         Rp>>>    Lightningstrike nodded his head. With the apprentices being out of camp, he may be able to get some peace and quiet after this border run. He had already finished most of his warrior duties, so checking the borders real quick shouldn't be that huge of a problem. He didnt expect to see anything out of the ordinary on this run, yet something made his paws heavy with anticipation. "Maybe we should start by the Moonlit sea." He offered. He wanted to cover as much ground as soon as possible, plus if they went that way, they would cover nearly half of the territory on their way there.

         Rp>>>    Brindlebriar finished up her meal and began to lick her paws, drawing them over her ear. "If you would like, you're more than welcome to feel around and see if you can tell how many kits are in there." She purred. Morningdew was beginning to become one of her good friends in the clan. Being an expecting queen, its normal to feel distant and somewhat useless seeing you spent most of your time away in the nursery instead of out hunting or fighting little border battles. She missed her warrior life, but she was happy to be able to bring the clan new life. "Im so excited to see what their personalities are going to be like. I hope their as strong as their father, but as caring as I am." She giggled. With the thought of her mate, her face creased in saddness. It had been a few days since her mate had stopped by to check on her. Was he losing interest? She quickly dismissed the thought and looked up into the clear blue sky and blinked slowly.

         Rp>>>    Taloneye took a deep breath. "If youd like, I can walk with you to talk to Nightstar. Looks like she just sent all the apprentices out, so there wont be any little ones for me to trip on and crack a hip." He joked. He rarely came out of the elders den, so a good little walk would do his old bones some good. "Plus, its pretty warm so some sun would feel nice." He offered. He was really going to enjoy having someone around again, and seeing it was Amberblaze, he purred. His purr sounded like an old oak tree being eaten by one of those two legged mosters. It wasnt often someone could get one to escape his chest, but Amberblaze seemed different to him. He felt his paws warm, and quickly scorned himself for thinking of her that way. He hadnt ever needed another cat in his warrior life, what good would a companion do him this late in life.

         Rp>>>    Rainpaw watched as the water calmed. He slowly slid out his claws and lowered his head in focus. All too soon, the young apprentice threw his paw in the water, missing the fish that had come to the top all together. He had managed to cover himself with a wild splash of water, scaring him to death. The ice cold dropplets dripped through is fur, making him shiver. Having blown his cover and scaring away most, if not all the fish, the young apprentice stood, shaking the water off his mottled pelt. Losing his balance, the young tom ended up losing his footing, causing him to fall into the water like a  kit who had no balance. Thankfully, it was shallow enough that he could stand immediately after falling. Looking like a drowned rat, Rainpaw spat and slowly creeped out of the water, a big wet hairball of an apprentice. He was sure his mentor was watching the whole thing, making his paws grow hot with embarrassment. "stupid water."  He cursed, shaking his fur once more. He sat down with a loud thump and began to dry himself before taking off into the woods in search for more dry prey to catch.
