"Perhaps I just have interest in knowing what those around my age are into." Ozias said with a small shrug as he accepted his coffee and bagel. Stepping away, he got a thing of butter and a plastic butter knife to use on said heated bagel. "And I knew I wouldn't. Honestly, I was doing that just to mess with you and teach that idiot of a companion I was sent with a lesson." He said with a small chuckle, though there wasn't any real emotion to it. "I was really told to test the rings before accepting the treaty however, that was Lady Silvano's orders, but the reenchanting it was just for amusement."

Alessi opened her mouth to make another “old-and-creepy” joke but closed it with a smirk, thinking better of it. Physically, at least, they appeared to be the same age, minus him being way taller and broader than her. She watched curiously as he bit into his food, as she didn’t even know vampires could eat, but also she’d never been around them that much. Or at least not like this. Her eyes trailed from his food to his features, which she also hadn’t really noticed in the dark and turbulent events that occurred last night. His eyes were a strange stormy color that seemed to reflect his attitude, and she then turned to the hair that brushed his neck. She then realized she was kind of staring and turned away in embarrassment, suddenly wishing she had her cup of coffee to stare into. Okay Alessi, way to be a freak.
“Anyways,” she coughed, “All that just to mess with me and what’s his name? I almost abracadabra’d you into a human torch. Not to mention uh, well, all of us almost dying. Speaking of which...” she frowned, “Do you know anymore about that?” She had no idea if he would even tell her if he did, but she figured they were at least on the same side when it came to the werewolf attack. Maybe.

Ozias took his breakfast to go and sit down at a table, listening to her as he gave a small chuckle, biting into his bagel and drinking his coffee. "And if you had abracadabra'd me, Thomas had the number to the clan for backup to rip the both of you to shreds." He said with a small shrug, glancing up at her with some mild amusement over the idea. He had dealt with a few witches in his time, but none of them had been as spunky as this one. She also wasn't to bad to look at either, but he felt no shame in that thought.
"As for what happened after our talk last night? No, I do not know what that was about." He rumbled, sipping on his coffee as he looked up. "I have spoken to my clan and we have increased security and patrols around where we live. The fact that he said that they broke the full moon curse is of great concern to us." He said, his eyes narrowed at the thought before biting into the bagel again. His shoulders were tense, the way he held himself seemed to be more on guard again.

“Puh-lease, if he had done that he would have saved me the trouble and I could have taken you all out at once,” Alessi remarked, leaning back in her chair and clasping her hands behind her head. Of course, they both knew she wasn’t capable of that. To his answer about to werewolves, she studied his face to see if he was lying. She didn’t think he was, but it was hard to tell with his generally stoic expression. Her question had also seemed to have set him back on edge and she almost wish she hadn’t asked.
As if on cue, her cell phone rang, making her jump in her seat a little. She noticed it was an restricted number, raised an eyebrow, but answered it anyways.
“Hellooo..?”
”Hanging out with vampires are we?” An unfamiliar voice accused on the phone. Alessi narrowed her eyes and pulled the phone away from her ear like it burned her. She then answered, “Excuse me? Who is this?”
The answering voice only laughed. Alessi fumed, “What is this, Scream? Gonna ask me if I like scary movies next?” Her only response was being hung up on. She slammed her phone down on the table and blinked at Ozias. “Well then. I guess you aren’t my only stalker.”

"There are to many of us for you to successfully achieve that." Ozias said simply before looking at her phone. He could hear the conversation, listening to it before glancing around. He focused on his senses, particularly his sense of hearing, wondering if he could pick up on where the voice was coming from. He didn't like being watched, at least, not watched by strangers, and certainly not by wolves.
"So, the mangy mutts are watching us..." He rumbled as he looked around, knowing he couldn't particularly do anything without revealing what he was to an entire crowd of humans. "And I believe that is also a stereotypical scare scene from "The Ring" as well." He added just for the conversation bit of it. He ignored the comment about being a stalker, having genuinely only come here for a coffee and bagel, not much of a morning drinker.

[{ Sorry for late reply, I’ve been with friends (: }]
“Apparently...” Alessi mused, though at this point she had no idea what side that call could have come from. With the full moon curse being broken, she barely trusted her own. She abruptly stood up, starting to form a plan. “I’ll tell my coven that you agree to the rules of the treaty. And here..” she reached into her small purse and pulled out a handful of daylight rings, placing them on the table. “It’s not much for now, but we’ll make more. Anyways I gotta run. Maybe we’ll meet again before my seven days are up..” she said with a small smile, referencing The Ring again.
With that she turned and rushed through the door, squinting at the sudden harshness of the daylight. Her “plan” really wasn’t much of one at all– she simply hoped she could somehow do a locator spell on whoever had called her phone. From there, she wasn’t sure how she should approach the situation, but one step at a time. She hurried through the busy street, avoiding vendors, cat callers, or whoever else would bother her during her walk. Lafayette Cemetery was her destination, ironic a witch would preform her spells in such a place but that’s where their magic was the strongest due to the connections to their ancestors.
[{ Maybe we could use this time to bring in some secondary characters? Since obviously Alessi and Ozias won’t be together all the time }]

(it's alright, I was at work XD)
Ozias looked at the rings, then up at her before pocketing the rings. "Very well, I am fairly certain your brother will still want that meeting tonight." He said as he stood to his feet, glancing around before getting up and tossing his trash away. He walked away, his head down and sunglasses over his nose as he took a deep breath, keeping his senses attuned.

(I think I have someone too. Bare with me as I struggle to witch)
Ozias walked down the street, wary of the sounds and voices that surrounded him. Turning many corners until no humans were present, he kicked up his speed to reach home faster. The clan lived a bit out of New Orleans, many of the older members living together in what was once a warehouse, but had been remodeled for the vampires to live comfortably. On the outside, it definitely didn't look like a house, but on the inside, there were many rooms and places to be. How did they get to be invited? Well, that was something only Lady Silvano knew.
At the cemetery there was a figure already there, sitting atop a monolith gravestone with a Grimoire on her lap, staring up at the sky and writing away what likely at the moment could not be seen to well. Her short, bobbed black hair bounced around her face, hazel eyes unwavering from the sky. Celeste was an oddball typically, a witch as predictable, however she was always fascinated with astrology and how to truly incorporate it into her magic.

Sage Silvano had been observing Ozias for the better part of the morning. Her real name wasn’t Sage, nor was her real last name Silvano, but she had adopted a new persona since becoming a vampire as many often did. Thick auburn hair fell beneath her shoulders, and her jade green eyes flickered observantly over the humans that passed her by, but they had been focused on Ozias and the witch that accompanied him as they spoke at the tiny cafe. She was fox-like in appearance and personality, sly and slippery, rarely seen or rarely heard. When she didn’t want to be, that is. Since news of the treaty broke out, her curiosity had gotten the better of her, and she was rather focused on the vampire center of it: Ozias. Besides that, she has always admired the vampire in a certain... way, that could certainly be described as attraction. Before Ozias could reach the warehouse, she appeared in front of him in a blur, full lips turned up in a smile. “Morning, Ozias.” She was tall, reaching nearly five ten, and it was easy for her to meet the other vampire’s eyes.
Alessi walked into the cemetery with her annoyance and worry written all over her face. If looks could kill, it would certainly be an expression to do so. She startled at seeing Celeste atop the monolith, but her hard expression settled into a smile. Typical. She did rather like this girl, and she also knew there was no way she would get past her curiosity without speaking. “Hi, Celeste!” She said with a wave.

"What are you doing out so early, Sage?" Ozias asked, rather unfazed by her sudden appearance, and by looking her in the eye. He was fully aware he was fairly short for a guy, though he never really let it bother him. He was wary though, not find of being watched, and not fond of others coming up to him like this either.
Celeste jumped a bit to hear a voice, her eyes wide before she looked down to see Alessi under her. "Oh! Hi!" She said happily, shifting her weight and jumping off the monolith. Muttering words under her breath, her grimoire glowed slightly as she slowed her own descent from the monolith to the ground, not wanting any broken bones...again. "What are you doing here?" She asked, not used to seeing Alessi of all people at a cemetery of all places.

“I was out doing patrol,” Sage said with a shrug, which was mostly true, “The better question is why were you having a secret meeting with Theo Lennox’s daughter? The treaty discussion isn’t until tonight.” Her tone was mostly nonchalant, but held a tone of accusation. Being a vampire had taught her one thing– and that was that you could never truly trust anyone.
Alessi faltered, trying quickly to come up with a suitable lie that would get Celeste off her back. However, Alessi may be a lot of things, but a good liar wasn’t one of them. She sighed in resignation. “I was out at a cafe when I got a weird call that was kinda... threatening. I thought I’d try a locator spell to find out where it came from.” She did decide to leave out the part about her impromptu meeting with Ozias.

Ozias snorted softly as he looked at her, "You're an idiot if you actually believe I set that up on purpose." He said blankly, not amused as his arm was stiff. He actually looked like he was about to punch her. "Not to mention, if I hear of you watching my movements again, there is nothing stopping me from putting your head on a stake." He was a loner, no surprise there, and was already on edge about the phone call that Alessi had. "Should Lady Silvano ask of my whereabouts, then she shall know, but no underlings have business knowing."
Celeste tilted her head a bit, "A weird call? What call was it? Was it about last night?" Celeste asked, remembering all the older members of the coven had rushed to a place not to far from the meeting. She smiled and held her grimoire up, "Would you like some help with the spell?"

Sage recoiled at his hostility and her cheeks turned a scarlet color at his threat. “Maybe you’d be better off not going around threatening everyone. Not everyone is out to get you, you know.” She spat, unknowingly mirroring Alessi’s statement from last night. She stood there for a moment, fuming, and her anger slowly fizzled into embarrassment. She should have known better than to question him but her curiosity got the best of her. And deep down, she was genuinely concerned about the well-being of her clan. At this point they were the only family she had.
“Maybe Lady Silvano should ask more questions...” she muttered and sped away.
[{ Everyone really out here accusing Ozias of 10000 different things }]
Alessi awkwardly twisted a long piece of long hair around her finger, trying to avoid Celeste’s inquisitive eyes. “Yeah, umm, something like that.” She pondered on her offer for help for a moment, then finally looked up with a smile. “You know what? Help would be great.” Locator spells weren’t easy, and Celeste’s assistance certainly wouldn’t hurt. If it worked though, she would have to think of something to keep Celeste out of the crossfire. Maybe I should talk to Adrian...

Ozias tipped his head a bit, but the way he did made it look more like he was looking down on her, to which, he sorta was. "Says the one who was accusing me of doing something I did not do. Sometimes even a vampire wants a coffee and a bagel." He said, brushing past her, "I've been accused of a lot since last night, and honestly, I'm getting sick of it. I did not get to being in the position I am by letting people accuse and threaten me." He said, stopping and looking back at her.
With her last sentence, he rolled his eyes, listening to speed away. "Do you really believe I would hide anything from our leader? She will know everything of last night, and today. I do not hide secrets."
(And he's just out here trying to live his life. There is a reason he is quick to threaten XD)
"Yay! Let me get my bag and I'll get everything set up!" Celeste said happily, turning and running back over to the monolith to grab her backpack. Running back over, she set about with the mundane prep of a locator spell.

Sage could hear him grumbling after her departure (thanks to vampire super hearing) but didn’t slow her pace until she reached the inside of the warehouse. Though it looked inconspicuous and industrial from the outside, the inside had been completely remodeled to resemble a comfortable modern home. It opened into a large living area, filled with couches, televisions, and other typical normalities. Normalities besides the vampires throughout the room mingling or otherwise occupying themselves. She stormed through this room; heading towards the kitchen to devour a blood bag before she took her anger out on one of her “family” members.
[{ Guess it’s hard to trust people when you can be killed by them in .2 seconds xD also, I’m not quite sure what to do with her now, unless something goes down in the vamp house. idk }]
Alessi decided to just plop down on the ground where they were, crossing her legs. Her hair brushed over her lap and she pushed it out of the way, digging in her pocket for her phone. Cemetery. Now. She texted Adrian before setting it down in front of her, looking rather stumped. She’d done plenty of locator spells before, but usually they’d involved blood, hair, or some other tangible tie to who she was trying to locate. This was completely foreign to her. Maybe this could be solved without magic? But what could she do? Bring it to the police? She imagined the scenario.
”Yes, hello police? So I got some weird threat on a call earlier, might be a vampire, might be a werewolf, or even a witch! Oh by the way, I’m also a witch. Stop looking at me like that. Anyways, I’m at a loss here, so if you could just help me trace this I won’t have to burn this place down and wipe all your memories.”
She shook her head. Yeah, no, magic would have to work.

Ozias stepped into the building shorting after Sage did, looking around before stretching and catching a knife that was unceremoniously thrown at his head. "Was that really necessary Josiah?" He asked, tipping his head to the side to stare at one of the vampires lounging on the nearby couch.
Josiah Silvano didn't leave the compound much anymore, as he was one of the internal guards, but he often had a way of annoying the heck out of the second-in-command. Probably a good thing the vampire found Ozias as a brother instead of an enemy. While Ozias was more of a wall, he was a pole, but the pole was a former gymnast from the early 1900s who had learned to use his thin frame to fight opponents many times larger than him. "Of course brother, gotta keep your skills sharp. Saw the little spice run through here a moment ago; did you say somethin'?"
Ozias snorted softly and rubbed at the back of his neck, "You and your weird nicknames. Just trying to keep people out of my business." He rumbled with a small shrug, glancing around to see if he could find the leader.
~~~~~~
Celeste finished and sat down with Alessi, her eyes bright as she looked at the other witch. "Do you have the text brought up? I dunno how well this will work, hey, we might even fry the cell tower by accident! Or get a ping on a tower in general, that might be helpful!" She said happily, a little to cheerful for someone who was talking about a creepy text that potentially involved a werewolf stalker.
[{ Let’s just pretend I actually posted this when I said I would. I keep picking up shifts at work every day because #broke. Sorry for being late. xD }]
Sage had finished a couple blood bags and tossed them with a little too much force into the trash can. He’s so smug and thinks he can get away with anything, one of these days he’s gonna le- Her angry mental tirade was interrupted when she picked up on a bit of conversation. It was truly hard to talk about anyone in a building full of vampires. In a flash she appeared by Josiah and Ozias. Her lips turned up in a tight smile. “If you wanted to talk about me, you could have had least invited me.”
The redhead then turned to Josiah, and her smile turned a little more genuine. “Hello to you, Sy.” She greeted him, a cold shoulder turned towards Ozias.
****
“If we fry a cell tower on accident, maybe I won’t have anymore stalkers to deal with, at least,” Alessi joked with a grin, revealing a dimple in her cheek.
Her smile dropped and her back stiffened when she suddenly felt another presence approach them. She turned her head, and nearly jumped up into fight mode when she laid eyes on the intruder... her brother. “Adrian,” she breathed, hiding her embarrassment at how jumpy she felt. Clearly her brother felt the same, as she could see dark circles starting to form under his deep brown eyes that mirrored her own. Leave it to him to drive himself crazy over this...
“Any particular reason why you mysteriously asked me to come to the cemetery in the middle of the day?” He griped, rubbing his fingers on his temples. Alessi gave him a quick rundown of the message she received and Adrian frowned, the lines between his eyebrows deepening.
“You’re going to get wrinkles,” Alessi stated. Adrian ignored her. Being the more studious of the two, he had already come up with a plan, and disappeared off to one of the disguised mausoleums where the coven stored some of their supplies. He returned shortly after and took a seat between the two witches, forming a triangle. In his hand, he held a powder, which he sprinkled all over Alessi’s phone.
“Excuse me-“ She protested, knowing she would never get the powder out of the many cracks that covered her screen. Adrian paused the spell he had started and gave her an annoyed look. “Want me to find this weirdo or not?” Alessi held her hands up in resignation and proceeded to repeat the incantation her brother spoke.
Josiah looked up when Sage appeared in the room again, giving a small grin of his own, "Sorry Little Spice, I'm the one who spoke." He said as he sat up more from where he was sitting, watching as Ozias turned and started to walk away. "Ozzy is being on edge again about this wolf and witch thing going on." He said with a wave of his hand as he tipped his head back to look at her. "Ya know how the man can be, pretty sure he thinks everyone is out to take the clan out, even though we aren't even one of the big clans." He laughed, shaking his head. Lady Silvano preferred a smaller group, but each had their own unique qualities about themselves.
~~~~
Celeste looked up when she sat another figure walking over, her eyes wide and smiling happily, "Adrian! Oh My gosh! You look like a zombie!" She said- again- way to chipper for what she was talking about. She joined them and watched in interest, following along with the incantation with bright eyes as she was eager to see what happened. Granted, she was more eager to see a cell tower go up in smoke then finding the actual culprit.

“Tell me about it,” Sage muttered, making a face to Ozias’s back as he walked away. A sudden commotion at the front of the building broke her attention away from what she say going to say next. She gave Josiah a concerned look and hurried towards the entrance to find out what was happening. A young vampire entered the double doors, carrying the lifeless body of another in his arms. Deep claw marks ran across his chest, and instantly Sage knew the wolves had to be responsible. Her hand flew to her mouth and another voice rang out her thoughts behind her. “Is he...?”
The distraught vampire shook his head. “No. But he’s not healing right. He must have gotten bitten.” Sage could practically see the werewolf venom running through the attacked vampires’s veins, extremely toxic and fatal to vampires if not treated. “We need to find Lady Silvano!” She shouted to no one in particular, turning around and speeding away from the concerned crowd.
****
Adrian paused his spell again and opened an eye, resting it on Celeste. “Nice to see you too, Celeste..” he grumbled before closing it again and refocusing on the spell. Alessi felt a sudden surge of energy and turned to her brother to see his eyes open but unseeing as their dark brown color glazed over with a pale blue. In a moment they returned to normal and Adrian blinked, looking a little stunned.
“What did you see?” Alessi demanded, ready to get to the point. “I saw a cabin, a small dock and the swamp... the bayou.” He responded.
“Wolf territory,” Alessi confirmed and Adrian nodded. Alessi shivered. The swamp where the wolves always gave her the creeps, but she already knew what she had to do. She jumped to her feet. “Let’s go then.”
Adrian gave her look, “You wanna just run there alone? We should tell dad about this.” Alessi was unwavering, “I’ll pass. Dad is just going to take weeks to set up a meeting and who knows what could happen by then. You wanna come, Celeste?” She immediately reconsidered her words, as she wasn’t trying to put Celeste in danger, but the cat was already out of the bag now.
