Good point I still think it's dumb, that he wanted to wait to see if there was a sign from StarClan, before they healed Sunrise. Yeah! And then, going back in time, in TNP, he was confused as of why Squirrelflight was mad at him, and then he'd immediately antagonize her. Well, Squirrelflight isn't perfect either. It's understandable that Bramblestar would want to get to know more of his family, he knows what it's like to be judged for being Tigerclaw's son, which is exactly what Squirrelflight was doing with Hawkfrost. Bramblestar didn't know that Hawkfrost was a bad guy, all he knew, was "Oh hey, this is my brother! I want to get to know him." Not to mention, Squirrelflight lying to him for over a year, about something as serious as kits.

What are the snacks and why haven't I gotten any? Cheesecake, and because, Shadowflame and Sandypaw ate it all, but it's okay, there will be more. Also, rice crispie treats, and those huge jawbreakers that last for like three weeks. LEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET ME AT IT. My favorite cake is cheesecake.

LEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET ME AT IT. My favorite cake is cheesecake. Really? Everyone here seems to love cheesecake XD I used to hate it, I even made a club with someone, over our shared hatred of cheesecake. Then, we had a falling out, and out of spite, I ate cheesecake, and I realized, it isn't so bad. Of course, I'd choose just about anything over plain cheesecake, but chocolate cheesecake? Turtle cheesecake? All amazing.

Not to mention, Squirrelflight lying to him for over a year, about something as serious as kits. Yes, true, but I agreed anyways that Bramblestar has the right to meet and hang out with his half brother. What I was saying was that he would wonder, after antagonizing her, "Why is she mad at me?" and then go right back to antagonizing her. One example I remember pretty well, is one time, he was going on patrol with Squirrelflight, and he thought, "Why is squirrelflight mad at me?", and then proceeded to shout at her and start an argument (He started the argument, this isn't bias) with her when they were just going on a patrol. That lying thing is understandable, and it's really just adoption. He might not have been so eager to take care of them if he knew they were half-clan kits of the medicine cat. He wanted to be leader, and wouldn't want his reputation damaged.

BrokenstarThis is Bramblestar we're talking about, not Onestar, he wouldn't ditch his family to save his reputation, even if they're not biologically his kits, that doesn't mean that he wouldn't care for them, and would you like it, if someone that decided to spend the rest of your life with, someone that you're supposed to trust, who is supposed to trust you, lied to you about something that would completely turn your life around, that would cause you to lose all trust in others. Like, I know that Squirrelflight is the saint of the series, but what she did was wrong, and Bramblestar has every right to be upset. Their whole relationship, is pretty much Squirrelflight lying and sneaking around, to do what she thinks is best, and Bramblestar only showing affection to Squirrelflight, when she's about to die. They are both terrible for each other in their relationship, but their downsides aren't all one-sided. Also, Hibachi grills? @manatee I hope you're able to find some! Speaking of Onestar, what kind of cake do you think he'd be? XD

Speaking of Onestar, what kind of cake do you think he'd be? XD Yes, I know, but he still wouldn't care for them nearly as much if he knew their origin right from the start. He would still care for them, just a lot less. He did show signs of not caring for them as much after their secret was revealed. Also, what Squirrelflight did, while not entirely okay, helped Hollyleaf, Jayfeather, Lionblaze (They were welcomed in the clans), Bramblestar, Squirrelflight (They could have kits), and Leafpool. Also, I agree that Squirrelflight was a jerk. "Oh, you can't meet your half-brother because I have a gut feeling!" *Mocking* Yep!

🆉🅴🅻🅳🆁🅸🆂 Almost! I can't believe it Brokenstar True, but I still think it would have been easier on everyone, if they told the truth straight out. Or if Leafpool and Crowfeather didn't break the oaths they willingly made to serve their clan, and to abide by their codes. I know that they can't help falling for each other, because they saw each other a couple of times, but self control? It's kind of funny, how these cats who aren't supposed to be together, spend one night together, and BOOM pregnant.

But it would have ruined the three kit's lives, as well as Leafpool's reputation. Yes, they could have not broken the oaths. Though this is when I disagree with Rock. By them not being born, they would have been taken by surprise by the Dark Forest and likely lose the battle. (What Rock said was that by the three being born, the battle was caused, when there's correlation, but not causation.) Heheh Yeah.

There's just one illogical thing Hollyleaf does: Commits murder to prevent news from getting out about her origins, then goes ahead and tells them. No, it would not have been different if Ashfur had told them. It would have been the same, possibly better.

Idk, I think trying to kill a pregnant cat automatically makes you the worst ever Yes, but that's only ASSISTED ATTEMPTED MURDER! He actually didn't try very hard, seeing as he lost to a blind medicine cat, a ghost that's more of a pacifist, and a pregnant lady, so... Meanwhile.... Hollyleaf killed a person because of some information they had, then immediately released it, then tried to kill their own mother for giving birth to them and giving them a better life at her own risk, before running away to avoid facing the consequences of her actions, leaving her brothers to suffer from her actions.

That's a REALLY good point. I wish they both could have faced up to what they done. Heck, there are a lot of characters who I wish could have faced up to what they did, like Onestar. But nope. Hollyleaf - Disappears for a year or so, saves some apprentices from a fox, teaches cats how to fight in tunnels, all is forgiven/covered up. Breezepelt - Kills a couple of stoats, all is forgiven Onestar - Gets himself killed trying to take out his son, that he had illegally, his son, who he never wanted, so it's not like killing him really affected him any, but all is forgiven

Agreed! What happened to consequences?!!? There aren't any, unless you're connected to Tigerclaw Well, I guess Leafpool suffered from her actions, and EVERY SINGLE VILLAIN, but other than that, nope! Also, this kind of goes against the point, but I want a villain that suffers no consequences no matter what they do, and that made them so spoiled they became a villain, and still they get out unscathed. It shows some truth in the world, has an interesting villain, and pokes fun at the nature of the books.4 Not a pure-evil villain like Breezepelt, but a more realistic one, more like Sol, just incredibly spoiled.
