Gosh this is hilarious.
Worse, since my characters are usually based in Ontario or some place in Canada when I'm writing them. I mean, they still can be, but they're fire chasers so everyone but Clarinet and Aliissa are familiar with Cali.
Duh.
So how are we conducting the start of this. Pre or post when things start going badly for everyone and everyone starts getting framed and dragged toward each other?

I went to a CiCi's about two months back. The pizza was bland. Wasn't too far of a drive. We almost went to Shaky's last week too. Went to Red Robbins instead.
Then we got historical landmarks, and Row's just gonna be like "PROTECT OUR HISTORY" Oh, poor kiddo and his priorities.
We could start this post damage. Like the issues have already crossed, and landed these companies/firms into hot water of debate. So like-we would start off with the meeting date.
I'll text you Inky! Is it the same number? lol

Oh golly... Percival might mistake her for a fire addicted vampire.  No matter how BA, and crazy mad selene gets, Serken is never going to settle for this ship. But yea! It looks like we are agreed on terms of setting. Guess we could say this is post damage, where a public stunt is setting rumors off like wildfire, and these two companies are meeting to assess it before it sinks them. |

What could be a stunt gone wrong ? An public event that ended in disaster , with evidence hinting two our entities? A murder that took place , with evidence leading to our characters? A leak online , and rumors ?
We need that motive , doesn't have to be a tough one either

A public event that ends in disaster has a good ring to that. Plenty of opportunity for minor character interaction if we so desire.
But the others ... wow, they are also good. Hum. A disastrous public event that results in someone getting murdered, with rumors leaked online pointing to our characters. Why have one when you can have them all.

So we were talking on discord, inky We're thinking that the scene will be a charity event that is co-funded by all our groups. During the charity event false alarms go off, and force people to miscommunicate, and just off center from the events original intention. Furthermore, the event has smaller donors, sharing prized possessions, and auctioning unique items to help towards the charity drive. Somewhere during the alarms going off and people running off, the items are stolen. Even worse, one of the prominant figures or keynote speakers winds up dead. And even worst, like two reps representing each group are the first ones to discover the body; then it leaks instantly by a third party. This is bad for both groups because rumors and leaks spread that the charity was a hoax to take the funds and items. Then to elimante the prominant keynote speaker. Which is why our characters are meeting. ;p |

Sorry , sorry. Well we have an opening scenario. This scenario is the reason the two heads are meeting. Actually, I don't think row mentioned in the previous rp that he was the head. He introduced himself as a field agent. so there's that little hiccup in the meeting. "Wait thought you were an agent. Did they lie to me about bringing the CFO to this meeting ?" Lol Guess now , we should work on making our character forms. inky if you have the chance to make selene's form that'll be much appreciated. I'll modify my stuff to match yours in terms of relationship etc. And then maybe we can import some of those things over to the paradox house too? Maybe even have them Wed there ? That'll throw everyone off. Lol |

I unfortunately work in less then 3 hours. I also close tonight, so when I get home I'll work on Riwlin's updated form. I'll also setup up a "pre situational post" that will further detail the events the rigged charity event and how badly it affected the two entities.
It'll provide us a mood set, and I can put it on the first post so it'll be like an intro. It can also be like a summary in case someone wants to maybe join later. (So they can also get a gist of the situation)
also rant time, I feel terrible right now. I went to bed way too late because of that monster room post. Should have just pushed that post to Monday because I literally work back to back these two days. Lol tomorrow night have been easier since I would just be waiting for my brother to finish his school orientation stuff lol but it's done and it's longer then I expected.

Totally fine! I myself was on vacation until today (er ... tonight? this morning? it's midnight, how does this work???) In theory, I should do something form wise for Marcus. XD Sadly, this is the best I have for him for the time being. I don't use him enough to have an 'official' form. Marcus - If you noticed, he doesn't have the long, rather pompous name that Percival has. Percival's, I might add, is 100% made up. Marcus might not be, but that's a discovery for another day. African American with absolutely no hair apart from a slight attempt at a beard which has completely failed. His age is a bit harder to pin down and could be anywhere from early 20 to late 25 (not like that looks like much of a difference anyway). He likes wearing anything comfortable and has ended up being the foil to Percival in personality. So he usually ends up being the one to think a bit more about other's emotions than good ol' Percival. |
