downtown While Clari and Lilah, run off into the battle, Alex stays by the stolen car. Overwhelmed by everything happening in the battle due to his heightened senses, he is unable to retaliate when a monster attacks him. Avani notices Alex is in trouble and goes to help him, fending off the monsters from above.
➼ Day 3, Late Night; Sanctum, Rathorul Estate Meanwhile at the Rathorul manor, Lu is still working the party and has not realized Avani has left yet. She goes to fetch some milk from the kitchens when she starts hearing the attack. She speaks with another worker about the situation, before they decide to escape together.
➼ Day 3, Late Night; Sanctum, Downtown Clarisse breaks away from the rest of the group during the fight. She attacks a beast and manages to bite onto it, but is thrown off by the creature. She is attacked before she can get up again and cannot escape from the monster.
➼ Day 3, Late Night; Sanctum, Downtown In a slight backtrack, Caspian is finally making his way to Sanctum. After being plagued by dreams for several days while stationed at a border outpost in Elemental territory, the captain is concerned about Caspian and forces him to go home. Cas takes this chance to go off and find the other prophecy members. He briefly stops at home to meet with his father and then passes through River Pass, the Elemental capital, while on the way to Sanctum. After some gallivanting, he finally makes it to Sanctum and immediately runs off to join the fight.
➼ Day 3, Late Night; Sanctum, Downtown Lilah is running around and firing at some monsters when she hears Clarisse calling for help. Lilah sees a monster has trapped Clari and goes to help her. After trying a few different spells, Lilah manages to kill the monster and frees Clari. The two don't have a chance to talk because Lilah gets snatched by a monster. Clari chases after her, but is unsure of what to do.
➼ Day 3, Late Night; Sanctum, Downtown At that moment, Caspian finally decides to show up and start helping out. He slices the monster with some ice and helps Clarisse save Lilah. The trio shares a very brief introduction and Clari and Cas both jump back into the fight. Lilah goes shortly afterwards.
➼ Day 3, Late Night; Sanctum, Downtown Avani drives the rest of the monsters away and checks in on the others. She is about to go help Clarisse and Lilah when she realizes they're in trouble, but Caspian gets there first so there is no need. Avani notices a group of beasts moving in to attack Alex and flies back to defend him. Using her spear, she fights and kills all of the remaining beasts.
➼ Day 3, Late Night; Sanctum, Downtown Caspian gives the others some macabre parting words and goes off the fight monsters alone. He draws a large crowd of them with all his loud elemental attacks and then takes on the biggest one he can find. Noticing lightning is about to strike, Caspian decides to use nature's fury to his advantage and directs it towards the surrounding monsters. This works, because science doesn't exist in this world. He walks away while this happens, because cool guys don't look at explosions. Cas is very proud of himself.
➼ Day 3, Late Night; Sanctum, Downtown After the encounter with Caspian, Lilah continues to fight the monsters. A flying beast that briefly attacks her before moving on. Lilah realizes the monster is searching for the stone and tries to reach it before the monster. The flying monster dives down and steals the necklace before anyone can reach it in time. Lilah tries to restrain the beast with magic, but is unsuccessful.
➼ Day 3, Late Night; Sanctum, Downtown Clarisse is steadily hunting down the monsters on her own. When the storm worsens, she is drawn further downtown with the rest of the monsters. She encounters Caspian briefly and tries to ask him to put the storm out, but he cannot understand Clari in her lycan form. Clarisse then smells anima and runs off towards the source. She finds the beast flying off with the necklace and brings it down, killing the monster and retrieving the stone. She leaves to find Avani.
➼ Day 3, Late Night; Sanctum, Downtown Alex runs away from the car after he is attacked. He ends up in a shop and is cornered by a monster. They briefly scuffle and Alex manages to kill the beast. He leaves the store and heads back into the battle.
Interlude
➼ Day 3, Late Night; Sanctum, Downtown The battle is starting to wind down when Clarisse finds Avani and returns the stone. With the necklace safely in her possession, Avani flies away and continues the fight. She corners several monsters in an alley and finished them off. Avani realizes the stone has increased her powers and receives vision-like impressions from the past.
➼ Day 3, Late Night; Sanctum, Downtown With the storm's interference, Clarisse has some trouble tracking the others down in the battle's aftermath. She encounters a seemingly-injured woman who is behaving strangely. The woman does not react to Clari's warnings and continues advancing on the werewolf, which frightens her. The woman collapses just as suddenly and Clarisse continues to look for the others, eventually finding Avani and telling her about the odd woman.
➼ Day 3, Late Night; Sanctum, Downtown Caspian finishes off the remaining monsters nearby and then begins searching for the rest of prophecy crew. He uses vis to break up the rest of the storm and make finding the others easier. After a bit of looking, he is able to track down Clari and Avani in the middle of catching up.
➼ Day 3, Late Night; Sanctum, Downtown The gathered chosen ones (Cas, Clari, and Avani) begin making conversation. Caspian takes charge of the situation first, introducing himself and offering the others some "friendly" advice. Clarisse does most of the talking afterwards, telling Cas off for his comments and accusing him of making things worse for the others with the storm.
➼ Day 3, Late Night; Sanctum, Downtown At this point, Alex makes his way over the other chosen ones, after spending some time helping other people escape from the monsters and then hiding out on a wall. He barely gets a word in before Caspian, of course, has to making things worse and snaps back that Clarisse shouldn't blame the environment for her own problems. He flashes his own credentials a bit and drags the rest of prophecy crew. Clari responds with a sound verbal thrashing.
➼ Day 3, Late Night; Sanctum, Downtown Despite their arguing, the crew is eventually able to agree that they should move on for the time being and focus on their next steps. Lilah is the only one of the group to not yet have shown up, so the others set out to find her. Avani decides she will search for Lilah from above, while the others continue their search on the ground. Caspian has Alex start tracking Lilah, and Clarisse looks ahead of the other two.
➼ Day 3, Late Night; Sanctum, Downtown Alex is disgusted and appalled by the rest of prophecy crew's bickering. He stays out of the fighting, but secretly enjoys Clarisse's insults and proceeds to track Lilah, as Caspian asked him to. He has a little difficulty finding her scent because of the rain and blood, but picks up the trail.
➼ Day 3, Late Night Sanctum, Downtown Caspian just has to have the last word in the argument, but relents when Clarisse leaves. He uses vis to help break up the storm because he's tired of hearing Clari complain about it. Cas lets Alex take the lead in finding Lilah.
➼ Day 3, Late Night; Sanctum, Downtown While looking for Lilah, Avani stumbles across a trapped Infernal child and helps the girl find her missing brother. After the two are safely reunited, Avani rejoins the group and together they all find Lilah.
➼ Day 3, Late Night; Sanctum, Downtown Caspian suggests the group head to the outskirts of Sanctum to find a secure location and discuss their plans. He asks the others for input, despite not really wanting to. Avani agrees with the current plan and also looks to the others for ideas.
➼ Day 3, Late Night; Sanctum, Downtown Clarisse agrees with Caspian and suggests the crew can stay either in the woods or an inn, asking the others for their opinion. Alex suggests they go with the inn, while Caspian agrees with him and takes the lead to go find one.
➼ Day 3, Early Morning; Sanctum, Harbor District Caspian leads prophecy crew through the city to find somewhere to stay the night. Along the way, they do not run into any monsters. Because Sanctum was already so crowded for the Summit, and many people no longer have a place to stay due to the damage from the attack, most hotels are full. The crew eventually finds one in Harbor District and is able to get rooms.

SIDE PLOTS
Border Pack Revolt
➼ Zane is hunting in unclaimed territory, when he is approached by members of his old pack. Aryn, the Lieutenant of Audra Pack, tells him that his father wants to talk to him about something. Zane tries to refuse, but realizes he is outnumbered and reluctantly agrees to follow them. He is taken back to the Audra camp.
➼ Zane is given a cold reception upon his return. He gets in a fight with his cousin after the other werewolf insults Zane and his brother, Tobias. Zane's father, the Alpha, forcibly breaks up the fight and takes Zane to his den. The Alpha tells Zane about how things have been changing in the border packs, and that they want to take a stance against the other packs, specifically the Alinskys. He wants to recruit Zane to be part of his plan by having the werewolf infiltrate the Alinskys and share intel to help the border packs invade them. Zane thinks the plan is crazy, but agrees anyways, for mixed reasons.
➼ Zane is given a fake backstory and sent off to the Alinsky border. He is met by the delegation traveling to Sanctum and briefly fights with the guards. Clarisse saves him from being killed and gets him begrudgingly allowed to stay in the pack. He and Clarisse sleep in the delegation's supply wagon and arrive at Sanctum's lake the next morning.
➼ Clarisse talks to her parents the next morning about Zane. Clarisse's mother, Irene, is distrustful of Zane and his intentions. The pack takes the ferry to Sanctum and explores the city for a while. Zane proposes they hunt in a sanctuary for Shifters. Clari thinks this is a good idea and they concoct a plan to get away for a while.
➼ Clari, Redis, and Zane go off to the sanctuary and hunt. They are able to catch a deer, but Clari vanishes during the hunt. The two males go to look for her because they know they'd be in big trouble if they returned without her. They eventually find her with Avani, and she tells them about the prophecy after making them swear they won't tell anyone.
➼ Zane doesn't know what to do about things. It has been, like, a day, and he already is doubting his mission. He decides that making sure the prophecy is fulfilled will be the best thing for everyone, and plans to lead the border packs past the empire for new territory when everything is over, making his father's battle with the other packs unnecessary.
➼ At the Rathoruls' party, while talking to Redis, Zane finally commits fully to the idea of joining Clari and prophecy crew on their mission. He hopes that by going he can help make certain they succeed, thereby lifting the land of its curse. He then hopes it will lead to the Empire finally being able to expand, allowing the border packs to gain more territory without bloodshed.
