He pulled out the stone to show the molly, deciding in his head that he would keep it. He would keep it to give to the one molly he would one day end up with, whoever that would end up being. He placed the bright pink stone on the rock before glancing towards the water. "I tried to learn how to do it but I never quite got the hang of it."

I know that Cedarfrost and some of the others are upset about us helping them or even letting them settle in the territory next to us." Ivysplash said. Frostfeather glanced down at the stone. "How beautiful" She purred. She stared down at it for a second before looking out at the water. "Would you like me to show you how?" She asked this as she stepped up to the water that had stilled since she climbed out.

Mentally scolding himself over what he said, he smiled to her. "Ferrettail would be having kits soon isn't she," he asked her, hoping to change away from what he had said. He felt he had overstepped, while he had grown to have feelings towards the queen, he never had the courage to actually try act on those feelings since she had lost her mate. Even now hearing she was hoping to try again, he still was nervous to try.

"Scary that you put so much trust in me," she joked before laughing, although there was a hint of fear in it. Though Silversong had just been joking, there was still a light stone weighing her down, the fear of letting something happen to her apprentice. She looked over at Poppypaw, and forced a small, casual smile. "But yeah, I'm sure that nothing will happen to you, especially with me, one of the most strongest and amazing cats in the Clan!" She said, in mock arrogance, while fluffing up her fur, to appear larger. "...and Frostfeather to, I guess..." before bursting out laughing at her own stupidity. Silversong was able to compose herself before turning to her apprentice once more. "Okay, but truly, really, I think that you will be fine, like you said." Reassuring Poppypaw once more. "Sorry for that behavior...that was...quite kit-like." Before flashing Poppypaw and embarrassed, twisted smile, and giving a small chuckle. "We better hurry back though, don't want it to get to late..." She said, while picking up the pace.

Webwillow sat in the camp. She had just come back from hunting. She had caught a couple of voles and 2 fat mice. She flicked her tail and looked around with a sigh unsure what to now.

"She may be having kits soon I'm not sure." She turned back to the tulips and then started walking again. "I do have an idea of someone I'd like to get to know more and I think my kits like them too." She glanced at Fallenlake and then kept walking. She parted her jaws and took in the scents of prey and catmint.
Ivysplash with Barkclaw.
"I can tell you're tired. Why don't you sleep. I'll find someone to hunt with and we can chat later today once you've slept or tomorrow?" Ivysplash suggested as he stood up.
Direwish with Poppywhisker
Direwish nodded thier agreement. "I also hope that their can be mutual benefit and friendship between our clans. If I know anything about Elmstar he will surely make it happen." They paused and took a drink from a nearby stream. It was clear and fresh.
Frostfeather with Wovensight
"Just be careful and only your paw will get wet." Frostfeather said leading to the edge of the Pond. She sat just so her shadow didn't cast onto the water. "The first two things you need to do are make sure your shadow doesn't fall on the water and to have patience." She looked out on the water as small fish flickered under the surface. She motioned to one that came toward her and flashed out her paw to scoop it up and toss it to the bank. She snatched it up in her jaw to give it a killing bite.

Especially with Elmstar and the others out at Moon Mushrooms." He continued to stand. "Either way you go ahead and rest. I'll go hunting and be back later." He waited a few more seconds by the other tom and then walked off looking around for someone to take hunting. |

He watched and listened closely. "Alright then." Stepping up to the water he sat at its edge and did his best to not let his shadow cast onto the water. Watching the liquid closely he saw a fish go to swim by and struck out quickly but missed the fish completely. "Huh. Guess I don't quite got it down."

Direwish straightened and looked around. "It sure is nice out." They commented this as the light filtered through the trees making everything yellowish. "I wonder if I might get an apprentice at some point like you. I don't feel any bond with the 6 coming up but maybe if I work now I can bond with Swankit." They sighed a little. They weren't sure how they would react to a younger cat. |
