(I am so sorry for the slow responses.  ) ( rockydublin) As Bramblepath came upon the patch of catnip up ahead, he fell into silence and began his work. It's not that he didn't want to talk, he simply wasn't sure how he should act or what he should say to make the atmosphere more interesting. He had never been very good at talking to others, so sometimes he felt that it was better to just work in silence instead of talking. Finally, he forced himself to glance over at Spiderblossom. "Sorry for being a boring companion," was all that he could think of to say. ( cowbird) Mistyfur nodded. "Yeah, I've mentored before. Honestly though I was completely incompetent. In the end I felt like I always spent too much time hunting or helping the other apprentices, so it seemed to me that my apprentice learned more from other warriors then from her own mentor," Mistyfur said, a hint of sadness in her voice. She managed to shake off the negative feelings relatively quickly and smiled at her Duskpaw. "Well, Sparrowstar and my apprentice were quick to deny that, so I guess that I did something right," she continued, trying to sound positive. |

We could walk all day and not find him," she said kindly, lowering her head to match Mallowkit's eye level. "If you want to see where he works, we can move over there and I can do my best to describe what he does. I can't explain it as well as he will when he gets back, but I will do my best." (@mintedstartfur) Nightheart smiled at Rabbitkit. "You won't bother me. It's not like I have much more to be doing right now," he purred, gesturing with his tail for the kit to sit down. "I don't really have anything for you to do, but if you want to hear a story I'm more than willing to share astory or two. What kind of story do you want to hear?" ( <Raintalon> / 𝓓𝓪𝓻𝓽𝓱 𝓑𝓻𝓪𝓶𝓫𝓵𝓮) Mallowkit deflated a bit, but nodded along with Sparrowstar. "Alright," he said, a bit disappointed. But then he looked up at his mother. "Can we, mom?" he asked, holding in another sniff. He wasn't as nervous around a leader as his mom seemed to be. Sparrowstar seemed nice. Why should he be afraid or intimidated by her? Anyway, a medicine cat sounded interesting. He had never heard of anything like one before. It would be kinda cool to hear more about one even if it wasn't from the medicine cat himself. --- (@ bramblepath) Glad to hear that she wouldn't be a bother, Rabbitkit perked up. Her tail flicked back and forth as she sat down where Nightheart indicated. She had just come in because she was interested in hearing some of the history that Nightheart had to offer, but she had to think a bit before she really knew what to ask about. "Do you know anything about Sparrowstar's history?" she asked, her ears angling forward. After talking with the leader she was interested in knowing about her. Why wouldn't she be? |

And since my mate and I had Bramblepath later than most cats have their kits we didn't join the clan until after she became leader," he said. "Of course, I have some about after Snowfeather and I joined the clan, if you want to hear them." ( rockydublin) Finally, Bramblepath flicked Spiderblossom with his tail to get her attention. "I think we've gathered enough here. Do you want to carry this or the other herbs we'll get on the way back?" he asked, gathering the herbs the two had collected into one pile and getting them ready to carry. |

"If you don't mind a short detour, there's a patch of horsetail over in this direction," he said, gesturing off to the right with his tail. "I need a little more to fill up the stash to the amount that I like to keep." |

This was truly annoying, more so for herself than any other cat because she hadn’t vocalized her thoughts, though she did want to. (How’s everyone doing with the quarantine?) |

( rockydublin, I'm not dead, so I guess I'm doing fine.) As Bramblepath started to turn to head towards the horsetail, he noticed a peculiar look on Spiderblossom's face. Being the cat he was, he had no idea whatsoever what the look meant. "Did I do something strange?" he asked. He meant no harm by what he said, but within a few seconds of saying it he realized what he had said might imply that he was upset with Spiderblossom. "I don't ask that because I'm upset. You just had a weird look for a moment so I thought I had done something." |

She really needed to work on holding a poker face when she thought, she knew she wasn’t easy to read, but her clan or at least most of them knew if something was on her mind. It was both a blessing and a curse at time. Perhaps she would ask questions about Bramblepath and Mothpelt a bit later to settle her questions. |

He wasn't the type to push, even if he thought it would be better if he should. If a cat told him not to worry about something, he assumed that they had a reason for not telling him and dropped the subject immediatly. "Well, if there's anything I can do to help you with anything, let me know. I might not be skilled at very many things, but I might still be able to do something," he said. He slowed to a halt in front of the horsetail they had detoured for, and started to harvest it. |

How did things differ from when Nightheart was here and when Rabbitkit was here. Was there anything which wasn't around now? "Tell me a reeeeeeally exciting story," she added. |

Sparkspaw and Jewelpaw were fake battling nearby and rolling around in the dirt. "Hey, Sparkspaw I'm gonna win!" Sparkspaw let out playful growl. "No, Jewelpaw I'm gonna win!" Jewelpaw let out a playful hiss and nipped Sparkspaw's neck. "Nice try!" Sparkspaw meowed, as he nipped Jewelpaw's tail. A cloud of dust covered the sky as the battle got little bit rougher, until Sparkspaw pinned his sister and yowled. "I win!" "Okay, good battle. What do you wanna do now?" "Humm, maybe go see if the elders have a story for us." "Sounds. good to me Sparkspaw." Sparkspaw purred, and headed toward the Elders den his sister back behind him.

Does Mothpelt have feelings for you?” It made sense that the she cat might like or dare she say love the Medicine Cat. It explained how she fell in the water while she was helping him. At most they’d have to speak with her about that or it was just a accident of sorts. (Should we plot a bit of the forbidden romance between Bramblepath and Mothpelt, like just being around each other or something like that?) |

if your still on and sorry for the slow answer I was having internet problums (It’s all good I bounce in and out of the forum throughout the day) Stygiansnow (open) Stygiansnow sat up from where he was lying looking over at his brother. He was thankful his brother was able to sleep uninterrupted through the night. Both he and Bluelotus stayed out of the Warrior Den for separate reasons and thankfully not many asked about it. He looked around before deciding to stretch his legs a bit, even if it was just going around camp, his brother would be fine until he got back. |

(I’ll be hopping on and off) ( Spottail) Stygiansnow looked over and spotted Wingheart. “Hello. I am well. Yourself?” He asked stopping. While he and his group had been with this clan for a while he didn’t know many cats personally, some he merely knew their names while others he knew nothing, Wingheart was in the former category fortunately so there was no immediate panic on who this cat was. |
