I just got my Jayfeather plushie yesterday, and agree he really is soft. :3 I don’t have any of the others, so maybe that is why people think they’re bad because maybe the others are, |

Regarding Graystripe's color, I imagine he's more of a "brown-based" grey in the plush design here, instead of a "blue-based" one like Jayfeather's clearly is. As dumb as it sounds it's the best explanation I can make for what they did with it.
However it's more likely they made him that shade just so that he isn't just a yellow-eyed Jayfeather. :P
