Greetings, Traveler. Your paws have carried you into SolaceClan territory, a place of hospitality and friendship. A place where all life has value.
Here, we value the lives of others more than anything else in the world. We must always make sure others are taken care of before we ever start to think of ourselves. Our way of life is indicated by a moral obligation to help others above anything and everything else. We value all facets of life, including our neighboring clans even though they do not fully agree with our ways.
Our beliefs extend to you, dear Traveler. Please, come with us and rest your paws for a while - we have plenty of prey and shelter for you. You're welcome to make this your home if these beliefs suit you.

1. Follow all the forum rules. 2. If a user breaks either a forum rule or one of our rules, let the RP staff handle it. 3. Do not challenge the decisions of the RP staff. 4. No god-modding, power-playing, spot-lighting, or meta-gaming. You will be warned twice for this, then suspended from the RP. If you don't know what these terms mean, please ask. 5. You, as a regular member, do not have the ability to summon natural disasters, predators, prophecies, and other major events whenever you want (including forbidden relationships). Please ask an RP staff member permission first. 6. You must make at least two roleplay posts here every three days to remain on the "active" list. If you fail to do this without giving us a reasonable excuse beforehand, you will be put on the "inactive" list. If you don't return within 72 hours, you will be removed for inactivity. 7. If a battle is happening, your cat is not invincible. We recommend using a random number generator to determine your cat's success; even = dodges successfully; odd = injured. During a fight, your cat should not dodge more than three times without taking a hit. Your cat may not kill or cripple another's without the owner's permission and the approval of an RP staff member. 8. Please respect the desert environment when roleplaying. It's hot. It's dry. It's sandy. There's not a lot of water or shade. Remember that. 9. Respect the morals of the Clan your cat is in. If your cat is in DarkClan, don't have them constantly going around protesting the selfish, arrogant ways of their cats. If the staff want a cat who truly despises their Clan's ways, we'll approve someone to make such a character. 10. Respect the universal RP time. It can't be night in one Clan and dawn in another, just as it can't be one month in one Clan and a different month in another. Only RP staff can change the time/season. 11. You may have as many characters as you want. However, you must use them all. 12. We allow "will ___ come back to ___" posts, but other than that do NOT advertise anything in this RP. 13. Your cat may not challenge the decision of the Choosers. If we want such a rebellious act to occur, we will give someone permission to do so. Otherwise, don't do it. It creates unnecessary problems and disrupts the storyline. 14. We do have permission from the forum staff to have kits die, whether it be through snake/scorpion poisoning, in a flash flood, etc. However, we ask that you keep any snake/scorpion bitings/stingings and their effects under a spoiler tag when it deals with kits. As with all other deaths, you must have permission from the RP staff before killing your kit.
Before creating characters for SolaceClan, please read the following rules. Any character or form that does not follow these rules will be rejected.
1. All names must be based on a natural object in the desert or the feline's appearance. Please, don't create someone named "Oakstep." 2. Because the Jackal, Owl, Gila, and Coyote are sacred animals to the other Clans in this roleplay, these may not be used in warrior names. 3. Keep things realistic - personality, appearance, etc. - if you have any questions about an unrealistic trait, please ask one of the RP admins. 4. Certain pelt colors are rarer than others. According to adaptation logic, blacks and dark grays would be common as the Clan cats are nocturnal and dark colors provide good night camouflage. Browns, light gingers, light oranges, and whites would also be common as they blend better with the sand. Colors like blue-gray, red, bright ginger, light grey, dark orange, and similar are rare as they are not advantageous in a desert environment. Logically, cats with those colors would have a lot harder of a time finding mates, as according to the laws of nature one looks for good survival qualities in a mate. Thus, your cat(s) should stick to this rule's coloring guidelines. 5. Please check to make sure your characters' names are unique. 6. Please make a warrior for every apprentice you create. Please try to keep gender ratios equal - if this becomes an issue, I will make a requirement.

As is customary for desert lands, the territory that the four Clans are situated in really isn't habitable during the day. With temperatures reaching scorching highs and the sand underpaw burning even more, the cats of SolaceClan have also taken to being nocturnal. For this reason, a large series of tunnels are connected to one another underground. This allows the cats of SolaceClan to travel short distances throughout the day if truly necessary. However, most of their lives happen during the night when the air and sand above have cooled to a manageable temperature.
This desert landscape is relatively flat, seemingly barren of all life. It is seldom to see sand dunes, cacti, or scraggly trees across SolaceClan's home. The only notable landmark in their territory is the gully marking DarkClan's border with them. Unfortunately, this gully is impossibly deep and therefore, no cat is able to cross it. The only way to get into DarkClan's territory is by traveling the long route around it. Also there is a border to SunClan but we haven't discussed what that is yet so rip.
The scarce amount of trees and sand dunes are precious to SolaceClan cats. They use these to help one another hunt when prey seems to be becoming more and more scarce.
SolaceClan has made a home here for many generations and as such, the tunnels underground are dimpled with paw prints. Though there are a vast amount of tunnels covering the whole span of the territory underground, the cats themselves make their home in a large cavern towards the center of their territory. The cavern is large and airy with high ceilings. The dens for the various cats are all spread around the edges - often they are small burrows made into the softer parts of the cavern floor. At the center of the cavern is a large burrow - this is where all kits, queens, and caregivers live. Towards the northern part of this dip is a large rock - this is where SolaceClan's healer holds the clan meetings.

1. Defend all others, even with your life. 2. Do not hunt or trespass on another Clan's territory unless required to do so to help another cat. 3. Elders, caregivers, queens, and kits must be fed first. If any cat is sick or injured, they may eat first as well. 4. All caregivers share the task of taking care of all kits. 5. All warriors share the task of training all apprentices. 6. Newly appointed warriors will keep a silent vigil for one night after receiving their warrior name. 7. A Gathering of all four Clans is held at the full moon during a truce that lasts for the night. There shall be no fighting among Clans at this time. 8. No cat can neglect a kit in pain or danger, even if the kit is from a different Clan. 9. The word of the Healer is the warrior code. 10. An honorable warrior does not need to kill other cats to win his/her battles, unless they are outside the warrior code or if it is necessary for self-defense.

Becoming a Caregiver - As is customary in all Clans, once a she-cat becomes pregnant she receives the rank of Queen. As a queen she is welcome to spend her time in the nursery. However, once a Queen has given birth, she becomes a Caregiver. Caregivers share the task of taking care of all kits in SolaceClan. They provide nourishment and nurturing to all kits regardless of their heritage. Once a she-cat's kits have reached the age of apprenticeship, she may either choose to continue as a Caregiver or return to her warrior duties. Becoming an Apprentice - At the age of four moons, kits become apprentices. For the first two moons of their training, the apprentices will take care of all chores around the large cavern. Once an apprentice reaches the age of six moons, they will then begin training to be a warrior. Becoming the Healer's Apprentice - A cat must show a true affinity for the well-fare of others within the Clan. This role extends beyond what is normally expected of a deputy in other Clans. A Healer's Apprentice is chosen from the pool of warriors - one cat that shows greater potential than all others. Becoming a Mentor - All warriors are automatically mentors. The training of apprentices is something shared between all warriors - there are no set mentor/apprentice relationships. Becoming a Healer - Once the current Healer dies, the Healer's Apprentice will take their place. Death and the Afterlife - SolaceClan cats do not believe in StarClan or the Dark Forest. Therefore, they do not worship or thank their dead for anything. Healers keep their warrior name and do not receive nine lives. Healer Fadingdawn - She-cat - 40 Moons - Healer A dark brown she-cat with streaks of lighter brown all along her sides, back, cheeks, and legs. These streaks make her fur appear as if the brown is fading into lighter shades. Her paws and tail tip are white. She has a small nick in her right ear. Her eyes are a warm amber color, the fur around them lighter than the rest of her face. Fadingdawn is literally the true embodiment of all SolaceClan ideals. She is self-less and empathetic to almost a fault. Her status as a leader is often questioned by those in other Clans as she has been known to put the needs of the other clans above those of herself and her own clan. Jas Healer's Apprentice Name - Gender - Age Description Screen Name Caregivers Name - Gender - Age Description Screen Name Warriors Rabbitfoot - Tom - 25 moons- Warrior Rabbitfoot is a long-legged,smokey egyptian mau, meaning the tom has dark grey fur with a black strip running down his back, and spots that dot his fur. He has both large eyes and ears, his eyes being a deep gold coloring. He has one littermate, Hareleap, and the two are identical, save that Hareleap has a small scar on her left shoulder from a time when she accidentally strayed into the wrong clans territory. Rabbitfoot is cool, calm, and collected. He will always put his clanmates first, of course, he is just more reserved than his fellow Solaceclan cats. He has a huge heart, and has is a real softie towards kits and apprentices, always making sure they are healthy and doing fine. He is known to take special interest in sickly kits and apprentices, as when he was younger he was a very weak cat who was always either sick or wounded. He is stronger now, although still susceptible to disease. He and his sister where originally Darkclan cats, but where cast out because of Rabbitfoots weakness. sweetclover1
Hareleap - She-cat - 25 moons - Warrior Hareleap is a long-legged,smokey egyptian mau, meaning the she cat has dark grey fur with a black strip running down her back, and spots that dot her fur. She has both large eyes and ears, her eyes being a deep gold coloring. She has a scar on her left shoulder. Although the littermates are identical in looks, they seem to be polar opposites in personality. Hareleap is filled with energy, always wanting to do something. She can be sharp, sarcastic, and rough around the edges, but she does it out of love. Her theory is if she's hard on her clanmates, they'll be able to handle truly mean cats. She is extremely protective over her clanmates, especially the apprentices, and will do anything for them. sweetclover1 Shyrabbit - She-Cat - 34 moons - WarriorShe is a light fallow-brown she-cat with creamy white dapples on her back and sides. She has a few light brown flecks around her paws, forehead, and muzzle. Her chin, chest, and underbelly are a creamy white color. She has pale, honey amber eyes. She is slender and long-legged, along with big ears and a long, slightly feathery tail. Shy and skittish like a rabbit, it is a cruel pun in Shyrabbit’s opinion. The nickname seemed to have followed her as she joined her new clan. Shyrabbit was originally from Owlclan. She used to be a shy and timid kit that was seemingly afraid of everything she saw, even her own shadow! Now since she has grown up and matured more, she is not that type of cowardly cat anymore. She is not shy, typically she comes off now as a quiet, reserved type of feline. She is soft-spoken and patient when it comes to young cats. Shyrabbit is an intelligent feline and she does have somewhat of a sharp tongue although it takes a lot to provoke her. Although her brother excels at pushing her buttons and it doesn't help that he loves to playful taunt her with the name "Shybunny". She does have her moments of clumsiness in both physical and social aspects. She is fiercely protective of her only surviving kit, Sandpaw and tends to want to shield her from everything. Shyrabbit did have two other kits; Copperkit and Waspkit, one died shortly after being born while the other was sadly bitten by an adder. Blaze ♡ Tawnyface - Tom - 34 moons - WarriorTawnyface is the only sibling of Shyrabbit, these two were both originally from Owlclan. Tawnyface enjoyed the thrill of knowledge but he felt like he could use that knowledge to be something more, therefore he ensured that he would follow his only family to Solaceclan. Tawnyface is technically a white tom once you brush his plush fur to the side. His coat is blanketed with light brown mixed with golden streaks and flecks. His chin, chest, underbelly and the underside of his tail are soft creamy white. He also has four white socks. He has dark green eyes. Tawnyface is a formidable tom, with his lean muscular built and tall posture. He has powerful muscles in his legs allowing him to be an excellent runner in both, sprinting and endurance. Tawnyface is easy-going tom, he has a special kind of charm to him that gives most cats around them to feel comfortable. He "lives to please", is something that Tawnyface will tell you with a whimsical laugh. He is also confident, in himself and his looks. He can be somewhat vain if someone doesn't correct him and tell him he is a jerk. Tawnyfur is can also be quite the flirt, he does love to engage in the wooing of the she-cats, not that he means to settle down. It is something fun to him. This tom is family oriented, he loves his sister and absolute adores her kit, even the kits she claimed as hers. Blaze ♡ Wildpath - Tom - 14 moons - WarriorWildpaw is a dark gray tom, almost black in color. He has thick tabby stripes that blend in with his fur since it is so dark in color. He does have a splash of white on his chest. Wildpath has light brownish amber eyes. He is a rather tall tom with broad shoulders, which make him look huge even for his young age. He also has big paws and big ears resting on his wide face. He might look intimidating but Wildpath truly is a soft-hearted tom. He isn't overly cruel towards anyone, it is like he doesn't have a mean bone in his body. He is easy-going, nothing riles this tom up or seems to faze him. He is friendly and doesn't have a problem talking to his various clanmates and other cats. He is quite open and tactile especially when it comes to his clanmates, he likes to be close with others. He is the type of cat that is completely fine with cuddling with friends or sharing a nest for warmth and comfortable. Wildpath can be daring at times, he loves the thrill of adventure. Blaze ♡
Apprentices Dustpaw - Tom - 9 Moons - Apprentice A dark, dusky looking tom with tan fur. There's a slight undertone of yellow to his fur's coat making him look sort of like the dust during a sandstorm. His eyes are a dark brown color, so dark they appear almost black unless in the sunlight. Dustpaw is a kind and caring tom, but somewhat aloof and goofy in nature. Despite how much he puts others before himself, he has been known to be a bit selfish when it comes to fulfilling the needs of those he holds most dear. He doesn't mean to be this way - his flighty sense of self and obliviousness to his surroundings are actually the true cause. He just forgets sometimes that his actions can potentially cause problems for others. Jas Fennecpaw - Tom - 8 moons - ApprenticeFennecpaw is a long legged, thin tom with a sandy brown coat, hence his name, Fennecpaw. He has slightly large, rounded ears and a long tail that helps him with keeping his balance while hunting at night. The tom has wide green eyes, and a small scar on the bridge of his nose from a training accident about a moon ago. This young apprentice is always willing to help his clanmates, and is a hard worker, someone who won't stop until his paws drop off. He can be a bit of a flirt at times, and can live up to his namesake through his curiosity and mischievousness. His parents are from Sunclan, yet the Choosers sent him to Solaceclan, the only one of his litter to leave the clan. He misses them desperately, sometimes feeling as an outsider due to him not being clan born and sometimes his Sunclan-like tendencies show, making him feel uncomfortable at times, since he feels like he should always think like a Solaceclan cat. sweetclover1 Sandpaw - She-Cat - 9 moons - ApprenticeThis she-cat is small and compacted with muscle. She isn't going to grow any bigger than what she stands now at 6 inches. She has light creamy brown fur with mackerel tabby markings. She does have freckles of white that are apparent around her ears, legs, and underbelly. She has honey amber eyes that she inherited from her mother, Shyrabbit. Sandpaw is fair she-cat, she attempts to be kind to everyone even though at times she can be rather rude and stubborn. She is the type of cat that once she gets an idea in her head, she sticks with it as long as she can. She tends to be sympathetic towards others and hates to see other cats suffer any type of pain. She does not react well when it comes to blood and goes out of her way to avoid dealing with it. Sandpaw has a confident front to cover up her insecurities. This she-cat is afraid of not living up to the expectations set before her, therefore, she fakes it until she can make it. In order to keep up her confident charades, Sandpaw tends to make impulsive decisions. She has a bad habit of not thinking things completely through, it's usually best to give her a stern set of directions before she takes off on her own and gets hurt. Season: Summer - Time: Night - Moon Phase: New
The Choosing Ceremony The first Chooser attacks the kit, much as an enemy would, with claws sheathed as to not harm the kit. The kit has two clear options: to attack back (which would show aptitude for SunClan or DarkClan) or to flee (which would show aptitude for OwlClan or SolaceClan).
The second Chooser is fully buried up to their nose in sand, and gives the kit two options: to fully dig the Chooser out using nothing but their own claws (which would show aptitude for SolaceClan) or to ignore the Chooser (which would show aptitude for DarkClan). If the kit sees the third option, which is to come up with a more strategical method of freeing the Chooser, they show aptitude for OwlClan. If they hesitate before either helping or leaving the cat, they show aptitude for SunClan.
The third Chooser takes the form of a wizened old cat, and they're trying to get to the oasis, but are too weak to get there. The kit has a few options: to help the older cat to the oasis (which shows aptitude for SolaceClan), to soak a moss ball in water and bring it back to the old cat (which shows aptitude for OwlClan), or to ignore the cat (which shows aptitude for DarkClan). If the kit hesitates at all before making a choice, they show aptitude for SunClan.
The fourth and final Chooser takes the form of a sickly cat, lying behind three piles. The first pile is a desert rose, the second pile is a moss ball soaked in water, and the third pile is herbs. The kit can use the desert rose to end the cat's suffering and their burden on the Clan, (which shows aptitude for SunClan), the moss ball for the cat's comfort (which shows aptitude for SolaceClan), the herbs to heal the cat (which shows aptitude for OwlClan), or ignore the cat (which shows aptitude for DarkClan).
Finally, all four Choosers stand before the kit and ask them a single question: what is the most important thing to the kit? They give the kit four choices: self (DarkClan), others (SolaceClan), Clan (SunClan), or knowledge (OwlClan). This indicates most clearly where the kit wants to be, but not necessarily where they belong.
Once the Choosers select the Clan for the kit, they will inform the leader. The leader will then make an announcement and grant the kit their apprentice name. The Choosers will then escort the new apprentice to their new Clan if necessary.
The Prey List African savannah hare - Solitary, nocturnal animals, these hares can reach speeds of up to 43 mph, making them impossible to chase. If a cat wants to catch one, they're going to have to use brains over muscles. Barbary sheep - Also known as arui, these animals are obviously too big for one or two cats to catch alone, not to mention while dealing with their horns. However, a group of cats working together may be able to take one down. Black-tailed jackrabbit - A favorite among desert predators, the black-tailed jackrabbit makes a good meal- yet it is known to be a frequent host of parasites and disease. Cactus wren - A very smart and curious bird, cactus wrens live in pairs and viciously defend their territory, making them potentially hard for unskilled hunters to catch. Cairo spiny mouse - These mice live in groups, residing in burrows and rock crevices. A cat who stumbles upon one of their nests will likely walk away with a great deal of prey. They are nocturnal. Cape ground squirrel - These animals can be hard to catch, as when threatened they perform an act called mobbing, in which numerous ground squirrels rush at their attacker, tails raised to block the predator's advances. Greater roadrunner - Capable of reaching speeds of up to 20 mph, it is the fastest flying bird in existence, making it hard to catch without a lot of forethought put into the hunt. Kangaroo rat - A bipedal animal, kangaroo rats move by jumping with up to six foot strides at up to six mph, and are able to change their direction quickly. Lesser roadrunner - Very similar to the greater, but smaller and with a shorter bill.
Herb List Desert rose - Its roots and stem produce a highly poisonous sap. Substitute for deathberries. White mustard flower - Its seeds are useful for relieving pain and increasing an ailing patient's comfort. However, the seeds only fall right when it rains. When that happens, the plant uncurls, coming out of hibernation and dropping its seeds. The seeds germinate within a few hours if there is sufficient water from the rain, thus making it critical to harvest them as soon as they drop. The fruit can be collected, crushed, and then consumed to help with bellyaches. White wormwood - The leaves of this, which are strongly aromatic, can be crushed to produce a plant oil that has antibacterial properties. The oil is used on wounds to help prevent infection, and is also used in the treatment of said infections. Desert date tree - The fruit of this tree can be crushed and consumed by nursing mothers to improve lactation; it is also used in the treatment of headaches. The bark can be used as an antidote for the poison of the desert rose. Hanza - The leaves of this tree can be used to aid in the healing process of wounds. They have a bitter taste, yet must be consumed to be effective. African mustard - The yellow flowers of this plant are used to treat minor aches and pains. Apple of Sodom - The green globes of this plant are extremely bitter and toxic, likely more so than the desert rose. The death they cause is painful, and as such the desert rose is preferred for euthanasia. Tahara - When crushed, the leaves of this plant form a poultice that can be used to treat the symptoms of whitecough and greencough. The poultice is also good for treating sore throats. Ana tree - The extract from this tree's leaves can be used to treat serious infections. Laxiflorus - When crushed, the extract from the roots can be applied to the forehead to relieve headaches. It can also be consumed for joint and backaches. The leaves can be crushed and applied to the paws to treat cracked pads. Mustard tree - Young and elderly cats are encouraged to chew a small branch from this tree daily to promote tooth health. The leaves can be consumed to treat a variety of diseases, including whitecough and greencough. The flowers have a pleasant smell and may be used to cover a dead body or to mask the scent of illness. Red acacia - Bark from this tree is consumed to treat nausea, vomiting, and fevers. It is given to expectant mothers to help them stay healthy during pregnancy. Athel tree - The strong branches of this tree are used to hold broken limbs in place. The leaves can be crushed and consumed as a soothing herb.
Dangerous Animals African wild dog - While relatively small in size, they live in packs of 2-27 adults and pups, making them dangerous opponents. A group of wild dogs can easily kill a small group of cats by ganging up on them, and thus are best avoided. Generally, a pack will not attack a cat unless their territory or food is threatened. Arizona bark scorpion - Although small in size, their sting is extremely painful; the pain is accompanied often with nausea and vomiting. The sting site often becomes extremely numb, causing temporary dysfunction of the limb and convulsions. The venom is not fatal except in kits and elders, and the effects fade after 24-72 hours. Stings are common; if stung, the sting area should be washed clean and the affected cat should rest. They are nocturnal, so stings during the day are fewer than those at night unless a cat accidentally disturbs one. Horned desert viper - Generally residing around oases or rocky outcrops, the horned desert viper is a relatively placid snake, often fleeing when disturbed. If further threatened, it will strike. The venom is not always fatal, but may be in young or old cats or in extreme situations. Common symptoms include nausea, vomiting, and severe bleeding. If bit, a cat should consume the bark of the desert date tree to help reduce the effects of the poison, and should rest as symptoms persist. Gila monster - A large but slow-moving lizard, the gila monster is the sacred animal of DarkClan. If avoided, the creature should cause no problems. However, should a cat either act foolishly or with extremely bad luck, they may be bit. The gila monster has an extremely strong, crushing bite, and it often takes either killing or submerging to creature to free oneself. The monster's venom is not fatal to healthy, adult cats. Rather, blood loss from the severe bite is the more likely cause of a fatality. Symptoms include excruciating pain, edema, and weakness. Sidewinder - While the sidewinder is the least venomous rattlesnake, their venom is still significant and can be fatal in young or weak cats. Symptoms include pain, swelling around the bite, nausea, dizziness, chills, coagulopathy, and shock. Deathstalker scorpion - The most venomous scorpion in the world, a bite from a deathstalker will kill even a healthy adult cat. The bite is extraordinarily painful, causing convulsions. Death is achieved following a buildup of fluid in the lungs caused by envenomation. Euthanasia is generally recommended for bite victims to spare them the excruciating death. Inland taipan - Both the most venomous snake and reptile in the world, a taipan's venom is lethal to all cats, healthy or not. It is fortunately however a shy snake, and will usually run away if confronted. However, if cornered or continuously provoked, it will strike repeatedly with agility and speed. Immediate symptoms include headache, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, dizziness, collapse, and convulsions. Death occurs within 30-45 minutes. The cause of death is generally: respiratory failure, severe hemorrhaging, or cardiac arrest caused by severe envenomation.

SweetClover
Hareleap - She-cat - 25 moons-warrior Hareleap is a long-legged,smokey egyptian mau, meaning the she cat has dark grey fur with a black strip running down her back, and spots that dot her fur. SweetClover

( rip I didn't include rank in my form. 10/10. If you could add ranks to those, that'd be great <3 Also, hmm... Yeah, that'd be fine. I can make another cat to be a Caregiver if need be cx )

( That sounds good to me. <3 RP? )
Fadingdawn yawned as she woke to the sound of scuffling on the camp's floor. Blinking open her eyes, the Healer pushed herself up into a sitting position and waited a few moments to get her bearings. She had been woken up from a deep sleep and it was still clouding the edges of her mind as she made her way out. In the dimly lit camp, Dustpaw was a few tail-length away from her practicing his pounces. Recently she had heard from a couple of warriors that he was missing the easier to catch prey. Evidently it was taking a toll on the tom's self-confidence as he was all business right now.
Dustpaw had woken early, his sleep having been somewhat sporadic throughout the night. He was having trouble landing his pounces right where he was aiming. He'd missed three pieces of prey the day before and was still reeling from the disappointment he was beginning to feel. It was a strange thing to be disappointed in oneself, but it also gave the tom a great deal of motivation. All night, he had been thinking and dreaming of ways to improve his coordination.

Fennecpaw awoke to the sound of scuffling. The pale tom let out a large yawn, his adjusting to the dim light of the camp. The soft-furred apprentice left his nest, stretching out each leg drowsily before spotting his denmate, Dustpaw, practicing his pounces. "Hey Dustpaw, d'ya need any help?" He offered, wanting to be useful. He was good enough at hunting, maybe he could help his clanmate, and Fennecpaw could remember clearly all of the instances when Dustpaw had helped him.
Hareleap and Rabbitfoot where still sound asleep, having been on guard duty during the day. The siblings looked exhausted, and could be barely discerned from their nests. Rabbitfoot twitched every now and then, letting out a soft whimper, a nightmare plaguing his dreams.

Dustpaw glanced up at the sound of another voice and his expression brightened at the sight of a friendly face. Fennecpaw had been one of the few cats Dustpaw had spent a lot of time with. They were often exchanging tips and tricks when it came to their training; why hadn't he thought to ask the other tom for help earlier? "Yes, please," he mewed with a sigh, "I just can't get my aim right... I think I'm going to pounce in one spot, but end up a few whisker-lengths away!"

Hello! c: I would love to join, it's been awhile since I roleplayed a clan-group based in the desert.
Are my characters' names alright? I'd rather get them approved before I type up their descriptions -- - Shyrabbit - Fallow (I don't have a suffix for him. Deer? Fern? Adder? Finch? Tree? - Cricket/Little/Sandpaw. (I am not sure xD I love all of them. I have the name Sandcricket in my head. It sounds so cute<33 Or Sandlocust ) - Wildpaw

[ I can change that I haven't been attached to Fallow in years. And it's actual color (brown), I believe. Yet I did name him after Fallow Deer. xD Do you have any suggestions for tom name?
I know right. I think any name with Cricket is just adorable. I love cricket in a name cx So I will definitely do Sandpaw then.
My plans were to have Shyrabbit & (tom) to be siblings. And I was thinking about having one of the apprentices being Shyrabbit's kit although the father died from a scorpion or something like that. And perhaps having the other be from another clan. I was going to make them both be Shyrabbit's kits but I should try to join a clan without having a whole family for once. c: ** Actually, I am going to have Wildpaw just be a new warrior to keep the ranks balanced. That would probably be best right now so there aren't too many apprentices. ]

Would Shyrabbit be a caregiver or a warrior since she had a litter of kits?Shyrabbit - She-Cat - 34 moons - Warrior/Caregiver She is a light fallow-brown she-cat with creamy white dapples on her back and sides.
Tawnyface - Tom - 34 moons - Warrior Tawnyface is the only sibling of Shyrabbit, these two were both originally from Owlclan.
Wildpath - Tom - 14 moons - Warrior Wildpaw is a dark gray tom, almost black in color.
Sandpaw - She-Cat - 9 moons - Apprentice This she-cat is small and compacted with muscle.

( Ah, I meant to reply earlier, I'm really sorry! To be honest with you, I'm totally cool with whatever you decide. You're more than welcome to bring a plot along with your characters. In the future, if you want to discuss any bigger plots for characters, please feel free to post it here and/or pm me! Hmm... A name... I'm not coming up with anything right off the top of my head. Tan/Tawny? I mean I suppose in the context of color I'd be willing to let Fallow slide. But I'll message Dᴀɴɴʏ Pʜᴀɴᴛᴏᴍ about it if it'd be easier to just use Fallow? )
