They're littermates, they were POV characters in The Power of Three, but who do you like better?

Jayfeather. He wasn't boring for the majority of an arc.

Both are interesting, developed characters that are hard to compare. But I’d have to go with Jayfeather. He’s written very consistently, and personally for the majority of POT his POV was the most interesting, aside from the Half Moon/ancient cats situation. But A blind POV was cool too. Hollyleaf on the other hand was stale and boring until the ashfur drama. I guess her respect for the Warrior code was kinda refreshing, but aside from that, there wasn’t much to her aside from acting as a camera in TC and providing support for Lionblaze and Jayfeather. But after the Ashfur drama, her POV was super engaging, realistic and tied in perfectly with her stubborn passion for the code. All of her actions after that either helped her character development or made sense. But then, for 5 unbearable books she was just a bit boring. And ever so slightly annoying.

I actually liked Hollyleaf the most when they were apprentices, but after she became a warrior, it was ALL about the Warrior Code, you could have made a drinking game with how much she mentioned it.

Hollyleaf. I liked that she cared about the code.

hollyleaf will probably remain one of my least fave cats. Not because I thought she was badly written or anything - but she just got away with so much bs. Jayfeather is my fave out of the 3

hm yeah uh I wouldn’t have a clue as to why lmao I didn't either, but she's apparently relateable to a lot of people, and people also liked how she cared so much about The Warrior Code

Even if there was a chance of leaving this world from alcohol poisoning, I would imagine it being painful and embarrassing from the vomiting. Also, I don't think the topic of alcohol should be mentioned in this thread.

PandeanHis POV annoyed the tar out of me. I hate how negative he is towards every single cat...especially those who are just trying to be nice to him. I know he got annoyed by being treated like he was different, but still.. Also, I still can't get over the fact that he called Brightheart and Longtail second rate warriors

I still think it's super lame that Hollyleaf didn't get a power, like...I don't like that BOTH her littermates got powers and she didn't, it should have been all of them, or just one of them

I didn't find Lionblaze boring at all, but I am def in the minority there lol I found Jayfeather to be extremely aggravating, and Hollyleaf to be extremely boring. It took me FOREVER to read Power of Three, because I could only tolerate ONE POV, and even Lionblaze's got on my nerves sometimes, especially when he was an apprentice. I almost didn't read Omen of the Stars when I found out that Jayfeather would be a POV character again.

I guess Lionblaze only got boring during OOTS for me. In POT he just frustrated me. Honestly all three of them just make me wanna go GAH And of course then we have Jay, Lion, and Dove's POV in OOTS plus Ivy's later on and while I don't *hate* Dovewing and don't worship Ivy in any way I could only really get into Ivy's. Mainly because I totally related to the jealous sister thing. But the entirety of OOTS I was just screaming JUST FRICKIN TALK TO EACH OTHER LIKE NORMAL PEOPLE/CATS
