Buzzardfall gave a noise of surprise as she stepped on a stone, frowning before she quickly kicked it towards the camp wall. She looked around for Firepaw, calling out. “Firepaw? Firepaw! (Okie dokie)
Seedflight stretched out as she exited from the warriors den her eyes shifting to take in the camp. Her gaze never resting for a moment before she sat down beginning to groom herself. In this moment everything seemed quiet and thats how it should be. Though she knew it wouldnt really stay quiet for long. Not within a clan but what was one to do. She couldnt help but shake her head a smile on her face things were getting better after the fire, they would be ok. Life continues.

Echopaw stared from the apprentices den her eyes piercing as she stayed in the darkness not leaving. She let out a gruff growl as her brother Whisperpaw tried to coax her out of the den.

“I’m right here. Would you quit shouting already?” Firepaw grumbled, pushing out of the apprentice’s den and shaking his fur out.
Whitesun padded towards Jadefeather, “So, what do you say to a little hunting patrol now that you can leave the nursery? You must be dying to stretch your legs out.” He purred.
Hawkpaw bounced on her paws, waiting for her mentor to hurry so they could go and see the territory. It would be great to finally see more than just the camp walls.
Sunpaw was grooming her pelt after finishing up some chores and gave a purr at Firepaw’s grumpy response to his mentor’s call. She looked around wondering if Pheasantcry would be taking her out training as well today.

"I see you're excited," Willownose turned her attention towards Hawkpaw. She should focus all her attention on her new apprentice, not her friends. "When we get out there, you'll need to keep your eyes open for landmarks that seem important. And always watch where you put your paws." she advised.

Dreampaw's ears fell as she approached the apprentice's den. Her eyes flickered to Whisperpaw before they landed on Echopaw. "Echopaw...you haven't come out since you last trained. Please, tell me you're doing okay..." Dreampaw pleaded, worry in her eyes. |

Jadefeather laughed, her voice warm honey as she siddled up to her mate. "Hunting sounds perfect right now. And you, Whitesun, are going to be defeated by my superior hunting skills." She joked. |

Seedflight almost jumped hearing Cobrafang her fur ruffled slightly in surprise before mumbling under her breath, "Warn me next time you sneak up on me like that," she huffed rolling her eyes. Though there was a teasing tone to her voice and a purr hidden under it. She curled her tail around her paws smiling softly, "I was enjoying a bit of quiet just thinking," she spoke looking at him softly.
Whisperpaw huffed slightly, "Maybe you will have better luck at getting her out...I need to go train," he frowned lashing his tail. The tom sighed a bit though his sister had been acting so strange since the fire. He didnt understand why though.
Echopaw let out a threatening hiss as she glared at her sister, "Go away!," she snapped baring her teeth at her. Aggression had been spiking in the young apprentice as well as violence. Her training had been almost non existent since she had used claws against another. Her temper was not one to mess with and many had tried to talk to her but she refused to listen. Her ears pinned back in anger.

"Not quite." Willownose let Hawkpaw catch up. "It would take all day to do so, and we're going hunting anyways. But I'll show you as much as we can do for the moment." she flicked an ear as Hawkpaw asked the multitude of questions. She remembered when she was that optimistic about becoming a warrior. "We may see a border or two, but certainly not ShadowClan's. You need to stay away from there."

Ashfeather relaxed as Willownose mentioned monsters, nodding as he joined in the conversation. "Monsters are something you never want to come in contact with. The thunderpath is not a play place or a dare to give your siblings. Cats can be flattened by monsters paws in a heartbeat."

Swallowsong had been grooming herself not too far from the apprentices' den when her ears pricked at the sound of a hostile hiss. Echopaw. She shook her head with a sigh as she rose to her paws, readying herself to sate the part of the blaze that still burned right here in camp. She had no idea why Spiritstar had assigned her this apprentice. Sure, she needed to finish her training... somehow. But why by her? It's not that I resent it or anything. Well. Maybe a little.
Perhaps her mentorship of Echopaw was further punishment from StarClan for her carefree outings with the loner Merlin. Nothing came of it. It was just harmless infatuation, but she supposed there really was no excusing it. In reality, none of that probably had anything to do with her receiving Echopaw as an apprentice, but she still could not fathom why Spiritstar would assign her-one of the sweetest she-cats in the Clan-a Dark Forest recruit. A bit harsh, she bit her lip, realizing she was unfairly judging the young she-cat.
Whatever her thoughts, Echopaw was not to blame. Every other cat in the Clan likely dismissed her as cold. Maybe Spiritstar thought a cat like Swallowsong could pierce the icy exterior. Spiritstar was a good leader. If she believed her to be up to the task, then that was certainly worth something in itself.
"Dreampaw, Whisperpaw, go join your mentors please," she meowed softly as she reached them, "I'll take care of Echopaw."

Redspring yawned as she stood up from her nest. Training Flyingpaw had been a great way to spend most of the day, and the nap she had taken had certainly been just as good. Now she was more than ready to see if anything needed to be done for the Clan. The territory had started regrowing, though she was more curious about the fact that the Medicine cats seemed to be talking more and more with Thunderclan's. Perhaps a good deal could be struck for Skyclan's benefit. She slipped from the Warrior's den, looking around camp.
Dreampaw curled up on one of the overhanging cliffs in camp, peering down at the clan with saddened eyes. She could feel Frostyfoot grooming her fur carefully, but her mind focused on her sister. Echopaw still refused to speak to their father since he had told them the truth. She was afraid of what would happen if the truth came out one day.

Willownose dismissed Hawkpaw for the day, telling her to rest before the next training session. She sighed, wanting to relax after the long day of training. She glanced around camp. Maybe Redspring or Ashfeather were around.
Pheasantcry was walking along the outskirts of camp. As she looked down at what the others were doing, she spotted Dreampaw and Frostyfoot. She hesitated, not knowing if she should approach them or not.

"Having fun with the training?" Redspring mused with a hint of pride in her voice, her paws carrying her towards Willownose as soon as she spotted her across the Camp. Redspring's rare affections showed out when she moved to brush her head against Willownose's shoulder in greeting. "I finished training Flyingpaw for the day earlier. Being a mentor is fantastic."
Frostyfoot looked up, his ears falling lightly at the sight of the Senior Warrior, though he had been more anxious and reserved around his clanmates ever since he had brought his kits home to Skyclan. He nodded lightly, greeting out. "Pheasantcry, ah...how are you doing?"
"Hello!" Dreampaw shook off her sadness as much as she could, not wanting to seem miserable in front of one of her favorite Warriors. Her pale eyes flickered with curiosity as she looked at the older she-cat.

"It's pretty great!" Willownose smiled. "I like showing Hawkpaw how to better her hunting and fighting skills. It's a lot different than going on the same patrols every day. Plus I get to do it with my best friends in the Clan." she spoke.
"Hello there. I'm doing well, but it doesn't seem like you two are... is there something I can help with?" Pheasantcry offered, not hesitating to lend a paw to the younger warriors.
