Hickorysight / Emberstar 🇳ᴇcʀᴏᴅ🇦🇳cᴇʀ
His vibrant eyes like watchful stars, the tom observed his mate with practiced compassion. "These kits, and these apprentices, they have the love that they deserve." The other half of that thought was of course, The love that we deserved to have, but he knew this sentiment went without saying. Anything good and kind that befell the young of their clan, it was the antithesis of their own lives. Hickorysight was reminded of one peaceful but morose thought he often used to remind himself of the path of goodness he chose. Gratefully, the cats who lived the longest in their clan were the kindest, like warm Dustybriar or gentle Lichenstone. It was proof to him that hatred and cruelty didn't guarantee better survival.
At her hint at the possibility for him to be a mentor once again, he felt his aging muscles strengthen again, and buzz with the excitement that his favourite warrior duty offered him. "You know best that's a burden I would welcome." Though he loved to watch over all the apprentices' trainings as a proud pastime, having one of his own always made him especially productive, giving him new life and new challenges. He purred as she prodded him with her head, such an affectionate gesture never failed to warm his heart. "I'd be more than willing to join a patrol with you. Dawn patrol only ever gives me all the more energy." He eyed her, wondering if she had rested well that night, and taken care of herself that day so far. "If you feel up to it, of course. There would be nothing wrong with spending the day taking care of things in camp, if you feel the need for it."

Tawnypaw Monarchpaw 【 ᵗʷᶦˡᶦᵍʰᵗ 】 / Stormchaser 🇳ᴇcʀᴏᴅ🇦🇳cᴇʀ
Her attempt at going unnoticed until camp was reached went to the wind at the sound and sight of her sister. Stormchaser would have allowed her to slip into silence and dissolve the mistake she made, Monarchpaw wouldn't dare give her the chance. Immediately, Monarchpaw's unconcerned tone, paired with a sarcastic quip, bubbled embarrassment which melded into fierce spite inside Tawnypaw. The warrior's apprentice was not a cruel cat by nature, but the hurt she felt being spied out by her littermate channelled into sassy anger without hesitation.
It bothered her that the medicine cat apprentice somehow perceived her cuts to be of beak by first glance. Perhaps she was learning more from Halfdawn than she would like; maybe her sister would be out of her way after all as a contented medicine cat. Monarchpaw saw through her, and to some extent always had. She brought out the worst in Tawnypaw, so the tabby could not make any attempt at charming those around her with her white patterned twin around. Feeling the stark obstinance of kithood yet again, she slithered back, "Some of us have to bleed to gain our names. It's of little consequence how we receive the blows." She held her tufted head high, adopting her mentor's cool, unarguable tone.
With silent prayers to StarClan, Tawnypaw begged for Stormchaser not to break his usual stoicism now at risk of embarrassing her. Hopefully, she could rid herself of this feeling of worthlessness as soon as her sister was out of her fur. She grunted in supposed agreement to Monarchpaw's offer. The warrior's apprentice could hardly make a direct refusal of a medicine cat's offer to see to her wounds, not while there was still little specks of fresh blood dotting the corner of her vision. "Yes. They're not painful anyway, I'm sure you could manage to see to them." She didn't want to disparage her sibling's skillset, it was in the very best interest of Tawnypaw's destiny for Monarchpaw to relent to her medicine cat path, but the scruffy tabby was not quite amicable enough to her to stroke her pride like she would so happily do to any warrior. Turning their attention to brisk over her own wounds, she inquisitively chattered, "What are you doing out here without Halfdawn anyway? Dreaming of training in a different craft?"

Casting her gaze across camp, her ears flattened to her head in a facade of sudden concern. "Shh," she warned, brushing her plumed tail across Hickorysight's shoulder, as though to avoid the eavesdropping of ever present spies. "I have a feeling there are a couple of mentors who might jump at the opportunity to delegate their skills," the rumbling purr that resonated from deep in her chest was a mixture of amusement and affection. On the majority of occasions, the calico would have found the worrisome proddings of her clanmates frustrating, the conception that she should be without flaw - though a largely self imposed idea, was one that she held close to her heart. And the insinuation that she might not be ever ready for what might come next, felt like some sort of challenge to the scarred leader. For today, however, she allowed herself to appreciate the concerns of the tom as long as it didn't become a habit. It was a reminder that she was loved if nothing else, a thought that continued to baffle Emberstar from day to day. "I'm fine," she confirmed with a roll of her eyes. "If anything I'd like to exhaust myself, at least try to make myself somewhat useful," she reasoned. "Where do you fancy going?"

Drama of the day averted and speaking quota for the decade utilised, the tom would have been more than content to continue back to camp with little further. However, a draft of wind brought the somewhat familiar scent of Monarchpaw to his attention quicker than the thunder of paws did. He looked up to spot the small apprentice making her way over, and the warrior had to stifle a sigh that it seemed todays patrol wasn't quite over. Taking a sitting position, he drew a paw across his ear in a grooming motion. Little care for the whims of the apprentices, but deciding to remain present to ensure the pair were able to return to camp with little further drama. He regarded his fellow warrior with an acknowledging nod but offered little else in the way of greeting. The deputy and the veteran were alike in some respects, tongues tied in most circumstances and more observant than they made apparent. But that similarity rendered them far from friends, acquaintances at best. His ear flicked sideways at the sound of her bleeding comment, a concept even the veteran of a warrior disliked. But against his better judgement a spark of amusement flickered within his heart but he ignored it, as far as the massive tom was concerned she looked like a mouse trying to fend her ground against a lion. But then, most cats were like that to the bulky warrior.

Fallowslate ❝ ━Throw kindness around like confetti. ♛
Fawnlight’s laugh was music to the queen’s ears, coming from her sister’s mouth in a strange mixture of forgotten and familiar, but sweet nonetheless, like golden honey, rich and oozing from a beehive. It was something she rarely heard and smiled each time she did—happy the molly could let loose a chuckle here and there. It showed progress. Maybe one day, it could become more of a normal occurrence. Until then, the nurturing molly cherished each laugh she received.
The light of curiosity that brightened her sib’s eyes did not go unnoticed to Fallowslate, whose reaction to such a face was a playful grin, as though to indicate ‘I’ll tell you later’.
Turning back to Halfdawn, the queen’s visage lit in an affectionate warmth at the agreement, its purity endearing and gentle. The time the two shared was yet another treasure the she-cat couldn’t help but hug close to heart, not out of obsessive want, but true and genuine love. Just as she’d shown Cedarthorn, she easily expressed to Halfdawn the warm affection of her heart. But it didn’t come off as smothering and suffocating, rather meant as a choice, whether or not the healer would accept such fondness.
She closed her eyes at the touch, managing to curl her own tail around Halfdawn’s, a soft gesture filled with so much meaning. It was only for a brief moment and the two tails untangled, alerting to the she-cat it was time to move. Lifting from her seat amongst the roots of the medicine cat’s den, she followed after the two mollies, their destination a winding path to the nursery. And oh, how excited Fallowslate was to introduce them to the tiny babies!

(Correct me if I am wrong, but I thought there couldn't be two cats in a clan with the same prefix?) {Octo and Necs, you can change it to Cheetahkit or Spottedkit if needed}

There’s not really a neat place to put it in the rules, and I think you’ll find I’ll enforce what rules I see fit. It doesn’t mention not to murder other players in the rule either and yet that is something I would enforce too.

Leopardspots returned to camp with a plump squirrel in her jaws, it was the third time she had been out hunting that day due to her boredom and urge to get some fresh air. As she padded into camp, she dropped the squirrel in with the fresh kill and picked out a fairly sized mouse that she thought could satisfy her. While she laid out in the clearing, tearing at the prey, she noticed Lichenstone and Mosslight dividing herbs in the clearing. Out of pure curiosity, Leopardspots quickly finished the mouse she had been eating and began to pad toward the two cats. "Sorry to bother you both, but are you headed somewhere?" Leopardspots mewed. All day long she had been longing for a good adventure and this, out of coincidence, may have been a good time for her to get out of camp for awhile, if possible. Sorry for the late reply!!! I didn't notice someone had replied. Try tagging me next time so Ill respond faster ) "Yea!" Mosslight spoke, excitedly. "Me and Grandpa here were going to go to Cattail Valley! He hasn't been out of camps in moons, so I wanted to take hime to see the deer I saw earlier." The young gray warrior beamed with pride, much like an apprentice might do when being complemented for the first time by their mentor. "Would you like to come? Halfdawn gave us permission as long as I could find another clan mate to come with." Mosslight sent a silent prayer to StarClan. She wanted nothing more than give her grandfather a memorable experience.
(Its kinda short lol But Im not feeling the best of the best today. Work kick my ass)

Hollymoon/ Marshkit; Otterkit 🇳ᴇcʀᴏᴅ🇦🇳cᴇʀ “Sweetie, you’re only a week old,” Hollymoon cooed, noticing her daughter’s disappointment. Hollymoon knew she would have to take Otterkit our soon, but how? She couldn’t just leave Marshkit all by himself in the nursery! Of course, Darkblossom would probably try to kill him. Hollymoon gave a mean hiss and growl to Darkblossom. It didn’t make anyone surprised; the two queens were always hating on each other. Hollymoon licked between Marshkit’s tiny tiny ears, and meowed, “Look, sweetie. I would take you out if I could. But-” Hollymoon cut off. Otterkit already hated her perfect little baby already; how would she feel if she knew Marshkit was holding her back from leaving the den? “Look, sweetie, I’ll take you out when you’re ready,” Hollymoon promised. She licked between Otterkit’s ears too, hoping it wouldn’t make her mad. The thing was, Hollymoon knew that Otterkit wasn’t ready to explore just yet; she needed more time. Hollymoon knew she was bored in the den, but she would be afraid of the outside, and Hollymoon can’t kill the outside! “Momma?” Marshkit squeaked. “Yes, perfect little baby?” Hollymoon asked, her voice sharp. Had something hurt Marshkit?! “I wanna see outside the den,” Marshkit mewled, his voice sweet. Hollymoon grunted. “No, it’s too dangerous out there for you two,” she cooed, brushing her fluffy tail across Marshkit’s tiny, tiny, fluffy body. “Please, Mommy?” Marshkit begged. “The outside is dangerous, perfect little baby. Do you really want to be put into danger?” Hollymoon asked. Marshkit purred at the sound of his mother’s voice. It could calm a crazy demon when she was happy. “I don’t want to be in danger, Mommy, but the camp isn’t dangerous, is it?” Marshkit asked. Hollymoon nodded. “Yes, sweeties. The big warriors stomp around, they might stomp on you and crush you!” Hollymoon tried to explain it in the scariest way; she didn’t want her babies to leave the den!

Stealthfire Riverstream finally made it close enough to the rat to take a small chomp on it, his mouth filling with the warm taste of prey. He took another bite and felt like he was in a dream again, and almost missed Twistedbranch’s question. “Well, I wasn’t planning one, but I was just wondering how you thought we would do in a battle it there was one thrown at us,” Riverstream quietly meowed, taking another bite of rat. Riverstream sighed slowly, knowing he was failing quickly at trying to hang out with Twistedbranch.

[mizzoctavia maybe one of yours can jump in with River and Twisted for a patrol if jayfeather is cool with that? Otherwise all of mine are tied up at the moment haha] Twistedbranch / Riverstream jayfeather
Riverstream's snappy personality made it difficult for her to stay within the same topic for very long. And although battles excited her, the speculating of one that would never be did little but frustrate the already disagreeable she-cat. Her buggy green eyes scanning the camp clearing for any rallying patrols, as sitting and chatting over half a mouse had been more than enough rest for her antsy claws. "Our warriors are strong enough for how tranquil our lives have been, but there's barely any of us that have been tested to our full potentials. I don't know if it's right. Warriors should be used, and not just for hunting, even apprentices can do that." Twistedbranch often thought of what the point of her ambitions should be. Striving for a high place in the clan just didn't feel like enough if their lives were already so easy.

calliope Stealthfire Once Mosslight was done speaking, Leopardspots turned to Lichenstone. She had never thought of the old quiet tom as the adventurous type. He hadn't ever really spoken to her, which caused Leopardspots to be weary of being near him sometimes. Mainly because ever since she was a kit she thought of him as scary in a way. But now, as a full grown warrior, she thought of the elder as wise and fascinating. Leopardspots turned back to Mosslight and thought of what this journey would mean. Leopardspots was skeptical about leaving camp since she would miss her clanmates and especially her littermate, Cloudbelly, but since Leopardspots had been pretty restless and bored lately, she was tempted to assisting Mosslight and Lichenstone on this adventure. Quickly tossing away her fears, Leopardspots nodded quickly, "Of course I will journey with you both! Come and get me once it is time to leave." And with that, Leopardspots dipped her head and started towards the Warriors' den to notify Cloudbelly about her decision.
