I'm reading book 2 of Dawn of the Clans, and right now, I'm on chapter two.
Woo! Turtle Tail is back and she's expecting kits!
I loved how Gray Wing was like,
"How did that happen?"
And she was like
"How do you think it happened?"
Also, the chapter header pictures (of the kittens) are soooo adorable

Everyone is pretty much glad Turtle Tail is back, but Shattered Ice is just like..."No!" *grump grump grump* he is right to be mad, she did just run off and ditch them, but it's still a little amusing.
I'm starting to think that he's the cause for the snark gene that plagues WindClan
I really like Shattered Ice though, he doesn't let anyone push him around, and he only gives respect to those who deserve it, he can think for himself and appreciate that.

Good luck reading it. DOTC was slightly disappointing, but it's better than POT and OOTS. Thanks I really enjoy it so far, I love how nice mostly every cat is. It's a huge difference from Squirrelflight's Hope (the book I just finished) That won't last long.  |

I don't doubt it lol Man, Jagged Peak seems to have great chemistry with everyone. I thought he and Falling Feather would be mates, but she left, and now it seems like he and Rainswept Flower might be mates..I really like her, she's so nice, and I think she'd be great for him |

That won't last long. I don't doubt it lol Man, Jagged Peak seems to have great chemistry with everyone. I thought he and Falling Feather would be mates, but she left, and now it seems like he and Rainswept Flower might be mates..I really like her, she's so nice, and I think she'd be great for him I agree. Rainswept Flower was sweet. Who's your favorite brother - Gray Wing, Jagged Peak, or Clear Sky? I personally like Jagged Peak. He reminded me of Squirrelflight when he traveled at a young age since she did too. And uninvited. |

*Ravenpaw*Probably Gray Wing, but that could change. Before Clear Sky kicked Jagged Peak out of camp, and then gave no craps that another cat tried to kill his OWN brother, he was my favorite. As for Jagged Peak, he annoyed me in the first book, but I also didn't like Squirrelflight when she was an apprentice, so that's not really a surprise lol. *Faith*I haven't got to them yet, but it shouldn't be long

Hawkflower That's great  Haze I really like Turtle Tail so far, she was one of my favorites in the first book, and I loved her and Quick Water's friendship I haven't seen Clear Sky yet in this book, but I still don't like him, because of what he did to his own brothers and son, though I can kind of understand with Thunder, because he had just lost his mate for the 19th time, and he was probably afraid of losing anyone else close to him (he's like the original Crowfeather I guess) I think Thunder is adorable, I felt soo bad for him when he kept not getting congratulated on his hunting. *Ravenpaw* She did say that he was really nice, before she told him about the kits

Wicked WitchMe too I'm also curious to know what happened with Palebird and Woollytail's kits after Tallstar's Revenge, because it's going to be real sad if she lost ALL of them except one as kits. I know that's not exactly in the time frame I mentioned before, but I'm just curious about all the missing pieces. Like, who were Nightcloud's parents? Who were Whitetail's? In fact, who were the parents of all these cats that just appear out of nowhere?

I hope you enjoy the rest of the arc! I know a lot of people think it’s boring or a little disappointing, but in my opinion it’s tied with TPB as my favorite arc. I love it.

Mine would probably be Wind and Gray Wing, it's so great to have such an enjoyable main protagonist throughout a series. Thunder is also pretty high on my list actually. I know a lot of people give him flack for being one-note or something but I never felt like that was the case. His identity soul-searching was always interesting, though I think he really struck a chord with me in the family dynamics he struggled with, since his particular position was something I could relate to. I'll try not to be too detailed since I don't want to spoil anything for you XD |

Also, I think he's the guy who invented tunneling, which was the most interesting part in Tallstar's Revenge, so that's a huge plus. Rainswept Flower is really sweet too, she seems to have a HUGE crush on Jagged Peak, or maybe she's like a mother figure to him? But the way this series is, it's probably the former lol. I also like Jackdaw's Cry, his name and just his outspoken nature makes him seem like he's going to be trouble, but I like him. I really like the majority of these characters, but I think right now Shattered Ice is in the lead (his name is just beautiful as well) It's not as pretty as Rainswept Flower's but it's close. All of these characters had amazing names Shaded Moss, Rainswept Flower, Shattered Ice, I think there's someone named Shivering Rose that appears later on...but then you have weird names like Black Ear I think that's someone who appears later on |
