•○Spidereye○• calliope "Ah! Paleriver is a wise decision. He will do well to help you as leader though he may never be one." Spidereyes long black tail curled in satisfaction at her choice. Paleriver is loyal to the clan and would make a strong deputy, thus strengthening the leadership of Creekclan. "As for the foxes, once the clan heals we can mount a formidable attack and drive them from the territory. For now the wisest thing to do is to mount defenses and for you to travel to Sky Hill and receive your nine lives. As long as you only hold a warriors life in your paws, both you and our clan are at risk of downfall once again." As he spoke Spidereye applied a healing poultice to her wounded leg then turned to face her head on. "Now you must inform the clan of your decision of deputy and prepare yourself for the journey to Sky Hill.... Whiteember, I am proud of you." Leaning forward he touched his nose to her shoulder respectfully passing onto her his praise. She was rising to the position of leader quite well, and it gave the medicine cat a great amount of hope for the future of Creekclan. •♡Hazelpaw♡• Hawkeyes258 The famished young she-cat was quick to choose a squirrel that Littlepaw had passed over. Picking it up and turning to see Littlepaw with a fish she curled up her fluffy brown tail happily and pointed to a soft shady spot next to the apprentices den. That was the perfect spot to rest and eat. Padding over to it she settled down and began to hungrily dig into her chosen prey. She had waited all day for this and as the sun set, Hazelpaw was happy to be alive. Safe and sound in camp filling her belly with a friend at her side.

•●Stonefall●• As Mosswhisker was lulled into sleep Stonefall circled himself around his mate and kits in a loving and protective manner. Allowing his mate to rest the large grey tom took over the care of his newborn kits. Keeping a watchful eye on them amd om the dens entrance Stonefall remained vigilant for the sake of his family. He would never allow anything bad to befall them. As he sat there a soft low purr began to radiate from his chest, an expression of his happiness.

Medicine Cat Den - with Spidereye As the tom spoke, Whiteember simply nodded in agreement, focusing on each and everything he said. She breathed in sharply through her teeth as Spidereye applied his poultice. "I was planning on telling the clan as soon as I finished here," the new leader said, ears pricked forward. When the medicine cat spoke of how proud he was, the she-cat's heart swelled which allowed a surge of confidence. The white tabby got to her feet, though her injury was still sore. "Thank you, Spidereye! I'm glad I have such confident friends to believe in me!" With a respectful head nod, the leader headed out the den and up to the highest point of the clan. "Let all cat old enough to catch their own prey join here beneath the leader's den for a Clan meeting!" Whiteember called out loud enough for everyone to hear. The she-cat had quickly warmed up to her new role with ease. Maybe StarClan was right in choosing me... In Camp - with Nettletooth
Stagwatcher shook his head and playfully nudged the she-cat. "I don't know, you were pretty great at fishing. If you are even better at patrols," he blew out, "ya might just leave me in the dust!" The russet tom listened to her next question, and suddenly began noticing other signs of a struggle. The two apprentices came back with Hazelpaw wounded. Whiteember and Paleriver seemed to be injured. Something's not right... the thought whispered its way into the tom's head. Immediately, the very faint scent of fox is drifted into his reddish nose. "I smell fox..," he whispered to Nettletooth. "Something happened on the border patrol." Upon those words, Whiteember appeared out of the medicine cat den, ascending upward. "Hopefully she's going to make a meeting about this," he said plainly.
The tom's ear pricked forward as the leader called out for a meeting. He looked over at the gray molly and smiled. "Just as I thought!"

•¤Darksage¤• Voidastral Honeystep It wasnt long before Whiteember appeared, leaping upon Highrock, her voice rang forth echoing against the camp walls with the meeting call. Darksage left his watchful post to rejoin Honeystep. "Its about time. Come on lets see whats going on then we can speak woth her afterwards." Dark spotted tail flicked back and forth as he moved to gather beneath high rock for the clan meeting. •●Stonefall●• Stealthfire Mosswhisker From within the nursery Stonefall was almost lulled to sleep with the soft tones of his mate and kist gentle breatjing patterns. The sound of Whiteember calling a clan meeting cause his eyes to jolt open. Quickly he looked to his mate and then to his kits After making sure they were all okay, the large grey tom slowly pulled away and silently picked his way to the dens entrance. Settling in the entrance way the tom focused his ears on Whiteember as the clan began to gather. He had no intentions of leaving Mosswhisker, but it was important for him to hear the meeting. •◇Silverscale◇• Hearing the meeting call, the black dappled silver molly made her way beneath Highrock to listen to what was to be said. A lot had occured within the day and the warrior was curious as to what was about to unfold before her. Looking around with big blue eyes Silverscale watched as the rest of the clan gathered about her. •○Spidereye○• Nodding in return Spidereye followed after Whiteember as she exited his den. After her call for a clan meeting the medicine cat positioned himself just below her facing the clan on the medicine cats side of highrock. To her right was the empty spot of the clans deputy. 'Not for long', the black tom though to himself as he curled his long skinny tail around his paws.

Nettletooth / Stagwatcher : Camp Nettletooth rolled her eyes. "I don't think I could ever do that, not in a dozen moons." The thought of her showing up Stagwatcher, even on a border patrol rather than hunting, was a funny and unlikely prospect. "Fox..." she echoed his observation worriedly. "It looks like everyone's returned though, thank StarClan." She followed his green gaze to the leader's den, listening to Whiteember's announcement. "Good, there's much to be filled in on it seems," she agreed, and listened intently beside him. Having just finished returning his coat to the lightest shade he could, Paleriver relaxed his aged muscles as he lay in front of the warrior's den. At the sound of his leader's confident voice, he smiled, and felt new energy surge through him. He lifted himself onto large paws and strode to join his clanmates beneath the leader's den. He spotted Stonefall emerge from the nursery, and reminded himself to congratulate his friend soon. The white warrior sat near the forefront of the gathering cats, ready as ever for the meeting to commence.

Honeystep - Darksage ( Falconwing) Honeystep nods, following her clanmate towards the general gathering place below the Highrock. She had possible guesses as to what this was about. Probably the foxes, right? If there was an announcement though, well, that could mean it was more serious than she'd even thought! Hopefully, she was wrong, right? Surely it was something else, maybe something good? She spotted Lioneye sit near the back, giving her dad a small nod of acknowledgement.

High Rock - Clan Meeting Upon seeing her clan gathering below her, the leader waited patiently on her perch. She heard the murmurs and the whispers amongst them. She casted an amber gaze upwards as if to look for some guidance on how she should proceed. "Please, StarClan, be with me as I make this speech," she prayed softly. Turning her attention to the now gathered clan, Whiteember cleared her throat loudly. "I can understand some or most of you may not agree with StarClan's decision in putting someone as young as I am in charge of something as important as leading the clan. It can be unsettling. In fact, for me, it was. However, regardless of my surprise to this position, I want each and every one of you to know that I plan to lead with grace, dignity, strength. There is no problem we cannot solve together. With that said, We have a new threat in the Clan. During border patrol, our group encountered a mated pair of foxes digging a den in Moss Hollow." Seeing the fear and panic growing in the crowd, Whiteember did her best to ease remain calm and collected. "I know this is terrible news regarding recent events. We will move apprentice training to Fawn Valley until further notice. No one is to go near Moss Hollow until a reasonable and clear plan is made to drive the foxes out." The white molly took a breath and with a smile, she looked over her clan with caring eyes. "Despite these troubling times, I have excellent news that benefits everyone. I have chosen our new deputy." In Camp - Clan Meeting - with Nettletooth
The russet tabby tom smirked at her response at being better than him before turning his head to listen intently to their new leader. As she spoke, Stagwatcher felt his fur prickle slightly, though he did his best to remain calm and stoic as he normally did. Green eyes glanced over at the she-cat to gauge her reaction. She is absolutely stunning... The tom smiled, drowning out Whiteember to be lost in his own thoughts. But as his eyes lingered, the tom caught himself and quickly looked away as he had done since they had returned to camp. Stag, you really ought to stop staring like this! She's going to find you insanely creepy. His inner conscience was even punishing him now. Great.

Paleriver kept his eyes trained on Whiteember throughout her whole speech, making sure he looked as confident as possible. The less cats panicked at the news of the foxes, the better for the whole clan. To his relief, Whiteember remained calm and sure throughout, and pushed onwards steadily to her next announcement. The white tom's pelt felt warm with buzzing anticipation, he was nothing but ready to serve his clan further.

Littlepaw looks up at her leader expectantly. Who would she choose to be their new deputy? She briefly looks over at Hazelpaw to see her reaction. "Who do you think she will choose?" She whispered.
