Be in some sort of meeting, so you don't fall asleep
Do something boring
Let yourself procrastinate

I do too.
But motivation always seems to come to me at the worst times.

Yeah! Like:
Me: "For once I'm going to sleep!"
Brain: "Wait, how about this in the story? You need to write right now. How about you practice drawing? You really need practice on kittens. Oooh! I have another idea! How about some reading? Come on, I know it's 12:00, but just get up and write, maybe draw a bit!"
Me: "Shut up."
Brain: no

Huh. Gotta add that to my list of things that can motivate people!

Yesterday, I got a lot done. I'm almost done with Chapter 2 of the Shadowflame Chronicles!

My editor suggested it gets a name change to "Gritty Lovecraftian Warrior Cats"

I was actually just looking at quotes from a show I like, haha.

But, yes. I actually love quotes, haha. I have a book of quotes. If I find a quote I like somewhere, I write it down (:

edit: it's funny, because as I post this, I realize that most of my signature is made up of quotes, my status is a quote, and my avvie is a quote XD

Oh, yes! I’m excited, too! I can’t believe it’s almost November! and I feel like that’s a phrase used quite often this year. I can’t believe it’s already summer, I can’t believe it’s fall, I can’t believe it’s almost Halloween, etc.
