I don't see Monarch being a runt, but since Tawny is a bit bigger and a danger seeker, maybe Ember saw Monarch as the weaker one since she was maybe born small and maybe even almost died for whatever reason, so maybe Ember thought it was best to put Monarch in as a med app. Since butterflies are delicate, maybe Ember thought of Monarch as delicate and thus made her med? There's a whole bunch of excuses for her being med actually ;w;
Hearing from their foster mom that Monarch almost died maybe sparked Tawny to either
a.) "bully" her sister or constantly tease
or b.) Tawny constantly watching out for Monarch and thus initiating her bossy and independent attitude further?
or even c.) whatever you had in mind too c: !
I mean, whatever you want, since it may benefit Tawny too?
Either way! I'm totally willing for Tawny and Monarch to be related I think whatever drama or relationship they have would be very interesting :00

I like the sound of everything there, I think we could hash out their relationship in roleplay but I do see Tawny being more patronising/teasing than caring since she's really self-interested. I think Tawny then would feel anger toward Ember if she ever finds out because she'll hate that she didn't get special treatment]

Since Monarch is so sensitive but more angsty, I didn't know how she'd do with any siblings and thought it would be weird, but I don't wanna seem rude or limiting. Besides! I like the aspect of two headstrong sisters!
We could always have a relationship between them. Maybe nothing too strong but I know Monarch would secretly be wanting to build something with her sister since she's the only family she has ;w;

Its going to be heartbreaking for hickorysight to find out he's been a father all along but never knew XD Emberstar would definitely have done it to protect her loved ones having known what her father is like and the likelihood he would well have killed them [accidentally or otherwise] but I can't imagine it'll be fun for any party to find out.

Tawnypaw
To the far side of camp, slightly obscured from her clanmates, Tawnypaw tore up a clump of grass and soil until it was mounded into a sizable target. She was nearly always the first out of her nest, disliking to lounge too long and risk gaining a reputation as too lazy. Backing up methodically, she tensed her muscular hind legs and sprung with vicious claws at her practice lump. She thrashed in the air wildly, landing on it as squarely as she could. The little apprentice had decided her latest task would be to develop her very own new move, unlike any done before. Unfortunately, she had been finding that all moves done before were popular for a reason. Nothing she did seemed to quite work yet, or, more importantly, look impressive. As soon as she was pleased, she would of course move her practising to a more visible location in camp. Until then, Tawnypaw was highly conscious of being too far in the open while her performance was still uncertain. Shaking out her scruffy pelt, she sneezed from the dust she had disturbed into the air. The ginger she-cat shook her head in frustration and began to pick out the dirt from her claws that her ambush had accumulated.

Twistedbranch / Open
In a small meadow sat a wildly patterned brown tabby, eyes wide with perception. Twistedbranch came to this place, Starfall, more often as she grew older. Before, she was ashamed of stepping on its ground, but slowly she found herself drawn to it more and more, to the point that she went out hunting alone only to sit in its grasses. She felt a ghostly tinge of pain in her tail. The warrior needed to glare at the mangled, sharply kinked thing in order to convince herself that there was no pain, she couldn't feel anything in it anymore, it was numb. Even so, this place evoked an violent attachment to an injury so visible on the she-cat. Twistedbranch hated that her tail hadn't been broken here. She wished she was old enough to have fought in this last war. Breathing in Starfall's sharp air, the massive cat dreamed of the glory it evoked. Suddenly, Twistedbranch had a fierce urge to leave.
Nearly directing herself toward camp, she stopped short. The tabby would need a kill to return with, after all, hunting is the "real" reason she was out. Scenting the air, dreading the possibility of having to trek further away from camp to reach prey, she picked up a mouse with all luck. Efficiently, she went to work tracking, forcing her mind to leave Starfall. It was no use, as her thoughts continued. As of late Twistedbranch thought with envy on the cats who fought there, they believed in something so strongly that they almost died off completely. She felt an affinity with that mindset. All her life, her opinions made her feel like she'd do anything to defend them, but she had yet to go to any great lengths to prove that sentiment. Her valiant injury was from a foolish badger fight, a nasty clash but nowhere near the honour of fighting another cat for one's clan.
There, beneath a spattering of fallen leaves, scuttled her prey. Twistedbranch shot back into reality, lowering herself to the forest floor and creeping silently, effortlessly, toward the mouse's doom. A pounce, and a quick bite, and the she-cat grasped the tiny limp catch in her large jaws. She would need to get something better next time, maybe two somethings, or it would look as if she was spending full parts of days stalking one scrawny rodent. She was bored of the hunt, it had never exited her as battle did. Battle. Her mind returned to Starfall. Guiltily, Twistedbranch wondered which side she would have been on. Naturally she had always believed in Emberstar, because that was what she had been taught. But if so many cats fought otherwise, what were their reasons? And how were they great enough to die for? Twistedbranch rid herself of these notions as she stepped into the edge of camp, and deposited her mouse on the fresh-kill pile.

Driftwind Driftwind is a handsome, solid white tom with deep golden eyes. He has short, but thick fur and pink nose. Driftwind was born into CopseClan and since then, he's been nothing but a loyal warrior. He keeps to himself, choosing to interact when he wants. As friendly as he is, cats will have to gain his respect as he does not make friends easily. He is easily one of the best trackers in CopseClan. He tends to hunt more than patrol as he feels that his skills with hunting would help the clan rather than fighting.

Mistberry
Mistberry is a silver-and-white she-cat with darker stripes. She has long, fluffy and feathered fur. She has golden-green eyes. Mistberry has been a loyal warriors for many seasons, even if she doesn't know where her parents are. Her loyalty has never wavered and she will remain a loyal warrior. Mistberry is a laid back she-cat. She doesn't start fights for the sake of fighting, rather she would rather be rational and listen to all sides before making a decision. She is rarely angered and she does not have a sharp tongue. Mistberry prefers to keep to herself. She is quiet and only speaks when it’s her time. She loves to be with her clan mates and when she's up to socialize, she is easily the most friendliest cat anyone could meet. Mistberry, does however, has flaws. She lacks confidence and is pushover, despite being the one to be rational. She lets emotions make her decisions and it can lead to her judgement being wrong. She will eventually fall in the crowd that she deems to have the right choice when she can't come to one herself.
