lazy penguin so remember my idea on the ot5 thread a while back, about half-clan kits who don’t realize they’re half-clan until they meet their other parent and one of them is like... an identical clone basically? would you want to bring that idea over here or no? obv it’s chill if not of course ^.^

I think we'll probably need a history that at least explains the relations between clans. It probably doesn't have to be too long, but enough to give people something to work off of.

maybe the palmclan leader? it could add a deeper rooted hatred than just “they don’t believe in starclan like us”
ooh, and maybe palmclan is the clan that spreads the “they don’t believe in starclan live we do” narrative as a present form of “revenge”? |

hmmm kale, maybe we could blend it into a more long-term plot? because i wasn't sure if we wanted to do the leader plot i had posted on the front page but maybe we could combine the two in some way?
so for history, do we want the og leaders to just be Shell, Palm, Cypress, and Cove? Or Maybe instead of Cove it was Echo, and when they fled that's when the caves got their names? We could also just give them normal rogue names, but changed them when the founded the clans?
for coveclan, did you want them to be a preexisting clan before they were banished? If not, maybe the cast out cat was a deputy/related to one of the leaders but not one of the 3 siblings? And when they killed, their family turned on them?
for which cat cove/echo/whatever killed, maybe Palm/the leader of palmclan? since there already seems to be some tension there?

Ok so what I'm getting is that Coveclan doesn't get along with Cypressclan and Coveclan. They're on ok terms with Shellclan, but not exactly friendly. I think Peng mentioned that Shellclan is seen as somewhat untrustworthy, so while there is not hatred between Shellclan and the two C's, there is also not trust. Would that leave Cypress and Cove on peaceful terms with each other?

I like the idea that Cypress and Cove are on good terms. That way if the whole herb grove/landbridge conflict turns into full on battle, ShellClan will probably side with PalmClan and CypressClan can turn to CoveClan to even things out.

Wow just give me a chance to change Complying with Forum rules, Role-play creators have the creative freedom to accept and deny members. This does not violate the forum rules, given that role-plays ask for specifics, and an intended audience. After the initial rejection you were offered an alternative which you outright denied, therefore the role-play creator has the right to outright reject your applications into their role-play. Furthermore, by remaining on the thread after being asked, and further noted to leave by administration, this is now considered harassment which then violates Proboard terms of service, and our forum rules. As mentioned by Sand, I will ask you to please cease activity on this thread. Further involvement in this thread will result in warnings, and eventual suspension from the forums. well y’all had the prophets and healers idea i think, which i just renamed in what i think palm would call it, but then i separated the warriors into cats that hunt/patrol on the ground (grounders) and those that do it in the trees (climbers). i also had an idea for like two deputies where one deputy is the successor and the other is a trainee of sorts to become the legit deputy, but they would be sheriff and then deputy lol (obv this part is more open to being cut but it sounded fun haha)

also fyi if silver becomes too much of a problem here, feel free to block them. i just don't want y'all feeling like you're being harassed. if they post again, i'm sending a direct pm, and then ceasing all contact even blocking their posts. Just wanting to make it clear.

they way it's working in shellclan is that one is typically older and more experienced and works as more of an advisor, while the other is usually younger and is the successor.

ahhh - i have a council of like three elders who act as advisors for the leader, which i promise there’s an explanation for xD my deputy situation is more of like a successor and the second in line, who’s training to become the next successor lol

and alrighty! yeah i think a deputy would work well, since then it'd be reasonable that they had support of a lot of clan cats? did you want your original leader to be more violent/aggressive than whichever clan leader they were under? or were you thinking they more just made a mistake in battle and it cost them dearly?
