The new season with her is worth it, very much so. It has that Doctor Who vibe.  I would say Christmas is a worthy time to splurge a little. |

I definitely will have to! I'm still wondering if I should get Torchwood... but I read the reviews and they didn't seem all that great. Not that that means I won't see it at some point, I just don't want to spend a bunch of money on it until I see it first by watching it from the library or something.

Yeah, and I really like Jack, so I do want to see it quite badly XD But it's just a matter of... do I want to spend money on it before I see it?
Cuz usually I see the shows and then buy them XD
When the library was still open, one of my main goals was to see if they had any tv shows XD I didn't end up seeing any Doctor Who, but when my library is open again, I'm going to check again and then maybe see if it can be ordered or something o:

Hey! Another doctor who fan here. Just to give you a basic summary of my Doctor Who knowledge/experience: seen all of modern Who, loved the Capaldi era the most, still processing the New Year's special, all that good stuff. I have seen some (aka almost none) classic Who. Recently my family got BritBox so we can watch it (my mom grew up watching it on PBS so it's very nostalgic for her). I've started going through the Fourth Doctor's stories. I have already seen The Trial of a Time Lord, Spearhead From Space, and The Tomb of the Cybermen, but I barely remember them xD. So... yeah? I've been to a Doctor Who convention a few times, that was really fun. I really should get into the novelizations more (I've been saying that for forever) (always accepting recommendations for which ones I should read. I think Mint, you once recommended some to me, and I swear they are on my list, I just need to, um, find that list).
Also, Capaldi's the best Doctor. Fight me.
