"Yeah just like that." Basilwhisker said avoiding tripping on the root as well. He keot walking til they showed back up at camp.
"I'm doing good. Hope you are doing well also." Snowdapple said before turning to hear the call for a medicine cat. She turned and looked at the nursery. "Is Malvina havibg her kits?" She called.
Lets do the birth then))

"Yes!" Elmsong called back to Snowdapple, beckoning with her with his tail as he bounded back over to the nursery. "Do you know anything that might help her until the Sagespirit gets back?" he asked
Mothstripe raised her head wondering what all the shouting and fussing was about. "Malvina's kits?" she muttered to herself, rolling over but staying crouched by the side of the clearing, not wanting to get in the way.

"Yes I've helped a queen give birth before. When I was a loner." Snowdapple said she pushed her way into the nursery and stood by Malvina's side. "I need you to take a deep breath" she said calmly

Wovensight's eyes widened as he heard word of his sister and the tom rushed to the nursery, stopping at her side and leaning down to nuzzle her softly. "Hey sis, you doing good? Snowdapple is coming to help and I'll be right here by your side as well."
Malvina nuzzled her brother back before focusing on Snowdapple, taking a few deep breaths as instructed before another wave of pain crashed over her and she dug her claws into the nest, her jaw clenching tight to stop the shout of pain that tried to get free.

Elmsong stayed outside the nursery, running back across to the medicine den and poking his head inside but finding nothing. "Malvina will need... started with a 'b', burdock root? No, that's not until after..." he mumbled trying to remember the little of herbs he knew. He then resolved to go get some soaked moss and a stick.

Seeing the kits were still playing in the clearing, Mothstripe got up and caught the ball before Wolfkit caught it. "Too slow." she teased, then quickly tossed the moss ball on to Wolfkit anyway. Keep the kits distracted, out of the way, and away from the nursery. That I can do. she thought.

(( oh my this clan is growing and it's so fast paced lol XD have we done a time-skip or is it still the same day? I'm not sure if I should poof all my characters back to camp and start fresh bc i can't quite tell where i've left off lol )) we did a time-skip to start over on a new day. Not much has happened on the new day (except that Malvina has started kitting) yet so you can restart anywhere with your characters) |

Snowdapple looked at Malvina. "Your doing good. The kits are coming soon." She cooed. She positioned herself behind the queen and made eye contact with Wovensight. She took a deep breath herself. "Just a little longer and we will push"

"No clue but lets stay out of the way." Basilwhisker said. He walked over and dropped the fish into the freshkill pile.
Gazekit squeaked when Mothstripe joined the game but glanced over at the nursery when he heard his mom's voice. He shook his head and ignored it.

Mothstripe looked embarassed at Gazekit's squeak. Oh, right, I'm one of the largest cats in the Clan. she saw how big her shadow looked next to her compared to the kits. She crouched low as she passed the moss ball around between them, trying not to seem so large.
Elmsong pushed into the nursery entrance with the stick and the soaked moss, then dipped out quickly so he wouldn't crowd the nursery. He backed out and sat outside, waiting if they needed anything more.

"Hi there." Gazekit said happily to Mothstripe. The warrior looked embarrassed but he had only been excited to heve another friend to play with.
"Thanks" Snowdapple said as Elmsong and handed Malvina the stick and then said "bite down on this and push." She then prepared herself to get the kits and start licking.
( I'm gonna have her break the sac as they come and hand them off to Wovensight to clean and decide who is who.)

Heronflight had finished her short walk round the camp and was now sitting down by the elders den. Every now and then she cast a glance towards the nursery, slightly concerned, but did no more than that. It was better if everyone who wasn't needed right now stayed out of the way.
Adderheart paced around at first, wondering if she could help out with something but then again Malvina really didn't need too many cats around her. So the warrior decided to stay out of the way but near enough to know what was going on.
Silverpaw had almost fallen asleep again when he heard the commotion by the nursery. He stayed where he sat but he glanced over to the nursery, feeling a little anxious. While he wasn't really comfortable around the two newcomers he didn't wish any harm on them and right now he just hoped that everything went well with the birth of Malvina's kits.
Wolfkit squeaked in protest when Mothstripe caught the ball but grinned at her when the warrior tossed the ball to him. The kit stood up on his hind legs and batted at the moss ball, and when it dropped down in front of him he passed it to Weaselkit who just rolled her eyes at him. "Show-off," she purred and tossed the ball to Gazekit.
(Ugh, either my internet or this side is kinda slow right now. Typing takes forever)

Wishkit and I haven't been keeping score and Weaselkit, Wolfkit, and Foxkit just joined" Gazekit said. He paused and caught the ball from Wolfkit and passed it to Wishkit. Wishkit passed the ball over to Foxkit. |

Sakura dipped her head. "That would be lovely," she mewed, glad at the chance to get out of the camp again. She didn't understand all the commotion and her fur was bristling slightly. (Yeah I think Sakura would like that Mother Dark ) |

Mothstripe let them pass the ball between each other, only intervening now when she thought they were getting too close to the nursery or the center of camp. She swatted the ball closer to the edge of camp every now and then, following behind the kits as they chased it.

The she-cat was trying her best but she hadn't expected it to hurt this much. With one more strong push she managed to get the first kit out.
