Mercurial as a cinereal Spring sky, Momotarou's irritation vanishes upon finally receiving the information he sought. "Ah, is that so? Salem..." He hums, "I will remember that name."
Kyo's wry addition prompts a short laugh that actually aggravates his own piercing wound. "Neither would I! I daresay you have the potential to grow accustomed to it, however! It depends on where the weapon is placed~ Having your own stomach acid attempt to break down the organs around it is quite a novel experience, but the unique pain can keep you alive in crucial moments."

Momotarou's tone is bright but when Mitarashi pointedly clears her throat, he adopts a vaguely sheepish look. The man is generally incapable of appearing self-conscious or penitent, but he does his best when he needs his sister off his back. "That is to say, I am glad that you survived. You appear to be recovering well, but please do not overwork yourself for the sake of my repairs."

His head tilts as that name is once again repeated. "Hn. Your wish has been heard." Momotarou thumps a bandaged fist against his chest, chin lifting. "I will find and kill her. Mita, add that to the list."

With a quiet sigh, the mousy girl withdraws a small battered notebook from the inner pocket of her cardigan and scribbles into it using the pen kept within the metal spiral. "Above or below 'that'...swear word 'who insulted His Royal Fluffiness'?"

"Above, obviously!" He tsks, "Albert Whiskers will understand."

"Hm. Now."

Momotarou looks over the blacksmiths thoughtfully. "I believe that is all. You have my gratitude for entertaining my inquiries and seeing to my weapons." He inclines his head as he speaks. "My business has been concluded here."

With that, he simply strides out of the Forge with the same unassailable confidence with which he entered. Mitarashi is left to bow and apologize in his wake, her voice small.

"Thank you. Sorry. Bye!"

It's all good, Hush! I understand ^.^ Echo and Connor are actually on their way back to camp now if you wanted to jump in with us. If Flame is alright with it, I don't mind! Either way, I have Horus at the training arena I believe, so I'll make a starter for him.)

Echo looked over her shoulder and gave Kassie a nod, "Of course. It's the least I can do for the help you gave us." She said, still moving at a decent pace. She turned her attention back to the path before her, watching for any kind of threat that could jump out at them. While they walked, Echo couldn't help but ponder on what they had discovered and wishing that they could have walked away with more information. She knew it wasn't going to be easy, and they were lucky to find what the did thanks to Kassie's magic, so she wasn't entirely too disappointed. We'll just have to do more digging into that night and start eliminating possible suspects. Echo thought to herself, trying to think of anyone that had been missing during that time. Realization suddenly dawned on Echo as she remembered a conversation she had with Mathias before their argument. He had been upset with Nathainel for disappearing and leaving Mathias in charge during the game. Echo's eyes narrowed in thought, Nathaniel had never shown any kind of disdain or anger towards Camp Half-Blood and he was a well liked among his peers and cabinmates, so she was going to need concrete evidence before she could make any accusations against him.

Connor walked alongside Echo quietly, keeping up with her easily and not showing any kind of strain from carrying the daughter of Hecate. "You've got that look on your face. What are you thinking?" He said, having caught Echo's expression. He knew she was onto something just from the look on her face.

Echo gave a shake of her head as they drew closer to the camp, passing the area that had been the scene of attack. She didn't stop, wanting to get Kassie to the infirmary as soon as possible, "I'm not sure. Honestly its a jumbled mess right now, none of it really makes any sense." she said with a sigh.

"Hmm, seems like the traitor is on everyone's mind. I don't blame them though." Kumiko said with a sigh. It didn't make any sense to her as to why someone would wish to harm the camp, and she didn't like how tense things had gotten since the attack. "If they're angry at their parents, why take it out on all of us? I mean, we're all basically in the same boat here. Granted, not everyone here has the same story, but that doesn't we have to be ones that have to take the brunt of their anger."

"I've been working on some strenghening potions, as well as some endurance potions too. Maybe they will come in handy for Capture the Flag." Cat said thoughtfully, considering Ivy's suggestion as she stood up. "If I do that, I'll have to make sure there will at least be enough for more than just a few of our teammates."

Phoenix watched as the two left, looking back at Kyo when they were alone again, "What an odd pair." She commented, her green eyes glinting with slight amusement. "But then again, I doubt any of us demigods would be considered normal." She added, some of her old humor showing again. Phoenix stood up and gave a stretch before picking the ruined blade, throwing it into the scrap metal bin, "I'm calling it a day. I doubt I'm going to actually get anything done today anyways. I'll see you back at the cabin later, and don't overwork yourself!" Phoenix added sternly, not wanting to have to take him to the infirmary again. She gave Kyo a wave of goodbye before leaving the forge, wondering what she should do now. Not having a clear idea on what to do, she started in the direction of the lake, lost in thought.

Horus swung his sword at the wooden dummy he was practicing on, cutting the head off with a clean slice. He wiped his brow with a towel and decided it was probably time for a break now, having been training for awhile now. He sat down with a sigh, grabbing his water bottle and taking a long swig of it before dumping some on his towel, throwing it over his shoulders and head to help him cool off.

"You're more than welcome to join me tomorrow." Cat said with a smile, starting to walk in the direction of the cabins. She was a bit off course at first, but after a distinct chirp from Jinx, Cat quickly corrected herself and was soon on the right path to the Hecate cabin. "I think for now I'm just going to store these ingredients. I was thinking about maybe heading to the training arena, I haven't been there yet today and I probably shouldn't skip out on my training." She added, hoping that with more battle training, she would actually be of some use for the next game.

Ivy w/ Cat- Icefire15

"That's a good idea, it's better to be overprepared than not prepared at all," Ivy stated, thinking about the next game. Now that I think of it, I should probably get started as well.

Cat nodded in agreement to Ivy’s statement, opening the door to their cabin, “Wanna come with me? We could train together if you would like.” She offered, finding her bed and placing her bag on it.

No worries! I don't mind if anyone wants to hop in with Connor, Echo, and Kassie)

Although she tried her best not to lean her head against Connor, the weight was just too much to bare. Kassie listened closely no matter how exhausted she was. If she could help in any other way, even if it was just trying to connect dots together. Connor's words filled her in on what she could imagine Echo's face looked like. While most would hold back a response especially without knowing whether they correct or not, she couldn't help herself. "Now that it's my place, but we all may have to face a reality where someone we trust could have done this..." She mumbled. She could feel body and mind wanting to rest and finally, Kassie let the exhaustion take her over.

Shadow gave a sigh as he understood the weight behind Kumiko's words. "Attention seeking? They think by attacking us, that will make them care about us when in all reality they just want us to do their pity work," Shadow grumbled. He had his own resentment toward the Olympians, but nothing would in the world would ever cause him to attack his own home. There wasn't many places a half-blood could survive outside of the camp's borders. "Except they probably are anger with us too cause how we just follow our parents without much pushback" He muttered.

Sorry I haven’t been on, been working a lot. I have Phoenix open if anyone wants to rp with her, along with a few other characters. I do have the next three days off, so I’ll be on most of the day.)

Cat nodded, giving Ivy a small smile, “Yes, thank you. I bet one day I’ll be able to put it on perfectly one day.” She said, picking up her bo staff from the end of the bed. “I’m ready to go if you are.”
