Hm. I'm not sure if this just isn't available yet or maybe it's just me, but I can't seem to save my progress. When naming my character, I also noticed there wasn't a backspace and when sparring with Thornstripe, I accidentally clicked on "Physical" and it wouldn't let me escape that option to go back to attacking.

On mobile your backspace and cancel button is tapping the phone with two fingers o: That will also bring up the menu.

I have another question, where do you find catmint? Also, I love how you can have friends in this game, my character somehow became best friends with Sunheart, I have no idea how that happened lol.

Hahah He's a nice guy what can I say
If you've done the quest to unlock it, it'll be around anything leading to twoleg places (one in each territory) Otherwise you'll have to do Littlewing's quests under Training>Herbs o:

Mind if I ask how do you dash in the game? I have the setting to do it always on yet my character moves the same slow speed throughout, I'm a little confused because even the keybind for it does nothing. It'd make me be able to do more than one quest a day if I could go a little faster.

It's obtained through catching mice for farm cat in a random event.

I'll keep that in mind as I play.

I haven't played far enough to do very much but I'm already noticing some... "problems"? Not really bugs.
When I started it, I asked for the tutorial, I tried the arrow keys, thinking that right after it mentioned them I might be able tto move in the given space and it would teach me how to actually attack etc. Instead this sped me through the dialogue, missing the tutorial completely. When I hit esc, it treated it like an enter instead of bringing up the menu. So I had to close out of the entire thing and re start a new game to actually learn what to do. I understand this was part error on my end, but it was very misleading.
Also, no wasd support, do you hate left-handed people? (kidding!) But I play a lot of rpgs and the like so wasd is what I'm used to as well. I think for the character selection and typing in a name it would also help instead of having to mouse-click the letters individually.
I started as a medicine cat, and spent about 20 minutes running around trying to click every plant i came across trying to figue out what an herb looked like apart from the sparce scenery. So maybe showing examples of herbs and prey looked like in the tutorial would be helpful. Also having to turn in stacks of five when i find maybe 1 every 5 minutes is... frustratingly slow.
I can also see this game being very unforgiving to new-rpg players, as my first enemy encounter I was doing basically no damage and almost died. But maybe this is a combination of being a medicine cat and wrong-place-wrong-time? This isn't necessarily a bad thing either. It does cause you to think carefully and move quickly.

So I'm playing around with the tutorial right now and I'm not really sure how it ended up speeding you through the whole tutorial. You have to click or press enter to progress dialogue. Unless you held enter in which case yeah it does that kjdsbfksdjf And as far as I know I can't really help the fact that if you want out of character creation you have to restart the game or finish creation. (‘~`;A limitation of the engine and the route I chose. I'll look into this, though! I was playing a few games yesterday and actually considered overhauling the character creation. If you don't mind, could you (And anyone else reading this) tell me some ideas for how you'd like the character creation screen and sections to change? I could add a silhouette shape to the herb journal maybe? o: Instead of blank pages being nothing, they could have the shape of the herb and maybe also it's known locations? Turning in herbs gets faster once you get the hang of where everything is. (´∀`) I completely see why it's irritating for new players though. Stacks of five just felt like a sweet spot, especially since the less common ones give a lot of XP and R. That's exactly what it was. (✖﹏✖) Medicine cats have much lower stats when it comes to dealing damage and dodge rates. Hopefully if I add a battle tutorial to the start it'll be a bit less of a shock to new players how hard some enemies might hit.

Hopefully if I add a battle tutorial to the start it'll be a bit less of a shock to new players how hard some enemies might hit. I'll see if i can replicate the tutorial thing then, but I was not pressing enter. I may have hit the space bar by accident but im pretty sure i just used the arrow keys to see if i could move. Oh I wasn't complaining about having to re-start to see the tutorial, i was just annoyed it skipped like that in the first place. Maybe if the tutorial DID let you move, and showed you an example herb to pick up, prey to catch, and enemy to fight? Like an angry rabbit or something easy, lol just to show you how it worked.
Also, maybe having a normal and a hard mode? Normal mode could be the game sort of as is, maybe nerf the enemies a tad, hard mode could keep the enemies as is, or even make them stronger, more of them, and having to keep an eye on your own food and sleep meters that go down slowly. That way people will have to keep coming back to buy themselves more fresh kill and sleep every 2 in game days or risk passing out of exhaustion/starvation? Idk if that would work, but i love having a slight survival mechanic like that.

Longtail would like a word with you hahaha All great ideas! I've got a new warriors tutorial working already, and I'm about to start on the medicine cat one! Adding a survival system might take awhile, but a few people have suggested this so I'll keep it in mind for sure!

I've got a decently sized update for you guys! Let all fans join here beneath the Clanrock for a meeting. uwu @nettles ☾ѕησσzє☽ mintedstar/fur Duskwatcher 𝚜𝚝𝚊𝚛𝚍𝚞𝚜𝚝 Sorry Android users, this update isn't ready for mobile play. Yet! Version 0.1.2's notable features and how to access them: 1. Event: JuneHappy early pride month! We're kicking it off with our very first in-game event. Show your pride with new collar colors! A kind she-cat has wandered into the forest and likes to rest by Fourtrees. Additionally, colorful cards can be seen around the forest. Collect 100 of these and bring them to the stranger. From there you'll be able to purchase any of eight varieties! Show your pride and/or collect them all. 2. New Ability: Prowl (Warriors only) ((Characters created before this update will not have this ability. Lionwing is temporarily giving it to warriors. You can find it in his store for 1r.)) Warriors have a new ability: prowl! It slows you down, but makes you undetectable by the prey in the hollows and enemies anywhere around you. This skill can be toggled on and off by selecting it under your skills through the menu. It's also a way to remove accessories. If you have a custom skin you won't get the faded out look, but the ability still works. 3. New Zone: Hunting HollowsThe prey in the forest has been drastically reduced. You'll now find far more prey in three new zones. You can get to these zones by walking over the grass patches now found through ThunderClan's territory. From there you'll enter one of the three hunting hollows. This is a little spot where prey is often found. Happy hunting! "-But Jaime!" I hear you scream. "We all play medicine cats! What's the point of hunting hollows for us?" You weep. "Is this some cruel way of getting more warrior players?" You whisper. No. No, my herb loving friends. See, these new zones are also for you. Rejoice. Bask in the glory of knowing these hollows bring new herbs for you to collect. Okay, seriously. Here's the new herbs. Stinging Nettle - Restores 150hp and 150mp Sweet-sedge - Cures bleed and poison effects and restores 75mp. You can only find them in the hollows, and they're random spawns. This means they won't always be there. Happy herbing! 4. Gold Difficulty DungeonThis... this won't be easy. For those of you ready to face the biggest challenge yet, grab an own talon and bring it to Cloudstar. Defeating silver difficulty will now unlock gold. From there, talking to Cloudstar with a new talon will show the options for bronze-gold difficulty. 5. Dungeon Set 1: The Challenger
Owl slayers gather! The first dungeon set has been released. What's a dungeon set? A dungeon set consists of three rewards, and is made from three items You can create the first dungeon set by collecting a small bone, a fang, and a large bone. The bronze owl queen now has a 100% chance to drop a small bone. The silver owl queen now has a 100% chance to drop a fang. Finally, you guessed it, the gold owl queen has a 100% chance to drop a large bone. Once you've collected all three you can use any of them from your inventory to create the dungeon set. You'll receive.. 1. Tile: The Challenger 2. Relic: Bone Crown 3. Accessory: Bones Accessory

This is so awesome! I have a question, with updates, do you have to un-install and reinstall the game each time, or does it just update automatically?

<3! What I'd suggest is to keep the old file! Download and unpack the new one in a folder close to the old version. All you have to do is copy your save file (Found in the WWW folder) of the old version. You then move the save file into the new version's WWW folder and just launch the game from the new file's exe.
I have a lil tutorial on the front page if that didn't clear it up! o:

I think I encountered a bug. Sandspring gave me a quest to get the kits a mouse, so I bought one and gave it to her but it didn't actually remove the mouse from my inventory.

I have some questions about Rippletail's questions I put that Sablethorn only had one kit, because Searpaw is the only one listed, and that was shown as incorrect, and the same with Tanglestar only having one sibling.
I don't know if this is a bug or something, but I just figured I'd see what was up with that lol. I love this quiz, I just hope I can beat it soon.
