(Yay! I'm excited to get to rp poor Applenose finding out about Flameheart and his return home. As well as Nightstar returning back. Also. I think it's time for Amberblaze and Taloneye to die. They can be sent to Starclan with Copperfall and Flameheart.

Brindlebriar, head low, tail dragging, entered camp. Pushing her way in, she locked eyes with Applenose. A quiet whine escaped her lips as she ran through the conversation in her head with the queen. She had blood matted into her fur form various cats, mostly Flamehearts as she helped carry his lifeless body halfway to camp before Thistletongue deemed it hard enough on her body. Shaking in sadness, the young queen blinked slowly at the queen as she approached, pressing her body into the expectant mother. "Applenose..." Brindlebriar whispered, not having the heart to tell her the horrible news. Swallowing hard, the multi colored queen looked at Applenose again. "He shares tongues with Starclan now," She was barely able to get the words out of her mouth. "It is his duty to guide you and watch from the stars." A single tear escaped her eye, her voice cracking. She knew that this was no light news, especially seeing that the queen was hours away from expecting her lost mates kits. She prayed to Starclan that this wasn't too heavy for the mother, and that she would still have the strength to bare Flamehearts kits. "Apple, I am so sorry..." She whispered again, not looking up to see her mate bringing in the dead deputies body. The anxiety in the clan vibrated in the air. The little kit had no experience with grief, but if it was anything like the feeling he was getting from his clanmates, he hoped to never have to feel it. Spotting Rushingkit, Acorn ran over there and sat next to his fellow kit. "What do you think happened?" He whispered, not wanting to be insensitive to the cats around him. Rainpaw pranced into camp. He had heard the cries ringing through the forest, but it wasnt until he had stepped foot into camp that the fear scent and anxiety hit him like a fox in battle. His tail dropped nealy immedietly. Brindlebriar looked like she was the first one back to camp, and she looked half dead. Nightstar allowing her to go fight was silly in his mind, she had a kit to care for. He quickly dropped his kill on the pile only to turn and see a fallen warrior dead, in the middle of camp. He stood with eyes wide. Copperfall. Was he wounded in the battle? His head was swimming with all the feelings that floated around. Blinking softly, the apprentice went and touch his nose to the fallen warrior and looked around for some sort of comfort. Seeing Snowpaw sitting and waiting, he thought it best to join her. She looked him up and down, scanning for injuries. Sitting quietly beside her, he lightly nosed his cold wet nose to the white fur of his sister. "They're okay." He mewed quietly. The had to be. The smells of fear and uneasiness shook his bones. Waking from a deep sleep, the old warrior stood to his paws. A cough raked his chest, causing his vision to blur. Pushing that away, the forcibly made his way to the camp. Each step was a fight, but he had to be there for his clan. Unsure of what had happened, confusion filled him, seeing half of his clanmates were missing. "What happened?" He demanded to no one unparticular. His leader was gone, his deputy. Brindle was back, and the scent of blood on her fur was strong enough for him to smell it from where he tried to stand. His head was swimming as blood curdled in the back on his throat. The massive mix of emotions were too much on his frail body. He fell over to his side and wheezed.

Lilyfire and her daughter Jadepaw were walking back into camp, faces solemn and tails dragging behind them. Lilyfire lay down on the ground, blood streaming across her left eye. She groaned out in pain, her heart aching for her clanmates. Her daughter curled up beside her, saying nothing. They both closed their eyes and fought back tears.

Cobrastorm Warrior Cobrastorm limped after his clanmates ahead of him and Nightstar, those who were the most wounded were being guide back to the safely the camp by their clanmates. His glaze rested on Flameheart’s lifeless body as Thistletongue told Brindlebriar go ahead of them to inform Applenose of her mate’s fate and how devastated the queen will be once she finds her mate didn’t not survive the attack against the gator, the grief alone would be too much her and he thought what if Flameheart didn’t save Nightstar, the clan would’ve lost her, he would’ve lost her and felt wrong to think it was the greater good it wasn’t Nightstar. Cobrastorm glanced over at Nightstar as she hung her head, the death of the deputy was heavy on everyone but for Nightstar she just lost her friend to the gator and now she had to face the clan of their failure, Cobrastorm gave Nightstar a lick over her ear in offer of comfort knowing as the leader of the clan she would bare this weight for some time but he didn’t want her to bare it alone.

Dewdrop bristled a bit, not at him but just for being put on the spot. “I don’t know. I don’t know Snake!” Her voice was angry but her eyes devastated. “I can’t just run but I can’t hide it forever either.” Fear crept up her spine as she imagined her belly swelling, how long before someone noticed?
She met Snake’s gaze, her body beginning to tremble. “I thought being a medicine cat would make me happy, I never even got the chance to know anything different and now-!” She broke off, emotion forming a knot in her throat. “I can’t imagine doing anything else but I also can’t imagine life without you. Or our kits, our future.”
Dewdrop looked back to camp, her no doubt injured clanmates coming to mind. “I have to go back.” She touched her nose to his in a swift goodbye and bounded away, feeling as if she was tearing herself into two pieces to do so.
————
Bearswipe looked to his left leg and back to Pecanpaw. With a sharp nod he ate the poppyseeds and took up the stick, nodding again the tom prepared for the pain and bit down hard, determined not to make a noise of discomfort for the shake of the terrified Pecanpaw.
————
Wildmane drifted into darkness and fell unconscious, her dreams peaceful. A blessing after the nightmare they’d faced.
————
Swansong shouldered her way into camp, the adrenaline fading and leaving her with periodic trembling. Her eyes fell on the gathered cats clustered around the medicine cats den. The white she-cat’s gaze halted as she spied a familiar dark figure curled on their side, bleeding into the dirt.
Then she looked to her brother whose broken leg was being set as his whole body trembled with pain. A sense of nausea washed over Swansong and without a thought she turned away from the sight and fled back out of camp. Setting a brisk pace she headed for the sea, ignoring any and all calls for her attention.

~Skyblaze~ , hope you get to feeling better! Palespirit With: Rushingkit and Acornkit (♥𝔉𝔯𝔬𝔰𝔱ℜ𝔬𝔰𝔢♥ and Brindlebriar ) The creamy hued she-cat had been trying to keep her kits in the nursery with her but she had turned away for one moment to check on Cicadakit and suddenly Rushingkit and Acornkit were gone. Standing up to go search for them her fur began to prickle the closer she got to the entrance of the camp, the sounds of cries and shrieks radiating toward the camp. When she exited the nursery she saw her two missing kits nearby and went up to them, wrapping her tail around them and trying to move them back toward the den. "Come on you two... you don't need to be out he-," her voice cut off as she saw the body of Copperfall in the center of camp, Fennelhawk crouched down beside it. Then to add to it the cats who had gone to fight began to trickle into camp, each one with ranging degrees of wounds and even... oh no... that was Flameheart's body. "Rushingkit. Acornkit. In the nursery. Now." Her tone left no room for argument as she began to push and prod them forward, her nerves on edge.

Acornkit - Zz
Acornkit mewed in disagreement with his mother redirecting his attention to the nursery and away from the entrance of camp. Cats had started to trickle in, most of the wounded. Acornkit turned his head one last time as his mother lead him away. Catching the sight of their deputy on the shoulders of other cats, the kits tail dropped into the dust. He was dead. Where was Nighstar? The little tom cat let out a whine. There was no way his leader had lost all 9 of her lives to the monster. The little tom flattened his ears as he thought to himself. NEVER ever would he let something hurt his clan the way this thing has. He would fight. No other cat would have to lose their life when he was a warrior.

Applenose - - [40 Moons][Queen][Molly] Where. - -In Camp. With - - Brindlebriar--Everyone. [Brindlebriar ] The pacing that took over Applenose had come to a halt as she continued to watch her clanmates file into camp. Most were bloody and looking rough. Others looked just of pure exhaustion. It wasn't until a familiar calico tabby shape padding towards her. Relief washing over her, the light peachy cream molly let her breath out. Yet, as Brindlebriar got closer to her, the look in the queens green eyes made a knot form in her stomach.
She stiffened slightly as her friend pressed against her. She was shaking. Why was she shaking.? Why did she look that way.? What was going on.? As a matter of fact, most of the returning warriors looked grief-stricken.
Hardly hearing Brindlebriar, it's like her mind was being sucked away from her body. Very faintly catching the words that were spoken to her. "He shares tongues with Starclan now." "It is his duty to guide you and watch from the stars."
Tail wrapping around her side to touch her bulging belly, Applenose grew blank. Her leafy green eyes locked on the returning patrol. The limp and bloody body of her mate. Matted and ruffled orange and white fur. Head hanging from the side of the warriors carrying him, tail dragging. For a moment, she wished it all to be a cruel joke. Yet, the warriors continued to carry his body to the center of the clearing. The lifeless look to Flameheart was enough to crush the queen.
A long, high-pitched cry came from deep within the molly, brewing deep within her chest until it escaped her maw and echoed through the clearing. Entire body erupted in shaking as the echoing cries of grief and anger split the air. Stumbling closer to her mates lifeless body, her flank rippled in the pain and sadness that overwhelmed her. As if a shadow had fallen upon her.
Crumpling against his body, the creamy furred queen started to lap at his ruffled and bloody fur. Cleaning him, sleeking his fur out. In between licks, the cries continued to leave her body. Eyes clouded so the color had almost faded from them. Her belly spilled out on either side of her flank as she lay beside him. A paw set gently upon one of his white ones.
"Oh, Flameheart..Why'd you have to do this to me. Why'd you have to go. You can't leave me. You can't leave our kits."
Nightstar - - [30 Moons][Leader][Molly] Where. - -In Camp. With - - Cobrastorm--Everyone [Taiyou ] For a split second, a comfort washed over Nightstar are Cobrastorm padded with her. Helped her along. The warmth that filled her when he gave her a lick, quickly faded as the neared the camp. The cry that filled the forest filled her with such a dread, she couldn't hide it from her eyes. She stopped short in her tracks for a moment, her body right at the entrance to camp.
Heart pounding and chest constricting, she struggled for breath. Closing her eyes, Applenose's cried filled her ears. After gathering herself, the calico leader finally took one big breath and limped her way into camp. Her amber eyes searched around her camp, taking in her clanmates. So many, battered and bruised. So many, exhausted. Everyone, full of sadness and grief.
In the middle of the clearing sat a very depressed looking Fennelhawk. The brown tom nosing the lifeless body of Copperfall. The tom must have died when the clan left for battle. Near him, lay the body of her deputy. Her friend. The tom she had trusted for so very long. Applenose lay with him, the grief-stricken molly looking ready to give birth at any moment.
Her ears angled up at the sounds coming from the medicine cats den. Small meows of sadness. She recognized the voice. It was Speckledflame. Moments later, the elderly molly was struggling to drag her sisters body to the clearing to be with her other fallen clanmates. Thistletongue had moved away from Flameheart's body and was moving the body of Taloneye to the center of camp.
Stepping forwards immediately, the leader limped her way to the white and orange spotted molly's side. She set her bushy tail on the elderly molly's shoulder, before lifting the other side of Amberblaze's orange body and helping move her to rest with Taloneye's gray body. She nudged the senior warrior as she crouched into her sister, head hanging.
Once again, her clan was to have a long and hard night. Defeat thick in the air. Death even thicker. Blood hit her senses hard as she gazed once more around her battered clan. Her heart ached as she once more turned her eyes to the four bodies in front of her. 3 had succumb to sickness in the time that Flameheart had been killed by the water creature.
With a sigh, she moved to sit at the head of the clearing, right in front of her dead clanmates. Lifting her head to once again sweep her amber gaze across her clanmates, she finally spoke. "Tonight we mourn. Tonight we are defeated. Tonight we grief the loss of a warrior. Two of our elders. And a beloved Deputy. These clanmates were our friends. Our family. Our loved ones. Tonight, we will lick our wounds and sit vigil for these respected clanmates."
Speckledflame- - Amberblaze [80 Moons][Warrior/Elder][Molly] Where - -In Camp. With - -Amberblaze & Taloneye--Everyone. [Brindlebriar ] After she had done the best she could to help her arriving clanmates, Speckledflame slipped into the Medicine cats den. She was met immediately by Taloneye, who was stumbling to push his way out of the medicine cats den. Within heartbeats, the tom was making a wheezing croaking noise. Moments later, he collapsed. The elderly molly nosed at Taloneye, a meow of shock escaping her. But it was already to late. The sickly elder had grown still. His wheezing cut off as a last breath escaped his lips.
Sighing sadly, she turned to where her sister lay. Within moments, meows of sadness and protest came from her maw. Amberblaze was taking in a large shuddering breath before falling completely still. Taking a final step towards her, Speckledflame shook slightly. She nosed Amberblaze's orange fur a few times, before accepting her death.
As the recognizable tone of Applenose's grief stricken cry, the warrior's heart twisted. From such pain, meant death. Which meant..Flameheart was dead. Taking her sisters scruff in her maw, she struggled to drag her body to be with Copperfall's and Flameheart's. Thistletongue had grabbed ahold of Taloneye, and was moving him. Moment's later, the scent of Nightstar surrounded her.
Hardly feeling the touch of her leader's tail, the two carried her dead sister to be joined with Taloneye. Resting her right beside her best friend, her soulmate. Their head's touched and they were set out as if they were sleeping. Curling up against her sister, she took in her still warm body, pushing her nose into her fur to take in her scent for a final time. Her paw set on Taloneye's in a sign of respect and grief to the toms death as well.
Pecanpaw- - [9 Moons][Medicine cat Apprentice][Tom] Where. - -In Camp. With - - Bearswipe-Walnutpaw-Everyone. [Fallenleaves ] Nervous, but forcing his paws not to shake, Pecanpaw took a deep breath. The moment Bearswipe nodded to him, the tom set the bone back into place. A soft crack sounded, but as he felt along the leg, he could tell he had placed it back to its original form. Quickly, he lathered it in a poultice, before binding it. Forming the stints to either side of the leg, he wrapped it tightly in bindweed and cobwebs. Once done with that, he nudged the tom gently. "Do not move. You are to stay off that leg. I will let you sleep in the warriors den. But you are to not sleep on it and have it up. And no warrior duties. When it has healed enough, we will begin some exercises to get it into place."
After dealing with Bearswipe, he moved to the wounded and bloody Wildmane. Seeing that Almondpaw had cleaned her wounds, her smeared an already made poultice onto her wounds and bound her with cobwebs. Leaving some poppy seeds for the pain and to help her rest easier. Running a paw gently along her flank, he checked for any broken bones. Once satisfied, he dipped his head to Almondpaw before moving throughout the clan.
His legs starting to shake as he looked around his wounded and exhausted clanmates, he once again pleaded with Starclan for his mentor to come back. Wherever she may be, he needed her. He hadn't even made a dent in warriors. Sadness thick around him as the clan lay where they sat, four bodies between everyone.
His throat closed up as he looked at them, three of which being his patients. He had failed to heal them. He had failed to help them when they needed him the most. His heart sank. He felt like a failure. Doubting himself. If he couldn't cure sickness, how could his clan depend on him.?
As he stared at the bodies, a glimmer caught his eye. Hazel eyes started to glow as he watched a very faint outline of two cats stepping out of the bodies of Amberblaze and Taloneye. Blinking in surprise, he watched as the younger and healthier versions of the two elders greeted each other with a gentle touch to the nose. His heart soared, watching the two spirits meet up once more, before delicate star-lit paws padded away. Side by side, fur brushing, Amberblaze's tail draped over Taloneye. After a few moments, the vision faded.
The apprentice almost sunk to his belly, but he forced himself upright. If he squinted hard enough, he swore he could see the faint edges of the spirits of Copperfall and Flameheart. Copperfall sat with Fennelhawk, watching the tom with loving eyes. While Flameheart..Oh, Flameheart. The look of regret and sadness pooled in the spirits eyes as he brushed against his grieving and expecting mate. Though she couldn't see him or feel him, the tom's mouth moved as he spoke to her. Though, Pecanpaw could not hear what he was saying.
Blinking, a pang of disappointment filled him as the two faded and he was left in the clearing with his broken clan. Shaking his head, the somali turned to Icestorm, feeling along the tom's body. When he winced at the touch to his right shoulder, Pecanpaw sighed. He could feel a lump there. The tom had definitely done something. Sprained it for sure.
(Sorry everyone. This is all I got in me today. I don't know why I was so out of it today. I hope I did some justice on these replies.)

Sandpaw / Apprentice / Camp / with Frostpaw, Snowpaw, Sunflowerpaw As soon as Sandpaw saw his sister approach, his tense gaze softened, and he mewed a quiet greeting, and then he winced because moving his face hurt. He was littered with minor scratches, but the bump on his head looked nasty, the result of the impact with the monster's stone-like skull. The bruise had swelled to an ugly purple now. "I'm okay, Sunflowerpaw, really." He tried to assure his littermate with a rusty purr, keeping his tone light. He didn't want her worrying about him, especially when there was so much more in the camp to deal with.
He turned to Frostpaw, and winced at the battered and bruised she-cat. Then, he realized he probably looked just as bad. "You should get that tail looked at." He mewed, amusement glittering in his eyes as he added, "You look like a beaver with that thing flapping around." His tone was frank, as it always was, but a new gentleness seemed to reach his eyes as he looked at her. As much as he hated it, when her life had been in danger, something had overcome every muscle in his body, urging him forward to her side. No doubt, when they were all patched up, he'd waste no time in bragging about his tussle with the creature, but the sandy tom was currently too disoriented to be full of himself. And there was something about the presence of the black molly that he suddenly found incredibly interesting.
Skunkpaw / Apprentice / Medicine Den The sound of cats in pain had awoken Skunkpaw from her nap. The apprentice had been sleeping intermittently since first awakening earlier in the day, and for the most part, the rest of the camp was still a blur to her. Now, her senses sharpened at the tangy scent of blood. Her fur spiked in alarm. Resisting the urge to slump back in the nest, she slowly struggled to her paws. She didn't dare put any weight on her forepaw, still wrapped tightly in comfrey, and instead hobbled to the front of the medicine den. Her fur was slicked flat in poultices, making her feel even stiffer in tandem with the lack of movement, and while she probably shouldn't be moving around too much, there was no way the she-cat was going to sit still. She poked her head out the den, looking around at the battered cats in shock. "What's happening?" She rasped as she looked around, trying to find her littermates.
Larkshadow / Warrior / Camp / with Almondpaw Larkshadow felt more exhausted than injured, and he was sure he looked worse than he felt. Nevertheless, he couldn't help but feel a twinge of something in his chest as Almondpaw loped to his side. He tried not to flinch as she cleaned his wounds, which were extensive, but thankfully not life threatening. He had long slashes along his flank and shoulder, scratches on his back, and a torn ear. The forehead wound was the worst of the bunch, and though the cut was shallow, as with all head wounds, it was bleeding heavily.
"I'm okay, Almondpaw. You should have seen the creature. He got off a lot worse." He rumbled lightly, trying to appear brave for the apprentice. He didn't like being fussed over, and considered detaching himself from the anxious apprentice, but the blood seeped into his eyes, and as he shook his head to clear his vision, scarlet droplets spattered the ground. Maybe, just this once, he would be okay being fussed over. Especially if it was Almondpaw. Breathing a soft sigh, the tom settled down and allowed her to lap at the scratches.
Lightfall / Warrior / Camp Lightfall was barely aware of her injuries as she gently set Flameheart's body down in the center of the clearing. She heard a cry of pure anguish, and her heart twisted. Applenose. I'm so sorry. I couldn't save him. She thought numbly. She couldn't save those poor kits' father...Her eyes seemed to still burn with the fire of battle, reflecting the rampaging fury that still stormed within her. Claws slid out and sank into the dirt, flexing against it as if it were scales. The clan was not finished. They were stronger than this. They would persevere. Lightfall would make sure of that. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath. When she opened them, they were solemn. Not calm, but somber. Calm would come with time. But the clan needed composure from as many cats as it could get. Her eyes searched for her apprentice. The last she had seen she was okay, but she needed to make sure for herself.

( Brindlebriar ) Cinderblaze had kept her focus mainly on the hind legs of the water creature, in an attempt to keep it from having its focus set on her. She had already fallen twice to its tree-like tail, but, like the rest of her clanmates, had gotten up to fight once more. She could hear yowls of protest and whimpers of pain around her, but she tried her hardest to block them out by lying her ears flat. When the beast began to roll, she backed up, watching in horror as Icestorm and Bearswipe were crushed beneath it’s scaly body. As it hunkered toward the stream, she had moved to the edge of the clearing and watched with anticipation as Flameheart had leaped to try and save Nightstar. Her body frozen in horror, she had watched as it snapped the deputy’s neck and then as Lightfall half blinded it. Her eyes glazed over in grief, she had followed after her clanmates as they began the trek back to camp, until a figure caught her eye. On top of a large rock at the edge of the training hollow, she could make out the outline of a ginger and white cat, watching the clan in the clearing. Slowly, she padded toward the rock and stopped a few paces away from it. “Hey,” she called out, “Who are you, and what are you doing in Leafclan territory?” The pale gray she-cat kept her stance calm, not wanting more blood to be shed. But she could tell this wasn’t one of her clanmates and she knew it was a warrior’s duty to defend the territory. (Anyone) Waspstrike padded through the forest, unwilling to go back to the camp just yet. He carried a blue jay in his jaws and could faintly hear the shrieks of cats in the distance. He had a hunch that the clan had gone to attack the water creature that had been terrorizing the clan but hadn't been in the camp to know for sure. His pace quickened as he imagined the bloodshed that could come from the battle and he reached the camp entrance just as the wounded warriors came into view of the camp. Pushing his way through the camp entrance before them, he set his prey down on the fresh-kill pile and turned to watch the clan pad into camp. Heart sinking at the dismayed looks of his clanmates, he padded away and settled down near the warriors' den, alert in case his help was needed. ( ♥𝔉𝔯𝔬𝔰𝔱ℜ𝔬𝔰𝔢♥ ) Sakura swiveled her ears as the tom spoke, catching the yowling and screeching that she assumed he was talking about. Her tail tightened nervously around her paws as she imagined the rogues going off without her and attacking the clan cats. Would they do that? She didn’t think they would, but who, or what, else would Leafclan need to fight? The gray and white she-cat made a note to talk to Shade and the others later so they could figure it out. Shaking her head to clear her thoughts, she turned back to Poseidon. Picking her words carefully now, she replied slowly, “There are a few of us, yes. But, if you’re asking whether that is us, I can’t give you an answer. I don’t think it would be us, but I can’t be sure.” Sakura narrowed her eyes slightly at the question, wondering if she had said the right words and what this loner would think.

Ace flattened her ears in defense. She had been paying so close attention to the cats thrashing around with that creature that she didn't even see one of them leave to confront her. Watching as one of the larger cats was thrown, lifeless to the side like a simple piece of prey. she winced. Ace lowered her gaze and relaxed her fur, making her self less of a threat. Looking around, she was totally unaware of being in their territory. "Oh. My apologies. I didnt realize I had crossed the border..." Her voice was soft, yet guarded. Clan cats were known to be harsh and unforgiving about entering their territory. "Im Ace. Ive been around, but I always try to stay away from your markers. I know my place, and its not with the clan cats or the territory." She waned to make it known that she didn't want trouble, and by the looks of it, this cat was in no shape to fight either. "If you dont mind me asking... Why are you trying to kill that thing? Do you guys want it for food or something?" She asked quietly.

( Brindlebriar) Cinderblaze gave a small sigh of relief at the loner’s explanation. She had assumed this wasn’t one of the hostile rogues the clan had recently encountered, and was glad that she had been right. Otherwise, the day would have gotten a lot worse. “Well, Ace, I am glad to hear you mean no harm. I must escort you out of the territory now, but perhaps I can answer your questions on the way?” She padded around the rock and toward the border as she spoke, occasionally passing glances over her shoulder to check that Ace was following. “We were not hunting the water creature. It killed two of our warriors and mauled an apprentice.” She lowered her ears at the memory, remembering how Doeleap’s body hadn’t made it at all. Then, the most recent death. Flameheart. She hesitated, choosing her words carefully. “Three warriors,” she corrected, unsure if she should state that their deputy had fallen. Or that they had failed in their attempt. No, that could stay out of the conversation.

(Thats fine with me frost!)
Ace- Robinbreeze
Ace nodded. She didn't mind being escorted out, and by the looks of things, she was lucky to get out with friendliness rather than a fight. Her crinkled whiskers twitched in gratitude. "If you want." She mewed at the cats offer to explain things. She knew their would be missing part of their conversation, seeing it was none of her business to know what death or other things went on with clan cats. They were well reserved, and rightfully so. Jumping lightly off the rock, she stayed close behind the other tired she-cat, wanting to stay close enough that others knew she wasn't a threat, but far enough so that the unnamed cat wasn't threatened. She kept her ears perked in interest as she spoke of the harm that animal and the damage its done to the clan. "That's absolutely terrible." She mewed quietly, feeling the grief roll from the warrior in front of her. It was a bitter scent, making her whiskers twitch. "Your leader..." She mewed, slowly choosing her words carefully. "She is strong. Im sure she will make the right decision regarding this." She ventured, not sure what to say to comfort the cat. The death of family and friends was nothing to take lightly, which is why Ace preferred to live alone. She only had to worry about herself. She was pretty good at staying out of trouble, and made for a somewhat easy life when you had no enemies. Clan cats were born with enemies. The thought made her heart sink. The poor kits were born to die for their clan. They had no idea what life was like outside of their camp. Shrugging away the thought, she listened to the cat more.
