[ Hey guys! I've made an Info page that includes Prefixes and Crushes. I've also added everyone's characters that were listed as open to relations alongside their ages- since we have so many characters and so few kin ties, I'd love for everyone to check that page and, if you'd like, try and create some more family ties with others' kitties! It'll make things more dramatic and give everyone a lot more rp options!:) Second - The poll has D E C L A R E D! I'm going to type up our second plot for the camp cats and add it to the front page:D I'll be combining the disease and rogue options, so keep an eye out for that. For the meantime, I'm going to open up two roles for the rogues who were banished onto the moors by the past leader (We'll call him Gorsestar) so if two of you want to claim them it's up for grabs! You can fill out the regular character form, and also a quick descrip/idea for why they were banished. That's something we can brainstorm together as I feel they would have been banished for the same reason, so all ideas are open! Lastly! :) My combining of the plots is that the rogues are going to be returning to camp because they are ill and have no other place for medical attention. Thus begins the disease! (the rogues don't have to die, but at least one should be ill upon arrival). For now, if everyone can start thinking of the characters they'll want to eventually fall ill:) That's all for my big ol' speech. :D ]

StealthfireHootshade was drawn out of his dazed state when the brave warrior seemed to question the strength of the mission and his leadership. He knew the pressure he must be under even as a cool and collected and experience cat he was and Hootshade was glad this was the warrior Sparrowstar had chosen to lead this expedition. "You must be honest with them," he rasped after thinking for a little. "If you are open about your apprehensions then they will trust you and trust that this is the will of StarClan that we bring our clanmates back home- and finally see what lies beyond the thunderpath."

ʙᴜᴍʙʟᴇʙᴇᴇ » all yours! "Thank you," Badgerheart said to the elder. This was perhaps the best advice he could have given him, as Badgerheart was prone to putting on a deceitful front that nothing was to be feared. "I trust in StarClan, and in my clanmates that will be with me. I'll have to see your beasts for myself and report back!" he added good naturedly. With that, he dipped his head to Hootshade and Snowdapple, and pressed on in his preparations.
"Eaglefrost!" he called out to his companion as the warrior searched for his apprentice. "I trust you're honoured by being chosen. I'd like to discuss a plan for when we cross with you, then I'll gather Dandelionfur and Stormbreak to go over our ideas. We'll need to be all united in our plan, so the apprentices feel as safe as possible." His heart ached a small tinge. Even though he had not yet allowed himself to imagine their journey back to camp, he hoped he would have his apprentice united with him for the return. "I think we can break into scouting shifts once we've crossed. Half ahead, half somewhat behind, that way we can hide better in case danger arises."

Stealthfire"May StarClan be with you," Hootshade mewed, laughing as the warrior said something good-naturedly. He looke at Snowdapple, who's eyes were wide as she watched the tom walk away. She was never phased by anything, so Hootshade knew something was up. "What's wrong?" he asked.

Nutpelt wished she could block out Sparrowstar's announcement from carrying through the nursery walls. She looked longingly after Snaketail as he had joined the rest of the clan, and when the patrol names were called, she prayed harder than ever that her mate's was not among them. Still, the idea of young cats, some of whom had only moons ago been in the nursery, leaving to where even warriors had never ventured, filled her with fear. "Morningsun," she asked her denmate. "How are you feeling about this? I'm glad Snaketail and Hawktalon will both stay here to protect us." The queen voiced the selfish thought she had kept in mind the entire meeting. Both of their mates would be there to see their kits grow, Morningsun's most especially as they had not yet even been born. Nutpelt glanced over to Oatkit playing in the den's corner with a loose piece of bracken, unaware of the seriousness their clan faced.

After the clan meeting, Mousepaw scampered over to find the familiar pelt of his mentor. "Mushroomclaw!" he called to the warrior, running over to him with his characteristically uncoordinated footing. "Why didn't Sparrowstar want us to go on the patrol? We're the best mentor and apprentice of all BrightClan, they need us!" His overconfidence was typical, but this time he was overstepping his true intentions. Honestly, Mousepaw was relieved not to be thrust into a challenge that he was unsure of his adeptness at. But of course, he'd never let anyone know that, let alone his mentor. With bright, round inquisitive eyes, he peered at the older tom for hints as to how he felt about the patrol.
Sleekpaw / Snowdapple & Hootshade cowbird : Elders Den Silently, almost undetectably, Sleekpaw appeared beside his mother and grandfather. "It's about time Sparrowstar allowed us to cross the thunderpath." He was brooding with unhappiness at not being chosen, but at the same time brimming with pride that his father would lead. "I thought warriors were supposed to be unafraid of the dark. I bet there's lots of new prey and land out there. Maybe the apprentices found all that sooner than us." He sometimes wished he had disappeared just like Icepaw, Honeypaw, and Shallowpaw, why should they get the first choice at all the new land out there? But this was a thought even Sleekpaw couldn't admit out loud.

Stealthfire- ok i just wanted to give Snow sometime to have a little intimate scene with him- cause they arent like close together in public.) Both Hootshade and Snowdapple jumped a little when the young tom appeared beside them. He was brooding as he did and Hootshade could tell with a tinge of amusement that he was upset he wasnt going and that was only confirmed when he spoke. He knew his grandson. Snowdapple wasnt as amused as her father however. "Warriors are also told not to put themselves nor their clanmates in unnecessary danger," she mewed dryly to her ambitious son, flicking her tail. He'd make a great warrior like his father if he just stops being so mouse-brained, she thought. Hootshade nodded at that. "You're mother's right- we never ventured off into lands we had no business in." Yet there was a soft twinkle in his eye as he gazed at the apprentice. He reminded him so much of Greeneyes it was almost insane.

Sleekpaw / Snowdapple & Hootshade cowbird : Elders Den Sleekpaw felt frustrated at Hootshade's apparent amusement at his comments initially. The apprentice was anything but humourous, only ever wishing to be taken with utter sincerity. He believed that maybe when he was finally a warrior, everyone would respect and take him seriously. He was intrigued by Snowdapples response. "If we had sought out the danger ourselves a long time ago, maybe we could have stopped this from happening, and gained even better territory too." He looked up to both of his parents as warriors who took their positions seriously, but Sleekpaw wanted more admiration than even they had ever achieved.

(I'll just post some starters) Darkpaw || BrightClan Camp || Open The quiet tom had been sitting on his own as he listened to his leader's announcement, his head tilted slightly at the mention of actually crossing the thunderpath shocked that Sparrowstar would request that to happen. 'Isn't that dangerous?' The tom's jaw fell slack though when his name was mentioned with the other apprentices going on the patrol, unsure if he had heard that right. Part of him was proud that he had been chosen to go, but another part of him was quite scared of the idea of crossing the thunderpath.
Softstep || Camp || Open The petite she-cat entered the camp just in time to hear her leader's announcement. Dropping her catch of a blackbird on the freshkill pile, the light grey molly wove her way through the gathered cats and found herself a seat for the tail end of it. Her eyebrows raised slightly at the mention of crossing the thunderpath, but she found herself nodding along. The missing clanmates needed to be found at all costs, they were family and you don't leave family behind.

[ all good stitch! Sorry for no fancy shmancy coding I'm on my phone atm ] Patchpaw / Darkpaw MadFaith"Wow, Darkpaw!" The black and white she-cat commented to her denmate after the meeting had finished. "You get to go on a big patrol- and out of the territory too!" She was curious as to how the younger apprentice felt. None of them had been particularly close to any of the shecats that went missing, but maybe Sparrowstar still believed Darkpaw, Rainpaw and Cloudpaw knew more than the warriors about their denmates. "Do you think you'll be able to find out what's happened?" Patchpaw, inquisitive and curious, wasnt the least bit concerned about their safety. With warriors beside them, they'd surely return safely.

StealthfireSnowdapple sighed seeing that the young tom's views wouldnt change and looked up to the skies. Oh Greeneyes... why did I get the hard-head? she asked exasperatedly in her head. Hootshade's amusement ebbed a little as he saw the glint of fierce ambition blaze in Sleekpaw's eyes. There was noting wrong with ambition- to serve your clan. But Hootshade had a feeling that that wasn't the only ambition the apprentice was vying for... the old cat then shook his head. He's a strong-minded young cat thats all, he settled, dismissing his darker thoughts. "Well, I'm sure you are right Sleekpaw," the elder croaked, dipping his head in a show of sincerity. "BrightClan will have great use of your intelligence when you are a warrior."

Darkpaw || BrightClan Camp || With Stealthfire 's Patchpaw The sudden voice coming from behind him startled the already on edge tom causing him to jump slightly. His heart slowed as he saw the familiar black and white face come into view. Doing his best to play off just how easily the she-cat had startled him, Darkpaw smoothed the ruffled fur on his chest with a few quick licks. As she mentioned the patrol, the large tom's eyes fell to his paws, "Uh, yeah. I guess that is pretty cool eh?" Her question caused him to pause and think, he really didn't know the missing apprentices well, sure he had seen them around and he had spoken to them once or twice, but he wasn't an overly outgoing cat so he didn't know many of his clanmates well. "I hope we will be able to find them soon, I know how worried everyone is. Plus it would be nice to have answers as to what happened so it can be prevented in the future."

Dandelionfur - Camp - w/ @stitchlover20 's Cloudpaw, cowbird 's Snowdapple, Falconwing 's Eaglefrost Dandelionfur sat attentively as Sparrowstar began the clan meeting. She listened to her leader with hint of surprise as she explained her plan of sending a patrol across the thunderpath into the unknown. The warrior wasn't sure what to feel but she was at least glad to hear that some action was being taken for the disappearing apprentices. That put her at ease just enough to be caught off guard when her name was listed off to join the patrol. The white she-cat blinked and sat up a bit straighter. She had no desire for adventure but she did feel a faint twinge of pride for being amongst the few selected. She just wished that Cloudpaw hadn't also been selected.
The white warrior flickered her ears uneasily. Her apprentice had already been on edge within clan walls, she couldn't imagine that this news was sitting well with the young cat. Dandelionfur turned her head to glance towards the other warriors accompanying them. She spotted Eaglefrost nearby, just barely catching his glance before he looked away to find his apprentice. Dandelionfur took in a breath. Regardless of her concern for her apprentice, at least she found some peace of mind in the reliable warriors Sparrowstar had chosen that would be her comrades in this journey. Her amber gaze flickered onto Snowdapple as the warrior passed by to wish her good fortune. "Thank you, Snowdapple." she mumbled appreciatively with a respectful dip of her head.
She was just beginning to rise to her paws when she was joined by the very cat she had been planning to look for. Dandelionfur looked down at Cloudpaw as her apprentice stumbled up to her. The she-cat frowned with a softness in her gaze at Cloudpaw's words. Though Cloudpaw wasn't confident and Dandelionfur, herself, was concerned, Sparrowstar had already made the decision and she knew her apprentice had the potential to pull off the journey. "You can do it, Cloudpaw." she murmured, draping her tail over her apprentice's back in a comforting manner. "Sparrowstar wouldn't have chosen to let you go if she didn't think you weren't capable. Besides that, I don't expect you to take down any enemy. Your job on this mission is to help us find your denmates not fight."
She gave her a half hearted smile and sat up a little taller. "I'll be with you every step of the way. If anything becomes too dangerous, we won't proceed any further, I'm sure that's something we as a whole patrol can agree on. Our mission may be to find your denmates but we won't recklessly risk our safety to do so."
Cloudpaw listened carefully at her mentor's words of comfort and reality of the situation before them. They weren't going alone and she would have a few more apprentices with her. She knew Sparrowstar wouldn't carelessly send out cats who didn't know what they're doing and send enough cats in case something did happen. The worries weren't going to ease up until this whole thing blew over, but who knew when that would happen. "What should I do while we wait for tomorrow?" She asked softly. All she knew that she had to eat and get up early in the morning to start this journey which could lead them anywhere.

Softstep || BrightClan Camp || With cowbird 's Robinfeather Hearing the dark-furred tom approaching behind her, Softstep shifted to the side, making space for the other warrior to sit down next to her. "I have faith in them, at this point that's really all we have left." The soft-furred she-cat sighed deeply, "The clan needs some news of where they went, good or bad, but we need closure." Softstep glanced up at Robinfeather smiling slightly, "StarClan willing, they'll find something."
